I like Latias in terms of appearance; she's real cute, even though Latios isn't so bad himself (he's still stronger).

Latias, she looks cute and her fighter jet design is just awesome. She reminds me of a Sukhoi Su-37. Her ears look like the 37's cannards (well almost).
