Please DON'T read the spoilers until post 22. I've rewritten all of it.

This is purely my creation. It contains shippings. It starts off with Pokeshipping, and eventually adds Dewshipping(Latios and Bianca). Please give constuctive criticism if that is your wish. I'll probably rate this 11+, for slightly more mature people, because 3 or 4 chapters go off-topic, and do almost nothing to the story. Diamond and Pearl are based off (you guessed it) Diamond and Pearl of the Pokemon Adventures manga
.
AN: Hi. This is my story. It is based when Ash leaves Unova and goes home to Kanto, only to find old friends, rivals, and even an old girlfriend!
Lucas is 14, Dawn, Michael and Ash are 13 and Misty is 15. Jok is 11. Diamond and Pearl (you'll meet them later) are almost 14.

The Legend of Spiritomb
Introduction
A long time ago, where Mt. Coronet now stands, Arceus created the world, and the Foundation of the elements. Water in water, Ground in earth, Rock in stone, Grass in plants, and Steel in metal.
However, one element was different. Dark did not have a foundation. It could run wild! Arceus decided to create 3 helpers. Dialga, Palkia and Giratina came into being. They were charged with creating the foundation of Ghost and Dark types. However, the only way to do that was with a Pokémon! Arceus told the three to build a Pokémon that could be the foundation of Dark. After months of hard work, Spiritomb came into being! Giratina, who was quite childish in the early days, sneaked into the room with Spiritomb. He touched its core and was given the Ghost type. Dialga and Palkia were furious! They forced their way into Giratina's home and cast a spell on it so he was banished into a different world. When Arceus came to give them Orbs as a reward, Giratina was nowhere to be found! Arceus was heartbroken when it was told that Giratina was killed when an attempt to build Spiritomb failed and exploded. Arceus built a Hallowed Tower in Sinnoh for Spiritomb and created Pokémon and humans of all types before it locked itself away in a hidden place and built the Azure Flute if it was ever needed again. Dialga, now in the possession of the Adamant Orb, hid in Spear Pillar with Palkia, the owner of the Lustrous Orb. To this day Spear Pillar remains a sacred place.

CHAPTER 1
October 30
The Sinnoh Pokémon League chamber 5

"Do you think she has spotted us?"
"Rai! Raichu." Raichu shook its head.
"Thunderbolt Now!"
"Rai-CHU!!!!!" it let out the powerful electric attack.
"Great work Raichu!" Lucas exclaimed.
"Whoa, what a shock! Spiritomb is unable to battle. Raichu wins!" the conductor exclaimed.
"Yeah yeah, so what. Spiritomb return, Milotic GO!!!" Cynthia shouted.
"Raichu, Raindance, now!" Lucas asked in a commanding voice.
Raichu started dancing, and rain came down.
"Raichu, hold this as well!" Lucas threw a Damp Rock.
"Milotic, Double-Edge!" Cynthia shouted.
"THUNDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Lucas roared as Raichu let loose one of the most powerful electric attacks in history!
"Milotic, Protect!" The 2 million volt electric attack bounced off Milotic.
"Now for Icy Death!"
"NOOO!!!!!" Lucas collapsed on the floor as Raichu fainted.
"Is this over or not?"
"Not Likely!"
“Your last Pokémon, please?"
"Blaziken, you’re in charge!"
"Fire vs. Water? You're 3 times the idiot I expected!
"Shock Wave now!"
What!? You can't be serious! Icy Death again!"
"BLAZIKEN!!! NO!!!!!!" Lucas cried out in pain as his last Pokémon fainted.

Lucas rushed to the nearest Pokémon Center......

A week later...
"So, did Cynthia really beat you?" asked a curious trainer named Jok Ketchum.
"Yeah."
"Did you hear that a kid called Michael became champion a few days ago?"
"What!? Not again!" Lucas was upset.
Just then, Dawn came through the door into the Pokémon Center.
"Hi Lucas! Isn't Michael awesome! He finally found out I liked him!"
"Smoochie-smoochie!" Lucas said cheekily.
"Okay, there was a little bit of tha-!? Not the point! Anyway, I found a flute up on Spear Pillar. I took it to the elder of Celestic Town and she said it was the Azure Flute. Michael and I are going to Spear Pillar again to try to find anything else. Are you coming?"
"I'll come." Lucas said.
"What about me?" Jok asked.
"Sure!" Dawn said.
The 3 teenagers and the 11 year old Jok set off.
I'll add more chapters soon!

Poked in on this one cause I like to walk in on fics just as they're getting started.

My main recommendation would be to space the lines of text just so it doesn't look like a big wall, it can be really intimidating and lose you readers from the outset.

Another technical thing is that generally when writing prose, actually writing out the word of a number is preferred to using its arabic numeral for amounts under one hundred.

That aside, your explanation of Spiritomb's creation was interesting and I'll be waiting to see how it plays into the action now taking place in the present.

It's Jok. I didn't see that joke coming.
Thanks for the feed back, SuperTrainStationH. I kind of got the idea from the fact that the Pokedex states that they were both banished for 'crimes'. I thought that maybe they were connected.
On to the next chapter!

CHAPTER 2
November 12
Mt. Coronet, 1500 meters

"Up here! Spear Pillar!"
"We made it!"
"I'm tired."
"Stop complaining, Jok, we're here!"
"YAY!!!!!" Jok said.
"..."
"What's the problem, Lucas?" Michael asked.
"... You’re Champ, and I was trying for years!"
"... How about I make it up to you? A battle?"
"...Okay. A double battle?" Lucas replied.
"Great!"
"Now?"
"Now!"
"You're on!" Lucas said.

"Staraptor, I choose you!" Michael threw an Ultra Ball.
"Go Raichu, then!" Lucas shouted.
"Uh, oh. Staraptor, return, Caddy, GO!" Michael said, throwing a ball containing his starting Pokémon.
"A Torterra named Caddy!?"
"Yeah, so?"
"Blaziken You're next!" Lucas said, throwing out a second pokémon.
"Two on one isn't fair!" Michael said.
"Bring out another then! Double battle, remember?" Lucas said.
"I'll help him!" Dawn said.
"No, this is between Lucas and me!" Michael said.
"Zapkannon, Help out Caddy here!" Michael threw a Luxury Ball containing a powerful Electric Type.
"An Electabuzz named Zapkannon!?!?"

"Cynthia!?" Jok asked.
"Huh, what? Oh, you again." Lucas sighed.
"Call off that Blaziken! CADDY!!!!!" Michael shouted.
"Return!" Lucas called back Blaziken.
Lucas fainted.
"Lucas is unable to battle. Michael wins!" Dawn acted like a conductor.
"Who won?" Jok asked.
"Uh, no-one that I know of," Michael said, giving ‘The Glance’ at Dawn.

