The Legacy of Rayquaza
The Beginning
¡°Water Spout!¡± Jason yelled to his Wailord Facing an opposing Camerupt. As the Leviathan Fired its hydro attack at the foe, He saw out of the corner of his eye two more Magma grunts approaching. ¡°Great,¡± He thought, ¡°Just what I need.¡± Thinking quickly the young trainer called out his Milotic and Swellow. ¡°A worm and a bird.¡± One of the grunts scoffed. ¡°Go Magcargo!¡± As the nasty, Snailish, Fire pokemon appeared in front of him he recalled his wailord (which had totally destroyed the opposing Camerupt and sent the trainer running head over heels) and sent his Milotic to deal with the Magcargo. ¡°Mufufufufu,¡± The other grunt Chuckled, ¡°I¡¯ll show you that No one ever messes with Team Magma!!! Torkoal show them what for!¡± Jason Commanded to his Milotic,¡±Show that snail your Hydro Pump!¡± As the Pok¨¦mon looked at him in understanding, He turned to face his Swellow just as his Milotic released approximately 100,000 gallons of water at the foe. ¡°Okay Swellow,¡± he said ¡°Use your Aerial Ace attack!!!¡± As the flying pok¨¦mon Flew down and struck the foe faster than the eye could see, He turned to see a very proud Milotic, a very unconscious Magcargo, and a very scared grunt running away. ¡°You still want to continue this battle?¡± Jason asked the Grunt seriously. Then the Grunt, demoralized by his comrades defeats recalled his pok¨¦mon and left. ¡°And don¡¯t bother us again!¡± Jason called after them.
The plot
The three defeated grunts stood in their boss¡¯s office not looking forward to the punishment that inevitably awaited them. ¡°I DON¡¯T WANT YOU COMING BACK UNTIL YOU HAVE IT! IS THAT UNDERSTOOD?¡± Their boss yelled to an unfortunate Magma administration officer on the other side of the door. ¡°I am not looking forward to what fate awaits us mates.¡± Grunt Eric said. ¡±Give it a rest will you already?¡± Grunt Shirley said. ¡°Beaten by a kid, a teenager even. What will the boss think?¡± ¡°Think of what?¡± The boss said standing in a dark corner of the room. ¡°Maxie!¡± grunt Sean said ¡°I didn¡¯t see you there.¡± ¡°Well what happened? Are you going to give your report or stand there all day with your mouth gaping open?¡± Maxie said, his voice turning into an angry growl. ¡°Well sir, um er©¤ well we all lost¡_¡± ¡±Yes,¡± Maxie said ¡°Go on.¡± ¡°And uhh we all lost to the same kid.¡± Shirley squeaked out not wanting to know what came next. ¡°You WHAT?!¡± Maxie yelled. ¡°We¡¯re sorry sir.¡± Eric said. ¡°You will be sorry.¡± Maxie said ¡°How you lose to a kid who hasn¡¯t even been training as long as you three is beyond me. I should have you kicked out of Magma for this!¡± The three grunts stood cowering in the corner waiting for the demotion. But then, to their surprise Maxie said,¡°But you three have been loyal to me so I will let this slide and let you in on my plans. You see, there is a legend about a place deep under the sea where an ancient pok¨¦mon is rumored to exist. Now, this pok¨¦mon is said to have been the one who raised continents and created landmasses in a cataclysmic battle with another ancient pokemon, the pokemon of the sea. Now our spies have reported seeing Team Aqua leader Archie, my archrival, training a pok¨¦mon that fits the description of the ancient pok¨¦mon that supposedly created the oceans and the waters of the world. We need to harness the power of this pok¨¦mon, the one under the sea, to once and for all get rid of team aqua and expand the world¡¯s landmass, Team Magma¡¯s ultimate dream!¡± Maxie then said to them, ¡°Now, I have sent the administration officer Lucas Down to Slateport where Captain Stern is working on an underwater submarine. I want you to go along with Lucas and help retrieve the submarine and bring it back here to Lilycove Cave, then I will continue with the second part of our mission. Lucas is waiting at the mouth of the cave. You are dismissed.¡± ¡°Thank you sir!¡± The grunts said in unison. Maxie said after them,¡° Oh yes, and don¡¯t mess up this time because next time I won¡¯t be so lenient with you.¡±
