The Order of Ancients
Storyline:
Storyline:
In the beginning, there was an egg, from which Arceus hatched, that sprung from the void in the center of the universe. The shards of this egg flew out in all directions flying through time, space, light, darkness, and spirit; they gained life and power and took form. Arceus during his labors stopped for but a second to gaze upon these entities. Seven were pure beings that had balance within their hearts; however, every flock has black sheep. The other four had hearts black as coal, but one who had more power than the other ten entities combined had an even blacker heart. Arceus seeing this feared for the safety of the world he was creating and flung this entity back into the void and sealed it off for one thousand years. The other entities feared for their own existence as well and bowed down to him and pledged their allegiance. But, the three with black hearts did not truly mean what they had said so Arceus told the seven pure entities to seal them away within time, space, and destruction respectively. As the pure entities toiled away to fulfill Arceus’s wishes, the god Pokémon labored again and created seven worlds in gratitude of the pure beings. To fill these lands Arceus created people and creatures called Pokémon. All of their labors finished, each entity departed to govern and protect their lands. In those early day’s peace reigned and the people prospered; however, some grew arrogant and it was clear that evil was tainting their hearts. So, the governors of each land, a group that would be come to known as the Order of Ancients and Arceus created a island temple over the sealed void that would contain all of the evil that was seeping through. However, their effort was in vain because the heart of their people was already tainted, but there were few who remained pure of heart. But, in their arrogance the people grew tired of the Order and Arceus, and told them to leave. Arceus departed for another realm and told his people that he would come if they all called upon him; the Order each hid within the heart of their land and devoted their power to keeping the void sealed.
The Conflict:
The seal on the void has started to weaken due to its dependency upon the power of the Order, which is waning. Also, in the absence of guarding the three other dark entities, they have escaped their prisons, and are now seeking to set loose the great evil that resides within the void.
Where You Come In:
The Order not being able to turn to Arceus, have sent out a call to you, a pure human soul, who can take up the mantle and reignite the power and keep the void sealed. Or you immediately assume the role of one of the Knights who have just broken free and are starting to gather the 16 Plates of Arceus, which would make the One all but invincible, which were scattered when Arceus sealed the One into the void.
The Rules:
(a) No godmodding
(b) Please post at least one paragraph (five sentences) per post (Exception: Dialogue.)
(c) No battles (either with Gifts or Pokémon) without me or the CO (Co-Operator) to “judge” the battle (Exception: Wild Pokémon battles.)
(d) Most NPC’s you can control, however, please check with me or the CO first.
(e) I’m going to work on the four strike system. You get three warnings and then on the fourth rule violation you get kicked and banned.

Sample Character Criteria:
Name: A name obviously…
Gender: Male or Female
Age: 16 and up please! (Note: Knights~ obviously your over a thousand years old, but this is you approxiamate age!)
Region: Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Orre, Fiore, Sinnoh, or Almia (Note: Knights this is not needed for you either!)
Appearance: Clothes, eye color, skin tone, hair color, ect… Oh, and please be descriptive!
Marking: A Marking given to you by the Order or the Knights. It can be as simple as a star on your forehead or a vine twining around your arm.
Alliance: Order of Ancients (good guys) or Knights(bad guys.) This part really needs to reflect your personality, if you’re like all nice and you want to be part of the Knights, it’s not going to fly. The will only be three Knights and seven of the Order.
Personality: Describe your characters soul, is it a good person who wears a façade of darkness or an evil soul that could kill a Pikachu without a second thought?
History: Please be detailed and descriptive@!@ Please write about two paragraphs. (Note: Knight applicants~ your history is going to be very short becuase you just broke out of prison and what not so so no mothers, but you have enought time to catch Pokemon everything, so you should only have about a year's worth of history
Gift: This is for people that are part of the Order Alliance. Use your imagination on these, but don’t go overboard! (Note: Knights~ You don’t get this because you automatically assume the role of nearly omnipotent creatures!)