Cynthia was searching around for clues to something.
"What's up, Cynthia?" Michael asked her.
"Spiritomb flew up here yesterday, and now I can't find it!" Cynthia continued, "Have you seen Diamond and Pearl around? They said they’d meet me up here."
"No," the four kids replied.
"!"
"Do you hear that!? Diamond, Pearl, come here now!" Cynthia was annoyed now.
"Aww. Hey Cynthia, did you see the Pokémon we caught?" Diamond and Pearl asked.
"No, what?" She asked.
"Dialga, go!"
"Palkia, I choose you!"
Cynthia gasped. "Dialga and Palkia, the keepers of time and space!?" Cynthia was very worried, as they were always meant to be wild. "That’s why Spiritomb came up here!"
"Bad, bad, bad, bad! Now all three are captured!" Michael exclaimed.
"G-G-Giratina? Oh, NO!!!!" Cynthia was mortified.
"We need Arceus!" Dawn said.
"The flute was meant for something, maybe which is there to contact it!"

Dawn played the Azure Flute.........

Nice start! I like the idea.

One suggestion though, would be to add more description to the dialog. Right now, your story is 90% back and forth dialog. Maybe add some imagery for the reader to better picture what is happening in your story. How are they feeling as the story goes? What is going on around them?

If you add some more meat to the story's bones, I think this will be really good!

Keep up the good work.

and suddenly the stair case appeared that lead to arceus and lucas caught it (spoiler alert)
who caught girratina?

This seems a little suspicious.

They've just agreed to climb an enormous mountain of "unimaginable scale". They should probably act a little more like teenagers; adolescent, to be exact. I'm a teenage guy and I wouldn't have just agreed to go hiking 1500 metres.

You should double space the dialogue as well.

There is too much speech and too little narrative/description, to echo what Legacy said.

"!" is not speech and I don't think that should be there. Again, description could have fared well here.

Ch.2 ended a little anticlimactically.
Dawn played the Azure Flute.........
a) Too many ellipses;
b) No description;
c) You should have probably continued on to say something else. Simply "Dawn played the Azure Flute..." isn't enough to end a chapter on.
d) I think you introduced Arceus WAY too early. Most people don't even physically show, in some cases don't even mention, Arceus in their fics.

Both chapters didn't flow smoothly. It all felt hasty and rushed. Always take your time on these kinds of things.

"G-G-Giratina? Oh, NO!!!!" Cynthia was mortified.

"Mortified" means highly embarrassed. Not terrified, like Cynthia sounds.

Your battles are too fast that I can't keep up with them and reading this fic becomes a challenge. Reading should never be difficult. Your spelling is fine; but that's not the factor that defines a fic "good".

Just out of interest, what're your favourite books?

Michael and Cynthia share Giratina, as Michael is based off the D/P/Pt male player charicter.
BTW, Cynthia is embarrassed. She helped capture it.
I am going to post the next chapter. Thanks for the feedback. This one is kind of short, so I'll put a longer one on next.

CHAPTER 3
November 12, 10 seconds after
Spear Pillar

A huge stairway built itself into the sky!
"Whoa!" Lucas was unbalanced by strange rumbling. "That was huge!"
"Here we-" Dawn was interrupted by Michael putting his hand on her shoulder.
"No. not yet," Michael cautioned. "There could be something up there. I'll send Staraptor up first."
"No! It is too risky! It could get hurt!" Lucas exclaimed.
Michael agreed. "I guess you're right. They are our friends, so I'll go up with it."
"... I'll come as well," Lucas mumbled, "even if it is just to save your neck."
"I heard that!"
"Good for you..."Lucas reached into his bag and retrieved a Great Ball. “Pidgeot, Go!” he shouted, throwing the Ball.

"I bet Staraptor could beat a Pidgeot any day! Go!"
"Boys and their birds," Dawn sighed as the pair flew up the stairwell.

* * * * * *

'Incoming!'
'Mayday!"
"Lookout!!"
"Lucas?" Dawn asked.
"Michael!" Cynthia exclaimed.
"Arceus was up there! It threw us down before going down itself!" Lucas explained.

"Where is it then?" Cynthia asked.
"It vanished on the way down!" Lucas exclaimed.
"........ It is not in Sinnoh anymore! We must head to Kanto!" Cynthia suddenly said.

"Hey, Isn't Ash Ketchum in Kanto at the moment?" Jok asked.
"I'll go then, totally!" Dawn said.
"I'll tag along, cos' you can't leave me behind!" Michael said.
"... I'll come,” Lucas said, realizing he will probably see his rival again.
"The S.S. Anne is leaving here soon for Kanto! We’ll start there!" Lucas looked at a ship timetable he had brought up to Spear Pillar with him. (He always has the right items at the right time somehow) “Next stop, Kanto!”

oooh a twist is ash gonna use aura huh huh?
okay with my personal opinion out of the way who is lucas based off then if micheal is based off the D/P/Pt hero?
AURA

Lucas is my own creation. He has his own personality, and his outfit is based off the RSE male player charicter, however, he has the same style and colour hair as the DPPt player charicter.
Here is the next two chapters as one, for their shortness.

CHAPTER 4
22 December
Vermillion City

The seven Pokémon trainers had finally arrived in Kanto two days before the Pokémon Festival in Kanto.
"Wow, It's Kanto!" Lucas and Dawn said at the same time. (Did I mention they are brother and sister? Btw, I’m the Storyteller. You will hear me directly from time to time.)
"Home!" Jok was awestruck.
"Hello, Lt. Surge! Good to see you again!" Cynthia said to her old friend.
Lt. Surge was surprised to see Jok and Cynthia in Kanto. "Whoa, next time give me a call so I can book a hotel!"
"Actually, we're moving to Cinnabar Island ASAP. Got a way to get us over there?" Cynthia asked.
"Well, of course! We can go within the hour, if you want!" Lt. Surge said.
"We leave immediately," Cynthia said sternly.

"Hello?" A voice said from far off.
"Is Ash there?" It continued.
"Are you looking for Ash Ketchum?" Dawn asked.
"Uh, yeah. You know him?" Misty asked.
"Yeah. He traveled Sinnoh with me."
"You mean he didn’t ask me to go with him!?"
"Um, who are you?"
"I AM MISTY, THE GIRL WHO ALMOST ASKED HIM OUT! Darn it, now all Vermillion knows."
"You, with Ash! In your dreams!" Dawn said.
"Y-y-y-you think I’m not good enough for him?"
"I-I-I-I didn’t say that, did I?"
"Yes." Misty was SO upset now she could have sent a Pokémon flying at Dawn's face, but she somehow hid it.

Then, another voice appeared from the crowd. "Jok, is that you? Dawn! MISTY!" Ash gave Jok a big hug, and gave a hi-five to Dawn. Then he turned to Misty. "Uh, was that you shouting that?" he asked.
"Uh........... Yeah." Before Ash could react, he was being hugged to death.
"Grumple, I'm being hugged to death and my mom isn’t doing it!"

* * * * *

Pallet Town
Ash's backyard

Cynthia, Jok, Diamond and Pearl had left for Cinnabar, while the rest of the group came to Pallet Town to see Ash's mother.
"Hey, Dawn, wanna see my new team?" Ash asked after finally being released from Misty's grip.
"Battle me and she'll see you go down!" Lucas exclaimed.
"You're on!" Ash pulled out a Poké Ball. "Go, Pikachu!"
"What? You keep it in there now?" Dawn was amazed.
"Traveling Unova does that to you," Ash said.