The Adventure begins
Jason having just defeated three grunts at the same time was feeling very good as he flew on Swellow to Slateport. ¡°Land there.¡± He called to Swellow. He went into the pok¨¦mon center to heal his pokemon and take some out of the PC. He withdrew his Sceptile, Swampert, and his Blaziken his prize three pok¨¦mon which had helped him many an occasion. He went down to the Contest building to enter his Milotic in a beauty contest (which he always won). He walked into the building and saw a sign that said <ALL CONTESTS ARE CLOSED DUE TO RECENT EVENTS>. He went up to somebody in the crowd and asked,¡± Excuse me sir, what is going on?¡± The man replied,¡± Don¡¯t you watch the news? Team Magma is at it again! They have stolen Captain Sterns Submarine, Explorer 1.¡± Jason thought to himself,¡± I had better get down to Lilycove where team magma¡¯s base is.¡± He ran outside and said,¡± Swellow, let¡¯s go to Lilycove!¡± When he arrived in Lilycove, He ran down to the beach and called out his Wailord,¡± Wailord let¡¯s surf to that cave.¡± As he clambered onto the leviathan, He saw the three grunts that he had defeated previously. He said to Wailord,¡± Lets dive underwater and see if we can sneak into the cave, If a sub can do it, so can we!¡± When they emerged in the cave he recalled his Wailord and set off down the cave. When he got really deep into the cave he was startled when two Magma administration officers leaped out in front of him to bar his path. ¡°You go no further brat.¡± One said. ¡°The boss has ordered us to take you down.¡± The other said. ¡°You see,¡± the first started,¡± we are a cut above the grunts¡± ¡± We¡¯re not stalling for time we¡¯re going to PULVERIZE you!!!¡± the other said sadistically ¡°Okay fine,¡± Jason said ¡°I challenge you to a doubles battle¡± The first officer said,¡± With pleasure. Go Camerupt!¡± The other said,¡± Hahahaahaaaa! Go Mightyena!¡± Jason Snorted at them,¡± HA!! This¡¯ll be easy. Go Swampert and Blaziken!¡± As the Ground and water pok¨¦mon plus the fire and fighting pok¨¦mon appeared the two officers Staggered visibly. ¡°Scared?¡± Jason asked them. The two Magmas pulled themselves together and then the fighting started. ¡°Blaziken,¡± Jason yelled ¡°Use your sky uppercut on Mightyena. Swampert use Hydro pump on That Camerupt.¡± The grunts yelled,¡± Mightyena, Crunch on that Blaziken. Camerupt, Use your fireblast.¡± Camerupt was the first to succumb in the battle to Swampert¡¯s hydro pump being a ground and fire pok¨¦mon. Next, Mightyena fell to Blaziken¡¯s sky uppercut in one hit. Jason recalled his two pok¨¦mon and was surprised at the foe¡¯s reaction. They were laughing!! ¡°Haw haw haw haw!!! You foolish child,¡± They scoffed ¡°While you were battling us our boss had enough time to launch the submarine and Set off for the underwater cave. If you want to find him you better look far and wide. Hahahahaha!!¡± ¡°Rats!!!¡± Thought Jason ¡°They¡¯re right.¡± Jason then set off running back down the cave with they officers¡¯ laughter in the distance. When he got outside he flew down to Slateport where he found Capt. Stern. ¡°Capt. Stern, Do you know of an underwater cave somewhere in the sea?¡± Capt. Stern replied,¡± In fact I do. There is a deep trench of water along route 128 where you can dive down and find the Seafloor Cavern. I didn¡¯t go any further into the cave because I had no pok¨¦mon of my own to defend myself with.¡± Jason replied,¡± Thank you Capt. Stern!¡± And then he flew to Sootopolis city and healed his pok¨¦mon and set off for route 128.
