I'm SO incredibly fucking sick and tired of feminazis bullshitting about how our world would be much more 'peaceful' if women were in charge. We men are naturally protectors and providers. We are the bread-winners of society. It is certainly true that there have been many men throughout the ages who have caused us to call into question their humanity, but this same truth also holds true for women... yet on a lesser scale. Sometimes I have pondered why this is so, but now I think I have realised the answer. It is because men have a natural drive to be great. That is our innate nature! To me, there is not even a shred of doubt about this. But toward what end do men strive for greatness? Well, every man is a unique, intricate and evolving universe unto himself. Thus, because every man is different in varying ways, we seek greatness for varying reasons. Our destiny of attaining greatness (and, more specifically, in WHICH area that greatness is achieved) depends upon our tendencies, our capabilities and our aspirations. A man does NOT have to be considered morally 'good' by the opinions of a majority of people to yet be considered great. This is an EXTREMELY salient point. Goodness and greatness are NOT identical to each other. This might seem obvious to many (if not most!) of you here, though it unfortunately escapes the mental grasp of a lot of people these days. Dictionary.com defines the word 'greatness' (in this particular context) like this:
"the property possessed by something or someone of outstanding importance or eminence"
Some of the cruelest men described in recorded modern history also happen to be some of the greatest, if we honestly adhere to that particular definition. Adolf Hitler, for example, springs to mind. He is often used as an example when people discuss how inhumane some men are capable of being (and rightly so, in my opinion!). I don't condone his actions nor will I ever support his twisted beliefs, yet to say that Hitler was NOT a great man is utterly absurd. Why is this? It's because greatness transcends the man-made boundaries of 'good' and 'evil'. Greatness transcends morality. One can be great without simultaneously being 'good'. A great man must achieve more than what is commonly expected of him. To ask whether Hitler fulfilled this prerequisite is, as far as I'm concerned, absurd because the answer is so blatantly obvious. Hitler took a country in turmoil, unified it and proceeded to use it as a military machine. There were some dissenters, true, but to unify the country to the extent which he did alone is beyond normal. He instigated the deaths of millions and millions of Jews in the Holocaust. His charisma was so utterly intense and penetrating (especially in his role as a brilliant orator) that people felt irresistably and inexplicably DRAWN to him during that particular time despite many of these people having later regretted siding with him and knowing that his actions were evil and worthy of condemnation. He was, in more ways than one, a human magnet. He relentlessly attracted people towards him and his cause. He and his Nazi Party came damn close to subjugating this entire fucking planet. Similar things can be said of other tyrants, particularly those of the 20th century (such as Stalin and Mao Zedong). Now let's look beyond the issue of morality. Could a woman accomplish things that are equally as great (be they 'good' or 'evil')? Possibly, though the answer to that question is HIGHLY debatable. But most importantly, has a woman historically achieved an equal magnitude of greatness as Hitler, Stalin or Mao? I am sincerely convinced that the answer to that question is an emphatic 'FUCK NO'. And the reason why is this: because a woman, though she may seek greatness, seeks that greatness in name first and foremost. On the same token, a man seeks greatness in action first and foremost. If we men are great only in name but not in action, then we are but mere pretenders. Men, since time immemorial, have sought greatness and have gained it more through their actions than their words. Actions speak louder than words. Their actions, admirable or repulsive, are a testament to their greatness. Those who have a reputation of being great men SUPPORT that reputation through their actions. They support that reputation through their blood, sweat and tears. Feminazis, name me just ONE so-called 'evil' man such as Hitler, Stalin or Mao and I will easily respond to you by naming AT LEAST a dozen men who were good-natured, compassionate, pure of heart, strong and honourable and who DEFEATED those 'evil' men. The greatness of men well and truly transcends our limited scope of morality. Men have made this world beautiful and men have also made it ugly. By the hands of men, civilisations have risen and by the hands of men, civilisations have fallen. Countless lives have been extinguished due to men and countless lives have been saved due to men. The greatness of men is NOT restricted to what YOU personally think is admirable or respectable. We men have made history and we have recorded that history too. After all, history is HIStory (ie. his story - the story of man)... not HERstory. Men are the rightful inheritors of the total human story. Men are the heroes of this grand story as well as the villains. Women, by comparison, are merely background characters. This is NOT what I'm saying. This is what HISTORY is saying. I am only acting as a mouth-piece for history itself. The total human story is far, FAR grander than what any of us can possibly comprehend (including myself) and this is because of men. Men are the be-all and end-all of human existence. I just wanted to get this off my chest.