"See how long that lasts against this! Go, Dugtrio!" Lucas threw his Poké Ball.
Ash pulled a face. "Uh, oh," he whispered. "Volt Tackle!!" The little rodent Thunderbolted itself and Tackled Dugtrio.
"What the....." Lucas was amazed that his plan was working. "Watch out, it does serious damage to the user! Earthquake while it's stunned!"
"Aw, Pikachu!" The little rodent fainted.
"Go, Dugtrio! Yes!" Lucas somehow hugged the worms.

“Fight this, then!" Ash threw an Ultra Ball containing a Snorlax.
*SNORE*
"Wake up, Snorlax!" Ash shouted.
"Fissure!!" Lucas told Dugtrio, who happily obliged.
"BOOM!!!!" the ground opened and Snorlax fell in.
"Snorlax! What have you done!!?" Ash was furious.
"I-I didn't do it! It’s too deep even for Dugtrio!" Lucas was shivering, though it was 30 degrees Celsius.
A huge figure appeared from the crack. It was holding Snorlax!
"He's right. I did it," the figure said.

CHAPTER 5
Pallet Town
Ketchum Backyard

"Arceus!? Why?" Dawn asked.
"I did what I must," Arceus stated simply.
"Can we finish our battle?" Lucas asked.
"Fine," Arceus sighed. "This Snorlax is out though."
"It was anyway," Ash said.
“I have no use being here.” Arceus told them as it healed up the hole and flew away.
"Very well, it shall continue!" Dawn said.

"Charizard, go!" Ash shouted as he threw another Poké Ball.
"Come back, Dugtrio, Go Raichu!" Lucas withdrew Dugtrio because he knew it couldn't win.
"Zap-beam?" Lucas asked his friend, who charged up.
"Oh, no! Fly, Charizard!" Ash shouted.
"Zap-beam has doubled the accuracy when the opponent uses Fly!" Lucas told Ash.
Raichu let out a quick blast of electricity at Charizard, who instantly fainted.

*Ding* “Zap-beam. A two turn attack. On the second turn, it releases a powerful blast that if it hits, automatically knocks out the target. Zap-beam has more than twice the accuracy if the foe uses Dive or Fly," Dexter stated.
"... Fine. Return, Charizard, go Venusaur!" Ash withdrew Charizard and threw a Poké Ball. A huge creature appeared.
“Come back, Raichu!” Lucas withdrew Raichu and reached for another Poké Ball. “Go!” Lucas threw the Ball.

“Blaziken!” Ash flinched.
“Blaze Kick,” Lucas said.
Blaziken charged up with fire and sent a flying kick at Venusaur.
“... Hyper Beam.” Ash told Venusaur.
Lucas cringed. “Dig!” But it was too late.
Twump! The powerful attack slammed into Blaziken and knocked it out.
“Come back Blaziken.” Lucas withdrew Blaziken. “Go Pidgeot!” Lucas threw another Ball.

“Brave Bird, Pidgeot!” Lucas shouted.
“Avoid it!” Ash said.
Surprisingly, Venusaur managed to avoid it.
"Wow, its fast. Aerial Ace!" Lucas said.
"Frenzy Plant now!" Ash knew this was it. His trump card.
"Pidgeot! NO!!" Lucas collapsed, but Dawn caught him.
"Are you okay?" She asked her brother.

"No...” He mumbled. "... I choose you!" Lucas shouted finally, choosing a final Pokémon.
"Dug-Dugtrio," it said.
"Fissure!" Lucas shouted.
"Dig!" Ash told Venusaur.
BOOM!!! Fissure hit with a bang.
"You win, Lucas," Ash said, returning Venusaur.
"For once." Lucas wasn't even slightly celebrating.
Misty walked up to Ash and whispered something in his ear.
"Ok, I'll think about it," Ash mumbled back.

okay finally! another chapter and since when did ash's bulbasaur change it's mind and want to evolve? pikachu in a pokeball where did you get that logic? Ash never loses a battle on purpose just so know (in case you skip every battle he ever made) [except for a very good reason) and by new team was that sarcasm, 'cause he came back from unvoa shouldn't at least one unvoa pokemon be there? and where on earth did arceus come from? and what does it mean did what it must? but i digress this is still a; you did watch at least 1 season from the anime, i know beating lvl100 ledgenderys is hard but honestly! anyway i digress this is still a good story, and how do ash and jok know each other? any way these are just bumps in the road to a perfect story,

Didn't you read the first chapter? Jok's last name is Ketchum! Ash does occasionally lose, but he always makes up an excuse for it. Ash does not yet know the meaning of sarcasm, thats why it's funny. Just about everything else, will be revealed... On to the next chapter!(this is where it becomes 11+, because not many people under that age would know what is going on.)

CHAPTER 6
2 February
Viridian City
Disco Hall
Evening

"This was a good idea, Misty, but why?" Ash asked.
"Um, I just thought, uh, maybe we should celebrate the fact that we're all here in Kanto." Sweat bubbles were running down the back of her head. "Um, Michael and Dawn seem to be enjoying themselves."
Dawn was resting on Michael's shoulder while the pair was eating some ice-cream.
"Um, why don’t we do that?" Misty asked Ash.
"What, eat ice-cream? Cool!" Ash said.
Misty murmured to herself, "Why me? Why this idiot?" Then she leaned toward Ash and.....

"You know where this is headed, don't you?"
"Yike! Who said that!?" Misty cried out before falling into Ash's lap as he reached forward for some ice-cream, grabbing two bowls.
"Oh, hi Misty," Ash said before realizing what Misty was about to do. "???... Misty? Were you going to....? Kiss me!?" Ash asked as he realized what had happened.
Dawn and Michael were staring at them now. In fact, almost everyone was. Including Lucas, whose jaw had dropped.
"Did. You. Just. Kiss?" he stammered and staggered backward into the wall behind him.

"Lucas!" Dawn cried out and caught her brother, who was for some reason crying. Imagine that. A 14 year old crying!
"Um, Misty, we need to talk out on the veranda. Now," Dawn stated.
"Okay," Misty replied. The two walked out.

* * * * *

"Misty, I think Lucas likes you. A lot," Dawn stated blankly.
"Oh, my! I must have really hurt his feelings doing that." Misty was sympathetic.
"My guess is he didn't have the guts to tell you and you say no and he gets heartbroken," Dawn said.
"... I'll go talk to him," Misty said.

Pallet Town
3 February
Early morning
"Lucas?" Misty asked.
"Go away, Misty. I hate you."
"Lucas, it was an accident."
"Go AWAY Misty!"
Misty sighed. "Just a minute?"
"Whatever." Lucas pride broke.
"Look, I'm sorry. It wasn't my fault. Someone shoved me." 'Mentally, anyway,' she thought.

