The Ninja Guild (A Non-Pokemon RP)

The Guild
There is a world beside our own which we have never noticed before. Until some certain teenagers reach the age of 15 that is. Through a letter in the post and usually a visit from a man of authority, their family are told that their child has been selected for the Guild. The Guild is a school for teenagers who have been noticed to possess a certain quality. The quality to become a fully fledged ninja.

The teenagers will learn how to fight, learn inhuman moves and will eventually grasp powers the world has never seen before. Yes, every teenager will be taken to be gifted with their own unique power, that is specially tailored to their fighting style. The Guild works the same as a boarding school would. The teenagers will be given rooms with their fellow age group and gender, and will slowly become the capable ninja they are expected to become. There are 5 years of training at the Guild, 5 full years of missions to complete, friends to make and enemies too.

Missions

The Guild is not only a place of learning and teaching, but a place of hiring. From Kings, Queens and Prime Ministers, to troubled farmers and nobodies, people will require hire of the ninja.
Depending on year group and numbered rank, you will be tailored with missions to go on throughout your years at the Guild. Do well in these missions and you may have your number rank go higher. If you do bad in these missions or fail or upset the customer, the rank can go lower.

Ranks
Every ninja starts off as a Recruit. The ranks work like this:

Year 1 : Fresher
Year 2 : Recruit
Year 3 : Fighter
Year 4 : Pitter
Year 5 : Reaper

For every rank is a stage, like a level. According to how well students have done in missions, students will be given grades and a level for their rank. These come in the numbers starting from the best to worst; First, Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth. So for instance if you are a First Fresher, you are one of the best in the year group. However if you are a Fifth Fresher, you are one of the worst.

Powers
Every ninja will be taken upon their arrival at the Guild, to go and claim a power from the Forbidden Scroll. The Scroll has the ability to grant those of worthy ability a power. This power can be anything, either the ability to conjour fire to the ability to turn yourself invisible. However, the power will be feeble at first. Only after a few years experience, the power can be at its most powerful.

Gender: Male
Power: he could control fire! (Yay)

Personality: Lars is a warm-hearted and disciplined military boy, in sharp contrast with the fierce and vengeful Alexanderson family members to whom he is related. He is a serious and focused Trainer, but allows his emotions and sense of righteousness to determine the outcome of his battles.
He's a little bit cold to a person he just met or a person he can't trust. Also, he got a somewhat heroic personality, that make him either brave or stupid.
Lars can't stand lazy people.
He prefer a pokemon that hit fast and hard, he got his own unique fighting style.
His golden lion shaped necklace represent courage, bravery, wisdom and power, and is a symbol of Alexanderson family.
Also, he probably never mention this, but he master all kinds off martial arts. Kung fu, Karate, JiuJitsu,Capoeira Bajiquan, anything. You name it yourself. He even master the art of street fighting, since he's very acrobatic.

Appearance: Lars is Swedish despite being half-Japanese; unlike the other Alexanderson family members. Lars is a boy with green eyes and blond hair that features fringe bangs with upturned spikes in the back and a topknot in the shape of a crescent moon, just like other Alexanderson, Lars' hair stands in an upright position. He wears a red shirt, decorative white bracelet, and golden necklace adorned with a lion, spiral designs, and a finger less red glove. His outfit includes golden accessories, including rings. he always keep a chain tied on his jeans. The back of his shirt has a stylized Lion print.
He also carry a black phone in his Jeans pocket

Abilities: he masters a chinese martial arts called Bājíquán.it is a Chinese martial art that features explosive, short range power and is famous for it's elbow strikes. The style focuses on being more direct, culminating in powerful, fast strikes that will render it's opponent unable to continue.

Power: She has power over water. She can heat it up, freeze it, etc....
Personality: Kal is very shy when meeting new people, but she warms up quickly. She's usually cheerful and upbeat. She can get along with almost anybody, but she's also easily distracted and has a horrible memory. It takes a lot for her to crack, but when she gets angry it's best to stay out of her way. She's not very brave, and tends to run at the first sign of trouble.
Appearance: Kal has waist-long layered brown hair that she usually wears down. Her eyes seem to change color from green to grey in different lights. She often wears a pink and purple plaid fedora on her head, long black leggings, and a purple sweatshirt.
Abilities: Kal is a good archer. She can also run very fast for short periods before she gets tired.

Name: Aiden Illuse
Occupation: Student
Gender: Male
Power: Aiden can create illusions out of thin air. He uses these to confuse and disorient his opponents, while he makes quick work of the battle.
Personality: Aiden is a very calm and calculated ninja. He never loses his cool and doesn't panic in even the worst of situations. He is fairly quiet, not generally speaking to people unless he knows them well. He tends to have a cold personality, and is hard to befriend. However, those who are his friends know that he is very loyal and will lay his life on the line to defend them.
Appearance: Aiden has medium length, snow white hair and eyes of the same color. He was an outcast as a kid due to this. His skin isn't pale, but it's not tan either. He wears a black skintight tank top and dark grey pants. He has a medium build and is about six foot.
Abilities: He is very quick and good with almost any weapon, especially scythes.
