Gym Leaders: Cory (Normal), Chervil (Grass), Cinnamon (Fire), Rosemary, Mint (Ice), Saige (Psychic), Basil (Dragon), Meg (Dark)
Elite Four: Poppy (Ghost), Holly (Steel), Belladonna (Poison), Heather (Ground)
Evil Team: The Brotherhood (a group of religious fundamentalists who want to take over the world and force their evil ideas onto everyone)

Thoughts? I'll add more as I think of it.