The seafloor Cavern
When he eventually found the place where he was supposed to dive he had to search underwater for a while before he found a cave. When he emerged in the cave he looked around him. The place was Empty except for a dull red light that was coming from down the cave. He said to himself,¡± Okay Jason let¡¯s be careful.¡± And called out his Sceptile, the master of stealth. He set off down the cavern with Sceptile in front, always aware of its surroundings. When he finally got to the end He was amazed at what he saw. He Saw the Team Magma leader, Maxie, confronting a huge pok¨¦mon. Maxie then pulled a ball out of his cape and threw it at the behemoth. It rocked once. Twice. Thrice. And was still for three seconds before the ball stopped glowing... Without even weakening it! Maxie yelled in Jubilation,¡± Yes!!! Groudon is mine!!! Now we can defeat Team aqua and expand the world¡¯s landmass making people and pok¨¦mon around the world happier.¡± ¡° Stop right there!!!¡± Jason yelled ¡°What do you think you¡¯re doing?¡± Maxie replied,¡± Hahahahaha. So this is the little nuisance who has been scaring Grunts and defeating administration officers. Well, as much as I would like to end your little reign of terror, I have more important things to attend to so if you¡¯ll excuse me.¡± He then called out his Camerupt and used dig and disappeared.
The Battle of Titans
Aqua leader Archie was sitting in his office waiting for Tabitha, Aqua administration leader, to come and tell him what news the spies had seen of the actions of team magma. Tabitha came into his office and sat down in a chair across from him. ¡°What news of magma?¡± asked Archie. Tabitha replied,¡± Our intelligence resources tell us that some how, they have managed to get a hold of Groudon, The ancient rival of our Kyogre.¡± Archie ran his hand over the ball at his hip containing Kyogre. ¡°Hmmm. This is strange. Very strange. They will be challenging us soon and then, we will see which is more powerful when that day comes, Land or Water!!!¡±
In the training stadium in the Magma hideout Maxie was training his Groudon to perfection. He would have ten grunts send out pok¨¦mon and his Groudon would use a combination of earthquake, Fire blast, and brick break to take out the numerous Mightyenas, Camerupts, and so on which were all attacking it at once. ¡°Hahahahaha!¡± Maxie laughed ¡°This is too easy for you isn¡¯t it Groudon?¡± The pok¨¦mon, which was beginning to like him quite well, nodded and Maxie could have sworn that it smiled at him. ¡°Don¡¯t worry big fellow. We¡¯ll soon let you have your revenge on your rival, Kyogre.¡± Maxie said. At the sound of the name ¡°Kyogre¡± Groudon¡¯s eyes glowed red and it released an earthquake that fainted every pok¨¦mon in the room. ¡°Hahahahaha! That is what I thought. Now, lets go Grunts!!!¡± Maxie called to the whole of team magma.
Jason was flying high above hoenn when he saw it. One side a massive sea of red. The other side a sea of blue. Neither of which were water or magma. They were the wholes of Teams Magma and Aqua preparing for the final showdown. The two leaders walked up to each other and began the verbal battle of wits. ¡°So Maxie, we meet again.¡± Archie said. ¡°And for the last time.¡± Replied Maxie. ¡°I thought that by now you had learned your lesson.¡± Archie said to Maxie. ¡°That could go both ways my dear old friend.¡± Maxie retorted. ¡°You¡¯re still that slow aren¡¯t you,¡± Archie said ¡°If we were having a battle of wits I would be fighting against an unarmed man!¡± At this statement Maxie yelled,¡± ENOUGH! I do not need to waste anymore breath on you.¡± Maxie was the first to release his champion. ¡°Go GROUDON!¡± Archie followed suit. ¡°Attack KYOGRE!¡± and the battle of titans resumed. The two behemoths then began attacking each other fiercely with such moves as water spout and eruption. The two leaders yelled in unison,¡± Grunts ATTACK!!!¡± As the massive pok¨¦mon war raged on, cities were being destroyed. The two legendary¡¯s abilities (drought which makes the sun bright and Kyogre¡¯s Drizzle which made it rain) mingled with each other to make a very bright, hot, rainstorm. Islands were crumbling and disappearing into the sea. Jason thought to himself,¡± Cut off the head, and the body dies. I should attack Groudon and Kyogre to stop this. So he flew down and called out his Swampert and his Sceptile. ¡°Okay Swampert use muddy water attack on Groudon. Sceptile, use your leaf blade on that Kyogre.¡± Jason called to his pok¨¦mon. Yet his efforts to stop the fighting were lost in the pok¨¦mon battle that raged below him.
