Before anyone has any questions or statements like "Can I Kyogre?" "You no have permission." and "CRACKADACTYL!, why are you so smexy?", read the entirety of this post.

I have gotten permission from Evkl to do this. And although this idea isn't original, I remember it from before and it was awesome.

Rules which I Copied and Pasted from the old thread and tweaked a little (Credit to DRWS)

To join and play, you will need:
A working internet connection with Wi-Fi capability.
Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Heartgold, or SoulSilver.
A Pokémon team - quite obviously.

And to fill out this form, when you join:

Rules & Regulations
Alongside the necessities, there are also certain rules that the Ladder tolerates. They are as follows:

:: All battles will be Level 100 Single

::You have the power to challenge the person above you on the ladder and also the person above them.

::Only players in the "Master Tier" can challenge the Champion.

::If you challenge another player and lose, you will not move place in the ladder par to challenging the number 1, in which you will cascade to the bottom. Similarly, if you challenge another player and win, you swap ranks.

::Challenges cannot be declined (without prior warning that you will be "on hiatus"). However, they may be moved to a slightly later date, (NO MONTH LONG WAITS)

::players "on hiatus" will be have a line through their name, when a player is on hiatus, you ignore them when picking who to challenge.
For example: Rank 4 is on hiatus, Rank 6 can challenge Rank 5 or Rank 3.

::Opponents cannot be rechallenged for 48 hours.

::If a challenge isn't answered for 5 days, the challenger moves up.

::The Evasion and Accuracy Clause.
The evasion clause means that you may not purposely use moves that lower your opponents accuracy or evasion - such as Smokescreen or Sand-Attack. If an Evasion-increasing move happens to be chosen by "Metronome", then you're fine.

::The Sleep Clause.
The sleep clause means that you may not put more than one of your opponents Pokémon to sleep. If the second is put to sleep with a move such as "Metronome", "Rest", or an ability such as "Effect Spore", then you're fine (as well as lucky).

::The OHKO Clause.
The one hit knock-out clause means that you may not use moves that knock your opponents Pokémon out in one turn. These include Guillotine, Fissure, Horn Drill and Sheer Cold. Obviously Critical hits or super effective moves that knock out a Pokémon in one hit are fine. Again, OHKO's through "Metronome" are fine, but there is less chance of this happening, than an alcoholic being allergic to Alcohol.

::The Species Clause.
The species clause means you may not have more than one of the same Pokémon. For example, having two Girafarig is not allowed.

::The Uber Clause.
The uber clause means you may not use Pokémon that are considered too powerful - aka uber.

Arceus
Darkrai
Deoxys
Dialga
Garchomp
Giratina
Groudon
Ho-oh
Kyogre
Latias
Latios
Lugia
Manaphy
Mew
Mewtwo
Palkia
Rayquaza
Shaymin Sky Forme
Wobbuffet


*Salamence is not Uber in this ladder, however Latias is.*

Player Tiers
Players are also placed in tiers, just for the novelty of it and for the Master Tier rule.
Tiers are divided into, in decreasing order,
Master Tier
Ultra Tier
Great Tier
Poke Tier
Farfetch'd Tier

::Prizes!
Currently the prizes are being gathered, but they'll vary from IV'd Pokemon (Some Legends too), almost every item, Shiny Pokemon etc. There will be certain dates, let's say the #th of Month, in which at that point the Top 1 or Three Players will get a prize. If you wish to donate a prize, for now, you will get 1 or a few levels higher, depending on the prize donated. The prizes will get evaluated for legitimacy and actual worth, to see if the prizes are worth an upgrade in level.

Decision making process is occurring for the next prize.

The List will begin randomized for the sake of time. If you're good, you'll go up anyways, and if you aren't, you won't be staying as high. Sign-ups always welcome, but the ladder officially starts on the 26th of July. New Entries start from Bottom up starting then, so sign up now.

LOL, Sharqueen. And I believe Latias is a bit too broken; it had its own Soul Dew Clause!

Sorry, my bad, Back to topic, should we just keep the old banner? And no-one wants to bribe a prize to get a better tier?

I don't think the banner is bad, I just don't really love the Pokemon that are on it. What about Celetran and Blissey, that's the new metagame lol :p

Yeah do we have any photoshop experts on board? We could vote for which pokemon are on the banner or something? Honestly I'm not too fussy about it but pick something cooler than Cresselia .___.
