I think he his a very awesome character :)

Mostly because of the manga, but also because ANYBODY in Johto is awesome.

I could not belive that there wasnt a club for him. Probably because he only appears in the game, manga, and a small few episodes in the anime.

I'm totally in this.

Gold is my favorite player character and for the manga. And he will probably be my favorite everywhere else he may show up. *crosses fingers for a Gen II remake*

(Before the thread dies,) Sign me up. Gold is my favorite main character in the whole series (plus he has the coolest rival ever!). I can't wait to see what his re-design for the G/S remakes will look like.
 
Gold rocks! I love him in the manga, the games, and I adore his anime counterpart Jimmy. He's super cool.
 
Gold's by far my favourtie, it sucks he's never been in the anime (Aside from The Legend of Thunder) and it's just pitiful what they've turned him into for HeartGold, I'm deffinately joining this one.

Yay a club for Gold/Jimmy he's the best.
They should put him in more of the anime, maybe make him ash's opponent when he goes to the Sinnoh conference, except make Jimmy win.