Enter Rayquaza
When all seemed lost and destruction seemed inevitable, suddenly the clouds parted and the sun got less intense. Jason was mystified by this. The pok¨¦mon were still fighting yet their abilities seemed to be non-effective. Suddenly Jason heard a voice in his head that said <So man has been foolish enough as to release the two world creating, and destroying pok¨¦mon Groudon and Kyogre> ¡°What? Who are you? Where are you? What are you?¡± <Do not be afraid human> the voice said <I am the Pok¨¦mon that has watched over this planet since the beginning of time. You could say I am the guardian of this planet. I am Rayquaza.> ¡°Rayquaza? But where are you I can¡¯t see you.¡± Jason said. <Dragons do not always need to be seen> Rayquaza replied <But in this case I will appear only to you.> Suddenly the air in front of him started shimmering And there was a bright flash of light and then he saw it. ¡°You are Rayquaza?¡± Jason asked. <Yes> replied Rayquaza <I am the mediator of the two pok¨¦mon Kyogre and Groudon. When I feel that the two are awakened I appear only to the trainer I deem most worthy. In this case you.> Jason said,¡± So what do I do now? Do I control you?¡± <In a way.> Rayquaza said <Hold this while you battle and my powers will come to your memory like second nature.> suddenly a mysterious object appeared in front of him. It was like a crystal only it was glowing with a strange inside light. <That is the sky stone. It allows the holder to control me and my powers.> Rayquaza said. ¡°Alright then¡± he said dismounting his Swellow ¡°Let us waste no more time.¡± Walking up to the battling pok¨¦mon Kyogre and Groudon Rayquaza suddenly appeared to all, following Jason into battle. ¡°Rayquaza,¡± Jason said ¡°Use your blizzard attack on Groudon followed by thunder on Kyogre.¡± The massive dragon pok¨¦mon then released his Icy attack on the Giant ground pok¨¦mon and fired the thunderbolt at the massive water pok¨¦mon. But, it only stopped them momentarily. Right after they recovered they were at it again. ¡°Okay Rayquaza use your extremespeed on both of ¡®em¡± The dragon then disappeared and Jason looked at the two battling pok¨¦mon. They were both being beaten like rag dolls by Rayquaza, who was moving faster than sound. ¡°Okay Rayquaza,¡± Jason yelled at the top of his lungs ¡°HYPERBEAM!!!¡± All went silent as the two pok¨¦mon stopped battling and looked up at the giant dragon charging up. Every Leader, Grunt, and administration officer looked up as the giant dragon fired the Ultra powerful beam and hit the two pok¨¦mon, knocking them unconscious. <Okay Jason, now it is time to use the orbs.> As if out of nowhere a blue orb and a red orb appeared and Jason grabbed hold of them. <Now give me the sky stone and quickly fly to Mt. Pyre where at the top you will find two pedestals for the orbs guarded by An old lady and her husband. Go now. I will take care of Groudon and Kyogre.> So Jason flew on his Swellow as fast as he could to Mt. Pyre where he did find the two pedestals and he placed the orbs there and there was a mysterious purple glow that spread all across the earth. He flew back to the battle scene where he saw Rayquaza sending Groudon and Kyogre back into the sea to sleep and lie dormant as they had for the past eons. Rayquaza then turned to look at the surrounding countryside. It was destroyed. Mountains had crumbled, lakes had dried up, and landmasses had disappeared in the battle. Rayquaza then addressed all that were present before him <Do you now see why those two pok¨¦mon were sleeping deep under the sea? It is because man cannot freely change the weather or landscape. Those pok¨¦mon were placed here by me so they could shape the Earth. I hoped that I could control them but their battle raged on long after shaping the Earth so I created the orbs which calmed the two pok¨¦mon and I cast them into the sea. I hope you all take these words into consideration. I must go now. Good bye.> and with that there was a bright flash of light and then he was gone. Archie and Maxie walked up to each other and shook hands. ¡°Truce?¡± Archie asked. ¡°Truce.¡± Said Maxie. They both walked up to Jason and apologized for all the damage they had caused. ¡°We and our teams, now known as the Team Sky water and earth, will repair the damage the best we can but, we do not deserve to live around decent human beings anymore. We will travel to an Island somewhere far away and live out the rest of our days there.¡± said Maxie. ¡°Farewell friend and may your pok¨¦mon quest be fruitful.¡± Thus Teams Magma and Aqua left together and Jason flew off to Ever Grande city to begin his pok¨¦mon league quest.

