The New Captain America? (Possible spoilers)

Personally, I think he looks like some sort of Communist Bullseye. I'm not shocked to see Castle as a contender for the new Captain America, but I'm not convinced that he's THE Captain America. This image could be a mislead (similar to the mocked up Initiative cover that showed Iron Man in red, white and blue armor) or it could be real. If it is real, the big question is: Where's the shield (and the wings on the cowl, but the shield's the bigger issue)?

Lol, Captain Punisher is one of the best things I've ever seen.

I think that Castle probably should do something after Cap's death but I don't think he'll take on the mantle - not completely anyway. I'd expect him to show up and duke it out with someone else donned up as Cap and probably retreat.

And Tony still has the shield, surely?

They've been saying Tony has the shield and it gets dealt with in Fallen Son: Captain America (which represents "Bargaining" in the five stages of grief).
