The Korean Best Wishes Openings and Endings

I tried transliterating/translating the ending titles, as the opening already has an English title: "Another Challenge". The first ending is "Hamkke Geol-eoganeun Gil", (함께 걸어가는 길) which as google translate puts it as "Walking Along the Road". The Ierukana is "Hanajibang Pokemon Oewoboja~!" (하나지방 포켓몬 외워보자~!), which google just translates as near the original title.

If I'm wrong with a character or whatever, correct me.

Oh, I had no idea that the Korean version had a different opening. Well, Kokoro no Fanfare doesn't sound that bad.

I did watch M14 in Mandarin Chinese though, it had the exact same Japanese song.

I guess they didn't want to use the Japanese songs. (There should really be a page on Korean songs...

Also, Mandarin dubs usually leave the Japanese songs as is. There are some exceptions however...

It's probably because Pokemon aims for younger audience and airs on public TV - they might want to stick with using Korean as much as they can, so that it won't hinder with children's learning of the language.
For animations that target older audience and are aired on cable TV, sometimes they keep original openings and provide subtitles instead.

"Hamkke Geol-eoganeun Gil" = The road that we walk together
"Hanajibang Pokemon Oewoboja~!" = Let's memorize the names of Unova Pokemon~

So yes, basically Google translated those right.

I love the songs they have up for DP and BW. Why can't the American dub compose stuff that's actually similar to the Japanese songs?
