Hi! Its me, Revan <Darkside>, its taken me a few weeks to settle in but my breeding shop is now open for buisness! Looking for a certian Pokemon? I will make it my duty to hunt down, trade, train, and breed Pokemon for you in exchange for items and other pokemon as payment. Please be aware that my items are limited but my selections are growing!

This should really be in "Simple Questions", but the answer is because of Chimchar's gender rate - check its Bulbapedia entry for more information
