So, I waited at 4:30 in the morning in front of Target to get a Nintendo Wii, and got the last Zelda game they had. It's the most awsome game I've ever played.

I loved Ocorina of Time. I couldn't wait to get the bonus disc that came with the Wind Waker to play Master Quest. But Twilight Princess, I think, is even better than that legendary classic. The controls are easy and so much fun, it's innovative and creative...

Anyone else who has this game, please comment on what you think about it and discuss!

I hated the fishing required to get the slingshot. It took me freaking forever to figure it out because both the in-game instructions and the player's manual instructions sucked so much. When I went online to find tips, I found that I wasn't alone in my frustration with this required mini-game.

Otherwise, it's a great game. Haven't had too much time to play it, though.

I'm at Arbiter's Grounds right now in Gerudo Desert. I'm currently stuck in one part of the dongeon, myself. The player's guide really doesn't give that clear of instructions.

I really like that the Hyrule of TP is set in the Ocarina of Time's Hyrule, albiet expanded greatly. It's a thrill seeing all the old landmarks again.

My boyfriend is already significantly though it, but the biggest complain about the game we've heard is the plot, which should be familiar to fans of StarFox Adventures:

Essentially, Ganon has no involvement in the plot at all, but is still the final boss. The plot revolves around King Zant's revenge for being outcast for practicing black magic. However, nonsensically, Ganon pops up at the last moment and goes "Hahaha. I was behindz it all!" for no real reason and with no real build-up just to half-assedly shove a Ganon final boss sequence into the game. That's pretty fucked up, and reminds me of way too many crappy games where that's happened - StarFox Adventures and latter Megaman X games for instance. This especially irks me since Ganon hasn't been the final boss in every game - Minish Cap, Link's Awakening, Major's Mask, the Oracle games if played seperately and problably the Phantom Hourglass. The Zelda series doesn't ALWAYS need Ganon to be the SOURCE OF ALL EVIL NO MATTER HOW UNRELATED TO HIM, nor should it

Oh, and the Player's Guide for this game sucks. Usually it's full of art, enemy details, and such. But Nintendo Power has left all of that out to give two sets of maps for the flipped games, and only gave vauge instructions throughout the whole thing. Really crappy.

I think it's awsome how they incorperated Ganondorf. It reminds me of Agahnim (sp?) in A Link to the Past, where Ganon made a deal with him in order to get out of the Dark World.

I LOVE the scene where they imprison Ganondorf and he kills one of the sages. It really shows how crazy Zant is, and how really ruthlessly evil and manipulative Ganondorf is. I think it all fitted together very nicely.

And I had a hunch General Scales wasn't the final boss of Star Fox Adventures. If he's the self-proclaimed emperor, he had to get assisstance form somewhere, especially if all the other tribes tried to keep his tribe at bay.