He Saw the Team Magma leader, Maxie, confronting a huge pok¨¦mon. Maxie then pulled a ball out of his cape and threw it at the behemoth. It rocked once. Twice. Thrice. And was still for three seconds before the ball stopped glowing... Without even weakening it! Maxie yelled in Jubilation,¡± Yes!!! Groudon is mine!!! Now we can defeat Team aqua and expand the world¡¯s landmass making people and pok¨¦mon around the world happier.¡± ¡° Stop right there!!!¡± Jason yelled ¡°What do you think you¡¯re doing?¡± Maxie replied,¡± Hahahahaha. So this is the little nuisance who has been scaring Grunts and defeating administration officers. Well, as much as I would like to end your little reign of terror, I have more important things to attend to so if you¡¯ll excuse me.¡± He then called out his Camerupt and used dig and disappeared.
The Battle of Titans
Aqua leader Archie was sitting in his office waiting for Tabitha, Aqua administration leader, to come and tell him what news the spies had seen of the actions of team magma. Tabitha came into his office and sat down in a chair across from him. ¡°What news of magma?¡± asked Archie. Tabitha replied,¡± Our intelligence resources tell us that some how, they have managed to get a hold of Groudon, The ancient rival of our Kyogre.¡± Archie ran his hand over the ball at his hip containing Kyogre. ¡°Hmmm. This is strange. Very strange. They will be challenging us soon and then, we will see which is more powerful when that day comes, Land or Water!!!¡±
In the training stadium in the Magma hideout Maxie was training his Groudon to perfection. He would have ten grunts send out pok¨¦mon and his Groudon would use a combination of earthquake, Fire blast, and brick break to take out the numerous Mightyenas, Camerupts, and so on which were all attacking it at once. ¡°Hahahahaha!¡± Maxie laughed ¡°This is too easy for you isn¡¯t it Groudon?¡± The pok¨¦mon, which was beginning to like him quite well, nodded and Maxie could have sworn that it smiled at him. ¡°Don¡¯t worry big fellow. We¡¯ll soon let you have your revenge on your rival, Kyogre.¡± Maxie said. At the sound of the name ¡°Kyogre¡± Groudon¡¯s eyes glowed red and it released an earthquake that fainted every pok¨¦mon in the room. ¡°Hahahahaha! That is what I thought. Now, lets go Grunts!!!¡± Maxie called to the whole of team magma.
Jason was flying high above hoenn when he saw it. One side a massive sea of red. The other side a sea of blue. Neither of which were water or magma. They were the wholes of Teams Magma and Aqua preparing for the final showdown. The two leaders walked up to each other and began the verbal battle of wits. ¡°So Maxie, we meet again.¡± Archie said. ¡°And for the last time.¡± Replied Maxie. ¡°I thought that by now you had learned your lesson.¡± Archie said to Maxie. ¡°That could go both ways my dear old friend.¡± Maxie retorted. ¡°You¡¯re still that slow aren¡¯t you,¡± Archie said ¡°If we were having a battle of wits I would be fighting against an unarmed man!¡± At this statement Maxie yelled,¡± ENOUGH! I do not need to waste anymore breath on you.¡± Maxie was the first to release his champion. ¡°Go GROUDON!¡± Archie followed suit. ¡°Attack KYOGRE!¡± and the battle of titans resumed. The two behemoths then began attacking each other fiercely with such moves as water spout and eruption. The two leaders yelled in unison,¡± Grunts ATTACK!!!¡± As the massive pok¨¦mon war raged on, cities were being destroyed. The two legendary¡¯s abilities (drought which makes the sun bright and Kyogre¡¯s Drizzle which made it rain) mingled with each other to make a very bright, hot, rainstorm. Islands were crumbling and disappearing into the sea. Jason thought to himself,¡± Cut off the head, and the body dies. I should attack Groudon and Kyogre to stop this. So he flew down and called out his Swampert and his Sceptile. ¡°Okay Swampert use muddy water attack on Groudon. Sceptile, use your leaf blade on that Kyogre.¡± Jason called to his pok¨¦mon. Yet his efforts to stop the fighting were lost in the pok¨¦mon battle that raged below him.