Lucas finally broke even further and turned around and hugged Misty. "I don't hate you," he mumbled.
"I know how you feel about me..." Misty soaked in the scene.
The pair were sitting on Lucas' bed in his room. Lucas was sitting on his bed, looking like he didn't get any sleep. Misty was sitting on the bed, facing away from Lucas. Being hugged. By Lucas. Without Ash nearby.
Misty turned around and hugged Lucas back. It was almost a romantic scene. The kind that could only be spoiled by...

"O. M. G," Michael said.
The pair broke apart instantly.
"Uh, we were just talking! Nothing to see here!" Misty realized that she had left the door open.
Suddenly, it got even worse. "Hi Michael," Dawn said, and then saw what had happened. "I thought you were going to talk, not this!" She gestured to the pair.
An evil look crossed Dawn's face before she said, "I'm going to tell Ash that you like him and then did this!"
"No, Dawn please don’t!" Misty pleaded.
Dawn and Michael ran off, giggling, as Misty and Lucas chased after them.
"OUCH!" Misty cried out, tripping.
"Misty!" Lucas shouted and started to run back.

TWUMP!! Ash walked out of his room at that moment to see what the commotion was, only to collide with Lucas.
"Ouch! Watch it!" Ash grunted.
"Sorry!" Lucas scrambled to his feet as a wall blew in.
"To protect the world from-"
"Shut UP for once!" Ash shouted at Team Rocket.
"Don't interrupt the Team Rocket motto. Ahem," James said.
"To protect the world from devastation!"
"To unite all people within our nation!"
"To denounce the evils of truth and love!"
"Hey! Love isn't evil!" Misty shouted, attempting to stand up, but collapsed again.
"Yes, we all know you have two on the go now. Hey, Jessie, look! They're both in this room!" James said before resuming the motto, "To extend our reach to the stars above!"
"Jessie!"
"James!"
"Team Rocket! Blast off at the speed of light!" Jessie said.
"Surrender now or prepare to fight!" James said.
"Meowth! That's right!"

"Hey! Misty isn't my girlfriend!" Ash said, turning to Lucas, who simply kneeled next to Misty and pulled the rubble off her.
"Lucas? H-Help me..." Misty coughed before passing out.
"... You asked for a fight. YOU'RE GONNA GET ONE!!!" Lucas let loose all his anger and reached for a Ball. "Go Raichu!" He threw the Ball.
"Uh, oh," James said. ”I remember the last time he chose Raichu.”
"Thunder!!!" he shouted at the top of his lungs.
KABOOM!! The attack hit, blowing Team Rocket into the sky.
"Looks like Team Rocket's blasting off again!" they shouted, disappearing into the sky.

"Misty..." Lucas choked. "Get your mom, Ash!"
"Okay!" Ash ran off.
"Be okay. Just be okay," he mumbled.
"L-Lucas. I'm sorry..." Misty whispered.
"No. Not again. Not this time," was all Lucas could say.
"I want you to know..." Misty mumbled.
"Misty! Lucas, the ambulance is on the way," Ash's mother said almost calmly, though the panic was visible on her face.

uhh this 'new' chapter is just a reapet of the last you noticed?

yeah, sorry about that. I've just noticed, and my error is now fixed.

I'm still pointing out that Ash NEVER puts pikachu in a pokebLL BECAUSE PIKACHU DOSEN'T WANT TO BE IN ONE

Hi guys,
I've had a very bad month or so, and haven't been able to post. I'm going to put in two or three chapters now each time. Here it is!

CHAPTER 7
7 February
Pallet Town
Hospital
Recovery Room

"Misty..." Lucas stood over Misty's silent, unmoving body.
Misty coughed.
"Lucas? Is that you? Am I dead?" Misty asked.
"No, not yet. You sure had me worried though!" Lucas was feeling better.
"You know, if I hadn't let you in then, this wouldn't have happened," Lucas said.
"Lucas, we both did what we had to do. If we hadn't, who knows what might have happened?" Misty countered.

"Please refrain from talking, your throat's still rough," the doctor said.
"Okay," Misty agreed.
"How much longer?" Lucas asked the doctor.
"About two hours," the doctor replied.

* * * * *

"Hi guys!" Misty said, walking into the hallway.
"Misty!" Everyone said in unison.
"Misty!" Lucas repeated, giving her a hug but quickly breaking free, realizing everyone was watching. "Um, uh, I'll just be over here..."
"Lucas and Misty, sitting in a tree-" Dawn began.
"Thunderwave."
ZZAPP!
"K-I-S-"
And that was as far as Dawn got.
THUMP! Dawn slammed on the ground, paralyzed.
"Ouch," Misty said sarcastically.

"Lucas, is there somewhere we can talk?" Misty asked, walking over to him.
"Yeah, but I've got a better idea," Lucas replied.
"What?"
Lucas and Misty walked outside.
"This!" Lucas reached into his bag and pulled out a Great Ball. "Pidgeot, Go!"
"Wow! Cool!" Misty exclaimed.
"Well? Get on!" Lucas said, getting onto Pidgeot's back and pulling Misty up.
"Pidgeot, Fly!" Lucas told it.
Later, after they were a safe distance out on Route 1, Lucas asked, "Do you really like Ash?"
"I used to think that Ash was the one, but now..." Misty drifted off.

* * * * *

"Where are we?" Misty asked.
"Johto," Lucas replied.
"WHAT? Why?"
"We’re going to one of my favorite places."
"What?"
"You'll find out."

Late in the evening, Lucas said, "We're there."
"The Battle Frontier?"
"No. The Safari Zone."
"Wow, I've never been here before," Misty said.
Suddenly, Pidgeot started squawking and started plummeting.
"Pidgeot! Its tail is on fire!" Misty screamed.
"Return, Pidgeot!" Lucas retrieved the bird.
"Are you crazy!?" Misty asked.
"No. Burn Heal! My Bag!" Lucas shouted.
Misty reached into Lucas' bag. "Got it!"
"Give it to Pidgeot!"
"There!" Misty gave the Burn heal to Pidgeot and threw the Ball.
"Help, Pidgeot!"
"Pidgeooo!" it squawked and scooped up the pair.

"To protect the world from-"
"Aerial Ace!"
Pidgeot tore through the balloon.
"Looks like Team Rocket's blasting off again!"
(You kind of guess who that was!)
"Pidgeot, land. You're hurt," Lucas said.
"You're crazy! That's the Safari Zone beneath us!" Misty shouted.
"It's the edge though! We're almost there!" Lucas countered. "Hang on; it'll be a rough ride."

"Ouch!" Misty said as they crashed, sending dust everywhere.
"Sorry!" Lucas apologized. "We made it!"
"Just. If we had never run away in the first place, we wouldn't be in this mess anyway!" Misty complained.
"You know you only complain to your crushes, don't you?" Lucas teased.
"Okay you're right about tha-HEY!" Misty's face went red as the top half of a Poké Ball.
"You're blushing!" Lucas pointed out.
"What a way to ruin a romantic moment!" Misty shouted.
"You call falling to our dooms a romantic moment!?" Lucas asked.
"No, but you saving me is one."
"Riiiight. Why is it so hard to understand girls?”

