Sui can take the blame for this one. I've been considering making this club since before Maddie ever showed up on the forums, but Sui insisted I make it when I mentioned it in a conversation, so now I'm making it. Anyway.

Let's kick things off as always with the rules. Any similarities to the Eric Stuart Fan Club rules are totally coincidental and not my lazy self taking advantage of the fact that the rules aren't really different at all between the two clubs. Really. Stop looking at me like that.

1. STATEMENT OF THE OBVIOUS: This is a club for fans of Maddie Blaustein. If you admire her and her work, you don't even have to ask to join - welcome!
2. As in any club, please stay on topic. There's plenty of room for discussion, since Maddie does so much stuff and is generally all-around awesome, but just make sure it's all about Maddie Blaustein.
3. Gushing about how much you love Maddie Blaustein is fine, but don't cross the line. If you have any creepy stalker fantasies or anything similarly unpleasant, keep it to yourself. I mean, if Maddie Blaustein looks at this thread - which is extremely likely, given Maddie browses these forums currently - we want her to feel admired and adored, not disturbed and possibly frightened. She's a real person, and a really talented one at that, so she deserves respect - please watch your words and keep it kosher.
4. Insert all the other rules of Bulbagarden Forums in general here.
 
First to post in Maddie's club! <3 She rocks!

Meowth's voice has always been awesome. And I like that doctor she voiced on One Piece... the one that Chopper worked with.
 
Maddie is just incredible.

I really admire her, especially since she keeps her cool, wit, and humor even when no one pulls no punches. From having been wound up and rubbed the wrong way numorous times in the constant debate the whole cast change fiasco caused, I find that takes a ton of self-control, since I was even driven to tears from sheer frustration. She's also ceaselessly brilliant when it comes to her humor; I must see her standup when I eventually visit New York!

Besides Meowth, my favorite character of her's is by-far, Lezard Valeth of Valkyrie Profile (he sounds extremely simular to Satorious of Yugioh GX if you've never played the game). I found her take on the brilliant-but-off-his-rocker alchemist/necromancer absolutely genius, as he truly is the epitomy of nerd villainy. Plus you just know he'd get in a slapfight with Lucian over Lenneth Valkyrie.

This was way overdue, I think. X3 I hope she didn't feel left out because of the Eric-club. Eric's the fangirl-bait of the cast, so it was a given that he has a club here. ;p

If she and the original cast stayed intact, chances were very high that she would've voiced English Perap. :( I really could imagine her voicing Perap, not only since I believe she would fit, but she loves parrots. She even said Perap looks like her parrot Jake! I think that's absolutely adorable....I really know how it feels to have a pet that's like your baby. (I recently lost mine, a maine coon/manx cat, but that's a whole 'nother subject.)
 
This makes me wonder if anyone's given her a Perap Pokedoll yet. X3 It's cute beyond words.

And there's Perap's "Blabber" ability, where you record your voice into the attack. I believe the most pwnworthy "Blabber" possible would be Maddie herself doing her take on Perap. o.o Maybe if I ever meet her, I could take my DS and Diamond game and ask her to record it for me....but the chances of that are pretty much nil.
 
Maddie is a professional voice actor. On par with some of the greats given a great role she can exercise in. Maddie I love your range, I love your delivery, and I love your personality. She's only second to Eric Stuart in my personal favorites :p.

Wow, Samwise sounds like a big cat, though the maine coon/tabby mix must be really pretty. I used to have a cat named Bubba who was a bengal, which looks like a jungle cat - but the pattern breeds out after several generations, so he pretty much looked like a tabby with very messy stripes... he was the most loudmouth cat I had ever heard, basically like the Meowth of our household. (I even pictured him to talk something like Meowth - except with a Rhode Island accent, which is bascially a Brooklyn accent on crack.) He died earlier this year, though... this has been a bad year for losing kitties. =(

Anyway, back on subject, I admire Maddie's voice acting work so much. Brock may be my favorite character now, but before I hit puberty (which is totally irrelevant to the subject, I swear) my favorite character was definitely Meowth. And the more I learn about Maddie, the more awesome I think she is, seriously.

Exactly my thoughts. Maddie is just herself, and proud to be. When I found out Maddie does comedy, writes for comics, does voice work, AND is an artist...I was just floored. THAT is talent ladies and gents. I would love to see Maddie get a role with a Disney film.

X3 Jake is so cute!! I even love how he's tilting his head, just like my mom's puppy does. His colors are gorgeous, too! He really does look just like a Perap!

And thanks so much for the hug, Maddie. *hugs* He was such a beautiful, sweet cat, and always knew and gave me a big cuddle when I was sad. Losing him was like losing one of my closest friends. I actually named him after Eric, since I was listening to his music while in the car ride home with him. It seemed to just really fit him.

Anyway, I'll get off this depressing subject, so here's a picture of him cramming himself into the tiniest box he could find. X3

So what all non-4Kids work has she done? (it feels strange to say it like that when she's viewing the thread. I feel like I could just ask you directly.) I'd rather not trust IMDB since it's notoriously unreliable...

So, after the Eric Stuart Fan Club thread got necro'd - maybe it's time to bring this one back as well.

I still am breathing fire and brimstone at the thought that TAJ Studios insisted on calling Maddie a 'he'. Not cool. Very much not cool.

It's hard for me to think that anyone would show Maddie that level of disrespect. <=(