Enter Rayquaza
When all seemed lost and destruction seemed inevitable, suddenly the clouds parted and the sun got less intense. Jason was mystified by this. The pok¨¦mon were still fighting yet their abilities seemed to be non-effective. Suddenly Jason heard a voice in his head that said <So man has been foolish enough as to release the two world creating, and destroying pok¨¦mon Groudon and Kyogre> ¡°What? Who are you? Where are you? What are you?¡± <Do not be afraid human> the voice said <I am the Pok¨¦mon that has watched over this planet since the beginning of time. You could say I am the guardian of this planet. I am Rayquaza.> ¡°Rayquaza? But where are you I can¡¯t see you.¡± Jason said. <Dragons do not always need to be seen> Rayquaza replied <But in this case I will appear only to you.> Suddenly the air in front of him started shimmering And there was a bright flash of light and then he saw it. ¡°You are Rayquaza?¡± Jason asked. <Yes> replied Rayquaza <I am the mediator of the two pok¨¦mon Kyogre and Groudon. When I feel that the two are awakened I appear only to the trainer I deem most worthy. In this case you.> Jason said,¡± So what do I do now? Do I control you?¡± <In a way.> Rayquaza said <Hold this while you battle and my powers will come to your memory like second nature.> suddenly a mysterious object appeared in front of him. It was like a crystal only it was glowing with a strange inside light. <That is the sky stone. It allows the holder to control me and my powers.> Rayquaza said. ¡°Alright then¡± he said dismounting his Swellow ¡°Let us waste no more time.¡± Walking up to the battling pok¨¦mon Kyogre and Groudon Rayquaza suddenly appeared to all, following Jason into battle. ¡°Rayquaza,¡± Jason said ¡°Use your blizzard attack on Groudon followed by thunder on Kyogre.¡± The massive dragon pok¨¦mon then released his Icy attack on the Giant ground pok¨¦mon and fired the thunderbolt at the massive water pok¨¦mon. But, it only stopped them momentarily. Right after they recovered they were at it again. ¡°Okay Rayquaza use your extremespeed on both of ¡®em¡± The dragon then disappeared and Jason looked at the two battling pok¨¦mon. They were both being beaten like rag dolls by Rayquaza, who was moving faster than sound. ¡°Okay Rayquaza,¡± Jason yelled at the top of his lungs ¡°HYPERBEAM!!!¡± All went silent as the two pok¨¦mon stopped battling and looked up at the giant dragon charging up. Every Leader, Grunt, and administration officer looked up as the giant dragon fired the Ultra powerful beam and hit the two pok¨¦mon, knocking them unconscious. <Okay Jason, now it is time to use the orbs.> As if out of nowhere a blue orb and a red orb appeared and Jason grabbed hold of them. <Now give me the sky stone and quickly fly to Mt. Pyre where at the top you will find two pedestals for the orbs guarded by An old lady and her husband. Go now. I will take care of Groudon and Kyogre.> So Jason flew on his Swellow as fast as he could to Mt. Pyre where he did find the two pedestals and he placed the orbs there and there was a mysterious purple glow that spread all across the earth. He flew back to the battle scene where he saw Rayquaza sending Groudon and Kyogre back into the sea to sleep and lie dormant as they had for the past eons. Rayquaza then turned to look at the surrounding countryside. It was destroyed. Mountains had crumbled, lakes had dried up, and landmasses had disappeared in the battle. Rayquaza then addressed all that were present before him <Do you now see why those two pok¨¦mon were sleeping deep under the sea? It is because man cannot freely change the weather or landscape. Those pok¨¦mon were placed here by me so they could shape the Earth. I hoped that I could control them but their battle raged on long after shaping the Earth so I created the orbs which calmed the two pok¨¦mon and I cast them into the sea. I hope you all take these words into consideration. I must go now. Good bye.> and with that there was a bright flash of light and then he was gone. Archie and Maxie walked up to each other and shook hands. ¡°Truce?¡± Archie asked. ¡°Truce.¡± Said Maxie. They both walked up to Jason and apologized for all the damage they had caused. ¡°We and our teams, now known as the Team Sky water and earth, will repair the damage the best we can but, we do not deserve to live around decent human beings anymore. We will travel to an Island somewhere far away and live out the rest of our days there.¡± said Maxie. ¡°Farewell friend and may your pok¨¦mon quest be fruitful.¡± Thus Teams Magma and Aqua left together and Jason flew off to Ever Grande city to begin his pok¨¦mon league quest.
