This club is for whoever loves nature, all/some of God's creatures and/or the simple things in life (baby's smile, a rain drop, sunlight, etc...)

In other words this club is for everyone who loves the most precious, yet the simplest, things in life.

The club rules are simple:
No, bashing, cussing, double posting.... well you get the picture, all rules apply. If something's not understood, ask.

Most people haven't been able to enjoy the things most precious to them because of hate and they're too caught up with things that aren't as importent.

I'll join your club, Pika Pal. This is my kind of club and the kind I gotta stick to.

While I was very serious about leaving things the way God made them merely months ago (you know the story), I know now that sometimes changing is for the better.

I admit it. I'm a nature fanatic. I just love going out into the forest, watching the trees and the animals and the rest of the beauty - in fact, my love for nature is partly why I'm into Pokémon.

I love the rain, too.

I just wonder why this club is shoved aside, it's a great idea!

You love the rain, too? That's awesome! I especially like the smell before a good rain. There's no other smell like it in the world.

You, too? That's really cool. I think that's a reason why I've stuck with Pokemon so long. My love of nature and animals.

Infact a week or two ago my class ( well, actually I'm not in that class anymore; I graduated from Junior High) got to go on a feild trip and we were allowed to get wet and stick our heads under a small waterfall- it was great. Doing things like that helps me remember the more importent, yet simplest, things in life.

Thanks for joining :).

Yeah, I LOVE that smell!

I also love the waterfalls, I actually live a few miles away from Niagara Falls.

Woah, that's weird.

Anotherthing, I enjoy is the night sky. When I look up I feel comfort.

I'd like to join! While I'm not religious at all, that certainly takes nothing out of admiring nature and the little things in life. In fact, it makes them even more precious, in my opinion, when you submit to the concept that there might not be something after life, or be in awe about how it may have all came to be. I adore the scent of rain, before and after, too! So refreshing, fresh, clean, cool. And the night sky...there was only one time, years ago, that I remember of seeing a full night sky, on a camping trip. I think it's one of the most amazing experiences, seeing the night sky without any bit of human-produced light to mar it. I'd adore to see it again, and the milky way, and really take it in- when I was little (and I guess a lot of people are like this) I didn't really appreciate it.

One of my favorite things are fields and rough-ish terrain- tall brush, hills, dotted with copses and rocks. My favorite scenery. This'll make me sound like a nut, and that's probably not too far off the mark, but seeing that makes me want to get out and crawl through the grass and poke through or lay beneath the trees and rocks.

That's ok, you don't have to be relligious to join this club.

Welcome, and that doesn't make you sound like a nut.

I love the night sky too, especially out in the country.

And the rocky terrain owns too! I love it when forests mix in with mountains!

Well, Ill join. I also love rain and the night sky... it's very comforting to me.

I'm not particularly religious, but I do indeed love the hell out of nature. I'm not really a fanatic for hittin' the woods, mind, but if there's one thing I love, it's trees. Big, tall, green, swaying in the wind, casting deep shadow over the sun-baked earth... ahhh.

Mind, water's pretty great in all its forms. Gentle streams, pounding rivers, waterfalls of any size, lakes... uh, pools... nothing is more relaxing than water. It's gotta be racial memory, the eternal calm in the primal seas of Earth.

That's awesome! Welcome everyone :).

Since, there's a few more members maybe we should start a discussion.

Name atleast one reason why you like natural things so much.
I really like it, because of the purity and comforting feelings.

I'm so glad I revived this thread...

I really like it, because of the purity and comforting feelings.

Man...I wish they had never torn down the King's Forest in Hamilton, Ontario, I could have taped a walk from my house to the other side of the forest at Albion Falls...I don't live in Hamilton anymore though and as I said the forest was torn down for an expressway.

I learned how sweet babies can be. One of the simpliest things in life, but yet how innocent they are. My little 2 year old cousion gave me a little piece of her chocolate.

You know what maybe we could do some projects in this club. Maybe we could help the natural things. You don't nesaserally have to, but if you do I'll put your name up on the first post, and tell what you did.

Good idea! I'm just not allowed to leave my house unless for school so I wouldn't know how I could help...

Thanks! All, that's ok. You don't have to do anything, only if you can.

Heh, never noticed this thread...

Heres my top 3 best natural smells that I think people take for granted.

1. Fresh Cut Grass,( Don't get to smell it that much here in AZ )=

2. The Way The Desert Smells Right Before It Rains. (Once again, not very often ...)

3. New Shoes... dunno if that should go or not, but in any case its a great smell ^^

Good idea! I'm just not allowed to leave my house unless for school so I wouldn't know how I could help...

The best way to help is by doing little things like fixing leaky taps, don't leave appliances on, or in standby when not in use. Instead turn them off and consider buying energy effecient appliances next time your washer, fridge etc... goes on the fritz.
