club started on SPPf, was founded by Nights in mid-June last year.

This club is a place where members support their favorite legendary pokemon and make friends in the BMGf community. Here, members talk about various subjects and have fun at the off-site Legendary Alliance Club Forums. While contributing to the club and staying active at the forum, members will earn points that determine their rank. There are also competitions and contests that occur to give members a chance to compete against each other in friendly competition and promote new ideas and concepts. The most important thing in this club (other than following the rules) is to make friends and have fun. We hope you join and have a good time!

Rules
  1. All Bulbagarden rules apply.
  2. No spam.
  3. No foul language.
  4. No flaming.
  5. No double posting, triple posting, quadruple posting, etc. (if you accidentally post more than once, just delete it).
  6. Respect fellow members
  7. When you use a club banner or userbar, credit the creator.
  8. When banned from the club, don't return unless your banning period is over.
If a member commits three offenses that don't result in automatic ban they are automatically banned from the club for a week. If a member commits another offense after being temporarily banned, they are permanently banned from the club.

Punishment: The Zenith, Elites, High Admins, and Admins decide on a fair punishment for unruly members. Depending on the severity of the offense, the member can get a Point Deduction, Demotion, or Ban. Make sure to follow the rules carefully.

How to Join
Post a statement of your favorite legendary pokemon (only one please) and “I would like to join.”

When you register at the club forums, please state your BMGf user name in the cbox at the bottom of the page so we know it's you.

The Legendary Pokemon:
  1. Kanto-Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mewtwo, Mew
  2. Johto-Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Celebi
  3. Hoenn-Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Latias, Latios, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Jirachi, Deoxys
  4. Sinnoh-Uxie, Mesprite, Azelf, Dialga, Palkia, Manaphy, Phione, Heatran, Regigigas, Giratina, Cresselia, Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus

Points and Ranks
Points: Points can be accumulated to rank up.
  • Recruit a member for the club (they must notify you as their referer)-50 points
  • Make a club banner (must be accepted)-40 points
  • Make a club userbar-40 points
  • Add a club banner or userbar to your sig-20 points
  • Add the club's url to your sig-20 points
  • Make a post-10 points
  • Be active in the club-(points vary)
  • *Other points can be specially obtained*

Ranks: Members can rank up by using the specified number of points. Zenith, Elite, High Admin, and Admin ranks are specially obtained

Abilities:
Zenith can: Announce event, make new rules, and exercise all Elite abilites without asking the Zenith (duh).
Elites can: Use the club forum ACP and exercise all High Admin abilities.
High Admins can: Ban, give points (must notify Zenith), and exercise all Admin abilities.
Admins can: Suggest ban, promote (must notify Zenith), deduct points (must notify Zenith), demote (must notify Zenith), suggest new rules, and exercise all Lesser Admin abilities.
Lesser Admins can: Give points (must notify Zenith), suggest point deduction, suggest demotion, and exercise all Member abilities.
Everyone else can: Add new topic, recruit new members, make banners/userbars

The club's founder, Nights, mysteriously disappeared at the end of February 2008. Much of this post's content was written by him. Every 4 months the club has Zenith elections to pick a leader from among the Elites and High Admins.

Club Forums
The Legendary Alliance Club Forums: Legendary Alliance members are able to register into the club forums. When registering at the club forums you MUST register using your BMGf username so that we recognize you as a club member, and not just some random person. At our forums, members can chat about almost any subject, join a team for competition (coming in the future), make friends with other members, and much more.

Banners/Userbars: Club banners and userbars are located in the club forums. Make sure to credit the creator.

My favourite legendary Pokemon is Darkrai, as you might guess =D

EDIT: Oh, and if someone with the username Inferno joins, that's not me, because I tried changing my username, and apparently there is someone with the username Inferno

I might not be as active in this Club as I am at the SPPF one, since this 'site lags for me alot... -_-;

Well, lots of reasons:

1) Movie Five is one of my favorite movies and has always been an inspiration to me.

2) That thing is freakin' cute!

3) I still have fond memories of naming my Latias "Clair" in Sapphire. (while my Latios was named Lance, just for the record)

4) Latias (in the anime at least) is evidence for my thoery of legendary Pokemon being able to take human form.

5) I think it is one of the most original Pokemon designs ever.

Well, I'm not really sure why Darkrai is my fave...It's more than likely his concept and design. To be honest, it's just something I can't put my finger on...

Uh no. Before I was like, "OMFG HAILz TEH MEWZ0RZ!" But now I'm an 99.9% Jirachi fan. the .1% is for Uxie though. Haha..

What is your favorite non-legendary Pokemon?

This is a toughie...Well, I like the Houndour line, Absol, the Shinx line, the Electrike line, the Eeveelutions, any Fire-Type starters apart from the Chimchar line (I'm neutral towards him), Swablu line, Chikorita line, Totodile line, Grovyle, Gallade, and more...

@ Articuno: Yeah, I'm getting Platinum. I wonder what Origin Giratina's Ability is going to be? (It's apparently listed as ???...)