The sun was setting at the time, and it was strangely beautiful to Lucas.
Lucas put his hand on Misty's, who looked at him with surprised eyes, then realized what was happening.
The pair leaned forward toward each other to look into the other's eyes.
Suddenly, the voice came again. "You know where this is headed, don't you, Misty?"
The sudden noise threw Misty forward, into Lucas, their faces colliding, their lips touched, but for some reason neither pulled away.

The PA sounded, "Night-time games are starting in ten minutes! Sign up now!"
The pair broke apart finally.
"Let's do what we came for," Lucas said.
"Sounds good," Misty agreed, still blushing.
"Let's go." Lucas got up and pulled Misty to her feet.
The pair walked into the building.
"Why did you like a kid two years younger than you anyway?" Lucas asked.
"He didn't know that at the time. He thought I was ten, not twelve."
"Okay." Lucas walked up to the stand and said, "Two games please."
"Yes sir," the attendant said. "If is a date-game its half price."
"I'll just pay full."
"Are you sure? The pair of you look so good together!" the attendant said.
"Whatever," Lucas sighed.

Pallet town
Ash's house

"Where are Lucas and Misty?" Ash asked.
"I don’t know," Dawn shrugged.
"Maybe they ran off on a date and didn't come back?" Michael suggested.
"I think we should just look for them," Dawn said.
Someone knocked on the door.
"I'll get it," Dawn said, opening the door.
"Zoey!"
"Dawn!"
"Who the-" Michael paused before he said the next word then finished, "are you?"
"This is my boyfriend, Michael," Dawn said.
"A boyfriend now, huh? I'm not good enough for you?" Zoey said, giving a hug to Dawn.

"Um, Zoey, we were good friends in the past, really good friends, but you're embarrassing me in front of my boyfriend," Dawn whispered.
"Okay. I'll stop." Zoey let go of Dawn.
"Thanks," Dawn said. "Why are you here?"
"I came to see Ash, thinking you'd be here too! I was right!"

CHAPTER 8
7 February
Safari Zone
Gate 1

"Here we go. Hold on," Lucas told Misty.
The Quick Tram started.
FWOOSH! It shot over to Gate 6.
"Look! Nidoking and Nidoqueen!" Misty shouted gesturing to an area about five meters away.
"Nidoking and Nidoqueen are very aggressive toward humans," the attendant said. "It is extremely hard to capture one here. Then again, this is the only place to capture one."
"Safari Ball, GO!" Lucas shouted, throwing a Ball.
BZTP! CLIK CLIK CLIK BZZ!
"So close!" Lucas complained as the Nidoking escaped.

"My turn. Nidoqueen, you're mine!" Misty shouted, throwing her own Ball.
BZTP! CLIK CLIK CLIK BLP!
"Yes! I finally have a Nidoqueen!" Misty celebrated.
"Uh, Misty?" Lucas tapped her shoulder.
"What?"
"That's Nidoking," Lucas replied.
"Yours then." Misty handed the Ball to Lucas.
"I'll get the Nidoqueen for you." Lucas reached for another Ball. "Go!"
BZTP! CLIK CLIK CLIK BLP!
"Ha-ha!" Lucas grabbed the ball and handed it to Misty. "Here."
"Sweet!" she replied.
"I still have more time. I want a Machoke," Lucas said.
"A Kadabra!" Misty shouted.
"It's mine." Lucas threw a Safari Ball.
"But I want it!" Misty complained.
"Give me a Machoke for it?" Lucas offered.
"There's one!" Misty shouted.
"Gotcha!" Lucas grabbed the Ball containing Kadabra.
"I got the Machoke!" Misty said.
The PA sounded, "Your game time is over!"
"Let's use an official trade machine this time," Lucas said, noticing that the Nidoking wanted to return to its original trainer.
"Sounds good," Misty replied, noting the Nidoqueen doing the same thing.

Later, the two left the Safari Zone and activated the Trade Machine.
"I deposit Kadabra," Lucas said.
"I deposit Machoke," Misty said.
The machine made the trade.
"Huh? Kadabra! It's evolving into Alakazam!" Misty exclaimed.
"Same with Machoke," Lucas said.

"Wanna battle?" Misty asked.
"Bring it on!" Lucas said.
"Machamp!" Lucas threw a Safari Ball.
"Alakazam!" Misty did the same.
"Vacuum Wave!" Lucas shouted.
"Psybeam!" Misty yelled.
"Ma-CHAMP!" The powerful Pokémon released a vacuum at Alakazam.
"ZAM!" Alakazam attacked as well.
"Focus Energy!" Misty told Alakazam.
"Focus Punch!!!" Lucas shouted.
"Alakazam!" Misty cringed. "Return!"
"It was SO close to fainting then. You were right to withdraw it," Lucas complimented. "Return Machamp!"
"Go Nidoqueen!" Misty shouted.
"It's up to you now, Nidoking!" Lucas cried.

The both of them sighed when the Pokémon snuggled up to each other and went to sleep.
"Some things don't change, huh Misty?" Lucas said.
"Reminds me of someone," Misty said cheekily.
"Don't. Ebony's gone. Forever..." Lucas sat down and put his head in his hands.
"It's okay." Misty walked over to him and kissed his cheek.
"... Let's go home."
"Okay."

February 9
Pallet Town
Prof. Oak's Lab

"Are you sure you haven't seen them?" A worried Dawn asked Prof. Oak.
"No. I most certainly have not." Oak stated.
A faint noise was heard outside.
Flap-flap-plunk
"Lucas! Misty!" Dawn exclaimed and ran outside.
"Hi, Dawn. You got a Paralyze Heal obviously." Lucas said blankly.
"Hmph." Dawn walked off in a huff.

"Misty, Lucas, come into my Laboratory," Oak said.
"Okay, sure." Lucas hopped off Pidgeot and pulled Misty off.
"This is Daisy Oak, one of my grandchildren. She turned fourteen yesterday, and wants a Pokémon. Would you two help her capture a Rattata?" Oak requested.
"Okay. We'll use this Luxury Ball for it," Lucas said.
"Thank-you," Oak said.
"Come on, Daisy. We'll get a Rattata for you!" Misty said.
"I want a Pidgey," Daisy insisted.
"Okay. It's your Pokémon," Misty said.

"There's one!" Lucas shouted.
"Go Weedle!" Daisy threw the Ball given to her by Prof. Oak to capture her Pokémon.
"Use Poison Sting!" Lucas told her.
"Poison Sting, then!" Daisy commanded Weedle.
"Weed-dle!" The Pokémon launched at the Pidgey.
Krak! The Pidgey was Poisoned!
"Now throw the Ball!" Misty shouted.
"Okay!" Daisy threw the Luxury Ball.
Click!
Pidgey was caught!
"Yes! I did it!" Daisy shouted in triumph.
"Get it to a Pokémon Center. It's injured," Misty said.
"Give it this Antidote," Lucas offered.

AN: We will continue back to the original plot now. This is now Part 2 of Book 1 Just so you know.