Pokémon on Hand: Three to four please, please include a small history (two sentences at least) and a nickname (optional.)
CO Application: Gonna need one! Uhm, please just list a few qualities that would make you a good CO!

Name: Anastasia Nicole Smith
Gender: Female
Age: 21
Region: Orre
Appearance: Anastasia has brown hair that falls down to her feet, which she keeps in one long thick braid down the back with the rest loose and in the front she has two long thin strands of hair on either side of her face. She wears a long sleeved white shirt that flares out at the end of the sleeves, and has long golden cloth “wings” that fall down from the back of the shirt and trail along the ground. She wears black bell bottom jeans, with the left leg cut off from the knee down exposing a weird marking. She is very thin, and has a pale skin tone that is highlighted by her clothing. Her eyes are a blue color that is almost as dark as sapphires. Her lips are a pale pink that compliments gleaming white teeth. She wears blue slip-on flip-flops on both feet.
Marking: On her left leg she has a vine that starts at her foot and twines up her leg and makes a lily right under her knee cap.
Alliance: Order of Ancients
Personality: Anastasia is very arrogant of her beauty and smarts, but once you really get to know her you can see that she has a pure heart and would help anyone if they needed it. She often will wear a mask of confidence but a lot of the time she is really unsure of herself. Her gift has influenced herself by kind of toning down her ego, but she still will say that she is the most important person of a team. She’s very lovable after a time, not only because of her beauty, but because once you get to know her you can’t help but be drawn to her.
History: She was born in Gateon Port because her mother, the mayor of Phenac City, and her father were attending the annual Leadership Council of Orre. She spent several months in Gateon until she was old enough that she could be taken to Phenac. In those early days, she was adored by everyone because of her beauty. After going back to Phenac, she started her education very early as she shown advance knowledge (for her age) of Pokémon and various other subjects. At ten she was known as a prodigy, having already completed middle school and entering into high school and taking several other programs that include music, dancing, foreign language, ect…
After completing high school in two years, she got a job as the town spokesperson. However, her happy life was shattered as on her fifteenth birthday her father fell ill to leukemia. Shortly after turning sixteen her father died and her mother retired due to stress and grief. She continued her job as town spokesperson for another two years before leaving to go on a journey to discover herself. Almost three years later, she heard the call of a voice and was marked for greatness.
Gift: She can use magic from a book that she found inside a chest in a lake but it drains her the more she uses it and the level of which the spell is.
Pokémon on Hand: (a) Milotic/Beauty~ One day when Anastasia was very young, she went fishing with her grandfather in a small cave with a river in it, and fished out a Feebas. She could see that the small creature was very unselfconfident due to its appearance, and vowed to make it the most beautiful and powerful Milotic ever. She trained and cared for the Feebas who she called Beauty, and eventually it evolved into a Milotic. After Milotic evolved it became almost as arrogant as Anastasia but cared for everyone without showing it.
(b) Absol/Seer~ After growing up and bit and starting her journey throughout the world she left Orre for a bit and traveled through all the other regions until she came to a hidden land inside Hoenn called Forina. She explored the valley land and came upon a family of Absol, one of the clearly younger ones, walked right up to her started rubbing her on the leg like a puppy. Wherever she went the baby Absol followed, the family of Absol also followed but not as close. Finally, after wondering many nights of why this would happen she thought that the Absol might be attracted to the disasters that might lie in her future.
(c) Tropius/Forina~ After capturing the Absol that was following her she was traveling through the valley at night when she entered a strange cave that looked like it had been excavated. Then, as she was about to leave a rock fall started right at the mouth of the cave! She thought that maybe Beauty could do something to help but she couldn’t and Seer was too young to be able to; when all hope was lost she heard a loud blasting sound followed by several rocks shooting out of the blockage and hitting the opposite wall. When she looked through the opening she saw a Tropius standing there as if saying “Challenge me!” And so she did and won!
