This is a OOC/Discussion Thread for the Geo Strata Tourney. Since I took my time to make this thread, no OOC posts will be allowed in the RP. This does include requesting recaps.

Post your questions,ideas,comments, complaints, ect. here.
 
OOC: Sorry if I'm being a little presumptuous by having a fairly detailed description of the sign-in process and such for the tourney, IL, but I don't think it goes afainst anything you;ve said or anything, and it seems fitting for a huge event like this. If you had something else planned, I can change the post.

Everyone I have an announcement.

I will have various people, control terrain masters as recurring characters in the tournament.I myself will also control some of the TM's, but not always.

Wait can someone tell why every one thinks Adrock is crazy? He's just confused by the thought of a non PL tournament doesn't mean he's crazy. And if it's about the staff he's was trained at a dojo.
 
Eliot thinks so because he just yelled at some random guy and is running around with a staff.

Oblivion.-Will control two terrain types, which,like the one HiPS chose, will not be revealed right now, nor will the teams of those two TMs
 
You're forgetting I am controlling two and I have two others who I am awaiting answers from.

And why can't you just battle each other? Well first I want this to be slightly different from your typical tournament RP. Secondly, this RP will have a plot to it, and possibly a sequel.

Yes but you should remember this:the goal of the TM's, while it is not necessarily to give their opponents an easy match, is not solely to win. It is to give their opponents a challenging battle that will force them to think on their feet and find ways to use the terrain to their advantage, all the while testing the strength and potential of their opponents.
 
You have ten tiles on your signature, the complex has eight area and there are six TMs with fights. I don't get it.
 
No there's ten terrains in the arena:Swamp,Forest,Grassland,Cave,Volcanic,Mountain,Desert,Pond,Tundra, and Urban.

There are ten TM's but only six participating in round one of the tournament. The other four will battle, just not in round one.