(I’m back! Do you want to know what the voice that Misty keeps hearing is? Want to know what happened to Cynthia, Jok and the others? Keep reading!)

Where is everyone?... My reviewers... is there no one interested anymore? anyway, here are the next chapters.

PART 2

Chapter 9
10 February
Cinnabar Island

Cynthia looked at her Pokétch. “Where are they? I asked them to be here hours ago!”
“There could have been a crash or something and they could be stalled,” Diamond offered.
“Hi guys!” Misty shouted.
After everyone had said their greetings, Cynthia said they had to keep moving. “There is a small island far north of here. It is about the same latitude as Snowpoint City. It is unnamed, and it has a single town named-”
“Trojan Town!” Ash exclaimed.
“Correct,” Cynthia said.
“Never heard of it,” Lucas, Michael and Misty said.
“That’s because it doesn’t exist! It’s a mirage island, isn’t it?” Dawn exclaimed.
“No. It is very real,” Ash and Cynthia said.
“There is a gym there too!” Lucas said excitedly. “My ninth badge!”
The team – minus Lt. Surge, Diamond and Pearl – moved on to Trojan Town.
“It’s amazing! A gym, ice cave, grassy areas, and a rock cave all in one!” Misty exclaimed.
“It is a very rare sight indeed, considering there are only two entrances: the trap door in Snowpoint City, and Rock Tunnel in Kanto.”
“I’m going straight to the gym!” Lucas shouted, bolting off.
“There is a Pokémon Center attached. It would do us all good rest.” Cynthia said.
“Who’s the gym leader?” Misty asked.
“A boy named Green. He is strong-willed and confident, but with good reason. He was the strongest trainer ever, until Red and Blue came. Red now wanders the world, looking for powerful trainers to battle. Blue became the Viridian City Gym Leader after Green resigned after his defeat by Ethan, the current Indigo League Champion. He took this position because he thought it was the right thing to do.” Cynthia said, remembering when she became Champion.
“Where is Red now?” Asked Jok.
“Actually, I think he’s visiting here at the moment to see an old rival.” Cynthia said.
“Wow! We’re going to see a living legend!” Dawn exclaimed.
Lucas walked into the Gym. “Whoa, a Pokémon Center in a Gym!” He was awestruck by the sights. The Gym Leader stood, battling a stranger who seemed to be winning!
“Red, this is it! Our last Pokémon each!” Green shouted.
The 17 year old boy named Red replied by throwing a Poké Ball.
“Charizard, I choose you!” Green shouted, throwing a Ball.
Red’s ball sprung open, revealing a Venusaur.
“You knew I only had Charizard, so why did you choose Saur!?” Green asked Red, wondering what caused Red to make such a decision.
Finally, Red spoke. “Use the move we trained to perfection,” he grunted.
“Fly!” Green shouted out to Charizard.
“Saur used Body Slam, pinning Charizard to the ground!” Lucas told the others excitedly as they arrived.
“Is that Red and Green battling?” Dawn asked.
“Yep.” Lucas replied, too soaked into the battle to hear anything else clearly.
“Take Down and Solar Beam as one!” Red ordered Saur.
“Seismic Toss!” Green shouted to Charizard.
Saur used Solar beam to make Charizard flinch, and followed up with Take Down.
THUMP-WACK
“Charizard is unable to battle. Saur wins! The winner is, once again, Red! Not to hurt your feelings, Green,” the conductor shouted through the microphone.
“Incredible!” Lucas shouted. “That was the most intense battle I’ve ever seen!”
“Wasn’t it!” Jok and Ash shouted.
“Green, I challenge you to a Gym Battle!” Lucas got ahead of himself.
“Once my Pokémon are healed.” Green was visibly disappointed.
Green then released his Pokémon from their Poké Balls and started to talk with them. He had a plan.

* * * * * *

“I’m ready Lucas,” Green said.
“What’s your story?” Lucas asked.
“Well, I was a headstrong trainer, and I rose to power. My title of Pokémon Champion was stripped from me when I was beaten by Red and Yellow de Viridian Grove.
“De Viridian Grove? Doesn’t that mean that that person has the power to heal Pokémon?” Lucas enquired.
“Yes. After destroying me, I became Viridian Gym Leader, and Red left to become a Pokémon Master. From what I know, he succeeded. I have slowly approached his power, as you saw earlier, but have never reached that level of power. I keep trying, but have never made it that far.
“I hear that you are the most powerful Gym Leader ever!” Lucas said.
“Yes. I am even more powerful than Yellow de Viridian Grove,” he replied. “You ready?” Lucas nodded.
“Three on three,” Green stated.
“Let’s go,” Lucas said, choosing a Poké Ball.
“You’re up, Charizard!” Green threw a Poké Ball.
“Poké Ball, GO!” Lucas shouted, throwing the ball.
“Rai!” Raichu cried.
“Zap-Beam!” Lucas shouted.
“Dig!” Green shouted.
“Darn it!” Lucas kicked the ground with his boot. “Exchange it for Charge!” Lucas shouted.
“Rai-chu!!” Raichu cried out in pain, attempting to hold in the awesome power of Zap-Beam!
“Charizard, NOW!!!” Green told it loudly.
“Return!” Lucas called back Raichu just in time.
“Is that even allowed?” Green asked.
“Of course it is! I choose you!” Lucas chose another Pokémon.
“Gen! Gar!” it bellowed.
“Gengar, Hypnosis!” Lucas shouted.
“No!” Green exclaimed, “Put your wings in the way and use Giga Impact!”
“It doesn’t affect Gengar!” Misty shouted from the sidelines.
“Blast Burn!” Green commanded.
“Gengar!” Lucas shouted as the Pokémon fainted. “Raichu! You’re up!” as he chose again carefully.
“Obviously, you haven’t learned this lesson yet. Charizard, Body Slam!”
“Huh-” was all Lucas managed to say before Charizard slammed into the ground with a bang.
“It’s using Earthquake!” Ash shouted.
“… Machamp, GO!” Lucas chose his third Pokémon, visibly frightened at the power that Green wielded.
“Sky Attack!” Green shouted.
Lucas mumbled something not understandable and commanded, “Fighting Frenzy!”
Machamp closed its eyes and focused. Less than a second later, it attacked Charizard ten times in a row with powerful punches and kicks.
“It didn’t knock it out!”
“I know…” Lucas said blankly, kneeling on the ground in defeat.
“Finish the Sky Attack!” Green shouted.
“NO!!” Lucas got up and bolted in front of Machamp.
Lucas instantly fainted.

Chapter 10
12 February
Trojan Town

Michael, Dawn, Ash and Green stood over Lucas’ unmoving body.
“Is he even still alive?” Dawn asked.
“Don’t even think that. It’s not funny,” Michael told her.
Lucas got up, dazed. “Huh?”
“Are you crazy!? You could have been more than killed!” Green shouted at him.
“…I almost died, and I’m not in hospital? Sky Attack is the most powerful move ever if it lands as a critical hit! And man, that landed critical.” Lucas scowled.
“Actually, you were only out for a few seconds,” Dawn said.
“Right. Is that why it’s TWO HOURS earlier than when we started the battle?” Lucas implied.
“Uh, well, you see, the thing about that is, um…” Dawn attempted to correct herself before saying,”No data available,” like a robot.
Lucas gritted his teeth in anger. “You’re IMPOSSIBLE, Dawn!” Lucas got up shakily.
Lucas walked over to the Pokémon Center to collect his healed Pokémon before leaving for the rocky cave to the south.

