Contains spoilers for Pokemon Sun and Moon
I am Type:Null. I was frozen but some trainer named Gladion saved me and escaped. He’s really rude and mean, but he still got me out of there.

Gladion had been a bad trainer to me, but he saved me. That’s one of the few kind things he did. But he acted differently a few battles with this trainer later. He seemed to be... Kinder. Only slightly. But a little. We still trained against trainer after trainer.

Lillie has to go stop Gladion’s mother now... I hope she will be okay. Gladion has been a lot kinder to me. We’re going to see the ruins now. I hope they’re as beautiful as some have said. But why?

The Ruins of Hope, one strange place if I do say so myself. Humans and Pokemon like me can see it’s beauty. Gladion said we’re going to see Tapu Fini. I wonder why.

A mist made us lose our way... I can’t believe we got so far and we are lost in these ruins forever now... I have to make Gladion happy. He did so much for me, and I have to repay him. I’ll get through this mist... My mask! It’s shattering...

My mask broke and my RKS System is working. Gladion calls me a “Silvally”. We found Tapu Fini, who gave Gladion a Z-Ring. He caught a Riolu as well, and we’re training as hard as ever to beat that trainer. I heard he wants to be the Champion.

We’re at Mount Lanikila and we just lost to that trainer. He’s something... Even with the memory I failed. But Gladion isn’t upset. He’s very happy for what I did. He would have been angry at me for losing before,but he doesn’t care anymore it seems.

Gladion and me just tried to beat that trainer. He’s the Champion now. Even with more team members and our training, we lost. But Gladion says it’s the effort that counts, not the outcome. I hope we can beat the Champion one day, but until then, we’ll train and bond. I still miss Lillie, though.

~~~~The End.~~~
For such a short piece there isn't any need for spoiler tags - I wouldn't recommend them for any story, actually, especially not for a one-shot. I'm pretty sure you put them there for the sake of the Sun and Moon spoilers, which is fair enough, but you also put a warning above the fold which rather renders it redundant.
There's not really a lot to get to grips with here. The narrative reads more like the summary of a longer piece than a complete story in its own right. To give it its due, it is stylistically more appropriate than the "Headcanon fic", as I like to think of them (i.e: a story written for the sake of explaining the author's fanon, characterised by a slapdash narrative and lazy technical skills). There is at least the skeleton of a narrative there, which is what gives it the summary-like style.
The point is it’s key moments from Gladion’s Silvally’s time with it’s trainer, and it presents where it evolved. That’s what I was going for.
I concur with its summary feel too, but what I particularly appreciate most of all within your short fic here was that you've depicted the evolution of Gladion's Type:Null. I'm the sort of guy who's not massively content with many side characters getting their team development offscreen. Look at Sawyer, one of Ash's XY rivals, and how we only got to see one evolution out of the known six from his whole team (we never saw Grovyle, Bagon, Shelgon, Honedge, and Doublade's evolutions). Actually seeing this stuff for ourselves is much better.
For what it's worth, I like Type:Null/Silvally's characterisation too; it gives me the impression of a loyal pet or friend. One thing I did notice however is that, in Sun and Moon itself, Gladion says he got his Z-Ring from "that old man" which doesn't really fit into your fic.
