The point of this thread is simple: you state a question relating to the Pokemon franchise, and if someone else asks a question you happen to know about, you are free to share that random Pokemon trivia you know about! And try to answer the questions other people asked.

As for my question, do most of the human characters from modern Pokemon games have actual names that can be used on real people? I know this definitely does not apply to characters like Mustard (lol) but for stuff like Nemona and Arven, are those actual names that real humans can have?

It depends on the law in your country I assume. If someone wanted to name a child Mustard in USA AFAIK it would probably be allowed LOL. Where I live there is a strict rules about names.allowed to be registered
But mustard is probably a nickname anyway