That night, a stranger walked into the Gym.
Green was sitting in a comfortable position on the Gym floor. “I’ve been expecting you, Riley.”
(How does he know who this stranger is? This was not preorganised.)
“Just so you know, Green, Lucas isn’t back. I told him to keep training outside.”
“I know,” Green replied.
“King Steelix, GO!!!” Riley said loudly enough to wake up the young Trainers sleeping in the bedrooms attached to the gym while throwing a Master Ball.
“So you caught it.”
Michael got up to see what the commotion was. “Riley! It’s so good to see you again!”
“And you, Michael. Where’s Barry?” asked Riley.
“Not here. He’s probably training at the Battle Frontier in Sinnoh.” Lucas replied.
“Hey! The phone is ringing!” Green looked over to a small red phone. It said “Emergency only.”
“Lucas!” Michael suddenly exclaimed.
“I’ll come too!” Dawn mumbled, still half asleep.

* * * *

The four stood at the entrance to the cave.
“Are you okay, Lucas?” Dawn asked.
Lucas coughed several times before becoming visible through the dusty cave entrance. “Yep.” He said.
“Why did you ring the emergency phone?” Green asked.
“T-That-” he coughed, before collapsing.
“Lucas!” Dawn shouted before running into the cave.
“Dawn, stop!” Green said sternly.
“STOP, Dawn!” Michael shouted.
A voice that sounded rather like James whispered, “We shall make ourselves known now.”
“To protect the world from devastation!”
“To unite all peoples within our nation-S!”
“To denounce the evils of truth and love!”
Michael opened his mouth to contradict that remark, but it flopped open when the dust cleared to show Team Rocket with Dawn as a captive. “NO!!!!”
“To COMPLETE our reach of the stars above!”
“We got promoted by the boss.” Jessie said.
“Don’t tell them we got promoted by Giovanni!” Meowth Scratched Jessie.
“I already know Giovanni is the Rocket Boss.” Michael said.
“Team Rocket rules this world! And soon, the UNIVERSE!!
“Now watch, as we blow this cave to bits!” James shouted.
“Michael, N-NO!!!” Lucas coughed, attempting to stop him from grabbing the dynamite.
“I’ll throw it clear!” Michael shouted as he threw it into the water to the west.
“You grabbed the wrong one!” Jessie shouted as another cluster exploded, throwing rocks everywhere.
“Wait, you told me to light dat one as well!” Meowth said.
“Uh-oh. It’s time to blast off,” James said.
BOOM!!
“We’re blasting off again!” Team Rocket shouted as the dynamite blew up.
“Lucas! That rock’s loose!” Dawn shouted as Michael darted over to grab Lucas.
“I-It’s too late.” Lucas said blankly as the large boulder fell onto him.
“NO!!” Dawn and Misty shouted.
Riley and Green just stood in shock horror.
“I’m okay,” Lucas said, walking out of what was left of the cave. “But…”
Lucas was carrying Michael, who was unconscious.
“But, it hit you, didn’t it?” Dawn asked.
“Michael pulled me out of the way in time,” Lucas replied.
Nurse Joy walked quickly over as Lucas lay Michael down. “His legs… the bones are smashed beyond repair.”
Then it was Lucas, Dawn, and Misty’s turn to go into shock horror.
“The other Dynamite stick! The one Michael threw into the water!” Green shouted.
“You idiot!” Riley shouted as it exploded, sending a huge wave at the small island.
“LATIAS!!!!!!!” Misty shouted as loud as possible, even though the thought of her made her extremely jealous.
“Laa!” Latias screeched as it swooped down to Misty.
“You have to stop the wave!” Misty panicked.
“Ash!” Dawn shouted as he came out to see what the commotion was.
“Latias!” Ash shouted.
Latias changed into human form and kissed Ash, making both Ash and Misty’s faces go red, for slightly different reasons.
“Latias. Wave,” Lucas said.
Latias nodded, breaking away from the kiss, changing to her actual form, and flew toward the wave.
“NOW, Latias!” Ash shouted.
Everyone blacked out.

CHAPTER 11
Trojan town
15 February

“What happened?” Ash asked as he shakily got up.
“We died, that’s what. Latias failed and we’re dead.” Lucas said.
“We haven’t died! We’re in a hospital room!” Michael commented, unable to get up.
(You would know why if you read the last chapter.)
“These beds are comfortable,” Ash put in.
“Where- where’s Dawn!? What happened to my OUCH! Legs?” Michael asked, clueless.
“Uh, well, they kinda got crushed.” Lucas said.
“Dawn, well, she’s-” Ash started.
“-Fine.” Lucas finished.
Just then, Bianca and Lorenzo walked in.
“Hi Ash. I don’t suppose that you’ve seen Latias around?” Bianca asked.
“Hey, isn’t that the pokémon you made out with last night?” Michael asked.
“You did WHAT!?” Bianca asked, incredulous.
“Uh, I, um, well, kinda, called Latias to save us from a giant wave, and, well, she changed into human form, and well...” Ash stammered, unable to finish (or control his blushing either).
“… Leave Latias alone… It’s the only thing I have left… to remind me of Latios.” Bianca sniffled at the memory.

“It’s okay,” Ash comforted, but letting his cheekiness get the better of him, continued “I KNEW it!! I knew that you had a secret with Latios!!!”
Lucas face palmed, as Michael fell out of bed.
“OUCH!!!!!” Michael screamed (yes, screamed like a girl) in pain as his legs hit the floor.

* * * *

Michael left Trojan Town to take his place at the Pokémon League, unable to continue with the group, as he is now unable to go anywhere without a wheelchair. Jok went with him. Lucas, though feeling guilty for what happened, thinks he is ready to challenge Green again.

Lucas stands in the arena, awaiting Green’s arrival. “Where is he?”
“Dawn can’t think of anything that’s not Michael, though that’s not surprising, I’m starting to worry about her,” Green said solemnly, walking into the room.
“She’ll be okay. She always bounces back.” Lucas assured him, “Let’s begin.”
“Five on Five.” Green said.
“Alright, Raichu, You’re up!” Lucas selected and threw a Ball.
“I see you still haven’t learned this lesson yet,” The gym leader said, smirking, as he grabbed a Poké Ball from his belt and flung it. “Scizor!”
“Thunderbolt!” Lucas shouted, “Your agility is at its highest level! Use it!!”
“Slash,” The Gym leader countered.
“Watch the Slash attack! Try your new move!” Lucas shouted enthusiastically.
“RAI!” The Electric pokémon put up a barrier called Reflect.
“Sci!!” Scizor bounced off the Reflect.
“Thunder followed by Body Slam!” Lucas quickly shouted.
Green opened his mouth, horrified, as Scizor fainted.
“I’m sorry, Scizor. I overestimated him,” the Gym Leader thought for a moment, and then called back Scizor and grabbing another Ball. “Porygon-Z! End this!”
“Thunderbolt, Raichu!” Lucas commanded.
“Tri-Attack,” Green stated.
“Oh, no!! Reflect is down!” Lucas realized. “Dodge!”
Raichu moved at lightning-speed, but was not quite fast enough to dodge the Ice attack.
“Rai-c-c-chu…” Raichu was on the ground, severely injured.
“No!” Lucas shouted.
“Finish it with Ice Beam!!” Green exclaimed in triumph.
“Come Back!” Lucas recalled Raichu after it fainted, and picked another Ball at random.
“Ma-CHAMP!” Machamp showed off its muscles.
“Fighting-” Lucas started.
“I’m not falling for that again, so Tri-Attack!” Green shouted over him.
“Machamp! YES!!!” Lucas shouted as Machamp slammed Porygon-Z to the ground.
“Return,” Green was upset at Porygon-Z failing.
“Ha! Let’s just end this now, with your surrender of the badge, unless you want to have all of your pokémon defeated.” Lucas taunted.
Green remained unimpressed. “I think,” he mumbled, reaching for another Poké Ball. “I choose you!”
“Gol-DUCK!” Golduck prepared to fight.
“Flash Cannon,” Green told his loyal Pokémon.
Golduck charged up, and then fired a flash of solid light.
“Dig!” Lucas shouted.
Machamp managed to avoid the Flash Cannon, and dove underground.
“And, UP!” Lucas shouted so Machamp could hear him.
BANG! The attack hit full force.
“Psychic!” The gym leader shouted.
Machamp flew all the way to the roof, and fell many meters to the ground.
“M-Machamp!!!” The challenger knelt down, seeing the first match all over again.
“Is this over already?” Green smirked.
“Not likely! Come back!” Lucas returned the fainted Machamp.
Lucas chose another Ball, one that had already been used.
“RAI!!” Raichu was angry.
“Full Restore!” Lucas sprayed the powerful Status Healer onto Raichu.
“Flash Cannon again!” Green was worried; Electric is Super Effective on Water.
“All out! Volt Tackle!” Lucas cried out is desperation, as Flash Cannon did its job.
“Rai…” Raichu charged up with power, lunging at Golduck. “CHU!!”
The arena lit up bright yellow with electricity. (So far, Green doesn’t look too good. Especially because Lucas still has a trick or two left…)

uhh yeah... what the hell????! the last parts didn't mention jok yet he appears at the end, it's okay but your rushing a bit, and a little description doesn't hurt.

Here is the Epilogue. I will keep you informed of what happens after this.
EPILOGUE
Sinnoh League Gate

“Star!!” Staraptor said as it landed in front of the Pokémon League.
“Thanks. Lets go.”
Michael walked inside, and took the lift to his chamber of the Pokémon League, where an impatient boy stood, waiting for a challenge.
“Finally! The Champion approaches!” Ethan, Indigo League Champion said, with a ‘let’s get this over with’ attitude.
“If you want to win, you have to play by the rules,” Michael said, not liking Ethan’s attitude.
“What then?” Ethan rolled his eyes.
Sighing, Michael asked Ethan this: “What do you think of Pokémon?”
“I dunno, they’re friends to some people, tools for others.” He replied casually.
“I didn’t ask for the general populace’s opinion, I asked for yours.”
“I DON’T HAVE ONE!!” Ethan roared at him,” Besides, whose place is it to question me?”
Michael said sorrowfully, “I’m sorry, but you’ll have to leave now. I will not accept a challenge from someone with an attitude like that. Someone like you must never become Champion.”
Just then, former Champion Lance walked in, looking sorry for himself. “I never thought that you would turn out this way…”

* * * *

Lucas’ battle has gone on for a long time now and he only has two Pokémon left. His opponent has three left, and has just finished knocking out Raichu. Things don’t look good, as he sends out Blissey…

Lucas reached in to his bag and withdrew a Great Ball containing one of his most powerful pokémon.
“Blissey! Go!!”
“Bliisi!” It said, pumped.
“Let’s go!”
“Hmph. I’ll show you…” Green reached into his bag and pulled out another Ball. Go!”
“Pigeoo!!” Pidgeot screeched as I dived onto Blissey.
“BLii-sey…” The pokémon tried to get up, but couldn’t.
“Uh-oh. Return!” Lucas withdrew Blissey and grabbed his last Ball. “Go, Gengar!”

An epic battle followed, and Gengar fought valiantly. Soon, it would all end, and this is how it did…

“Lucas still has Gengar in play, and Green now only has Charizard and Alakazam left. This may be a stalemate!” shouted the conducter.
“Gengar! Destiny Bond!” Lucas shouted, knowing that the next move would render Gengar unconscious.
“Gen… GAR!” Gengar unleashed energy as Alakazam’s powerful Energy Ball knocked it out.
Green gritted his teeth in frustration as he sent out his last pokémon: Charizard.
“I didn’t think it would come to this. But it did, so I might as well make the most of it.”
“CHAR!!!!” Charizard sent a huge blast of fire at the roof, almost setting off the smoke alarms.
“Watch it! One wrong move, and the water ends this match!” Green cautioned Charizard.
Charizard snorted as if to say, “I don’t need you to tell me that.”
“Blissey, I’m counting on you!” Lucas threw his only available pokémon.
“Ha! Too easy. Flamethrower!” Green said, as if he knew how the battle would end.
Blissey fainted.
“Well, that was easy.” Green gloated.
“Things aren’t always what they seem…” Lucas said, sending out Gengar again.
“Y-you used Healing Wish! Argh!” Green’s expression disappeared, and was replaced with a grin. “I knew you were smarter that you look!”
“Hey! That’s not nice!” Lucas shouted. Use Thunder!”
“Uh-oh…” Green winced as he lost a badge.
“HA! I win!” Lucas gloated.
“Here, have the Mega Ball.” Green said.
“Huh?” Lucas looked puzzled.
“A Mega Ball is almost as rare as a Master Ball. It gives 8 times the current catch rate.” Green grinned. “That’s my Gym Badge!”

* * * *

Cynthia returned to Sinnoh, at reports of Spiritomb being sighted around Route 207. She arrived late at night.
“Spiritomb? Are you there? SPIRITOMB?” Cynthia shouted through the darkness.
“SPIIIII!!!!!” Spiritomb shouted and rocketed into Cynthia’s arms as if it had just escaped something horrible.
At that moment, Cynthia realized what Spiritomb meant to the balance of nature, and gasped at the meaning of Spiritomb’s capture.
“Spi-spi-spiri…” The pokémon fainted as a huge figure rose from the ground, enveloping both Spiritomb and Cynthia as one of her Poke Balls rolled away…

(Well? What do you think will happen to Cynthia? You’ll have to find out in Book 2, The Oath of Arceus!)
