I caught a krickettune today, and after i put it the iv caculator, It said all its staits are all 25% and I don't know what this is but under its staits it has something like this
EX: Attack 43(11/0)
Defense36 (29/0)
Speed40 (17/0)
Sp.Attack41 (29/0)
Sp. Defense33(16/0)
HP74 (14/0)

Is this a good Kricketune?

Given the number of Kriketunes that have broken my Pokeradar chains, I am of the opinion that there's no such thing as a good Kriketune. That said, this one doesn't look too bad, though I'm not really well-versed in that sort of thing.

I don't think that any pokemon should be considered bad, maybe some better at some things then others but when I had a lv 37 kricketune raised from a level two Kricketot the result was a bug that could kick four out of six pokemon on my freinds team that were the same level, his X-scissor attack is just wicked and he always help silver powder to increase bug attacks. He was a fighting and physic counter for quite a while in my team only Revan's Chatot and something else that I can't remember could beat me. Then he got a fire type and I had to start using something else.

yah, because magicarp is sooooooooooo useful.... lol

Shhh... that's why they made Gyrodos. He's decent at least XD but seriously in the pokemon universe we shouldn't discriminate but we should treat each little number with love an affection before suggesting something better XD.

Or if some people think Manaphy is ugly.
_________
Now I tried my brothers Drapion for comparison, All of its stats are 0 except
attack, which is 100%. Now I know My kricketune is better!
Im still waiting for an answer to what this is:
Attack:43(11/0)

I assume it means that its Attack stat is 43, which includes 11 IV points and 0 EV points.

A perfect Kricketune would have 31 Attack IV points AT LEAST. :p Methinks this one ain't perfect. But that's not saying you can't still use it. :D

what is phione for!?!?

Manaphy's uber so Phione would be in standard play (probably UU-BL)

That Kriketune isn't that great. The only stats that have good IVs are the stats it never uses.

Bragging rights in my case. I'd never use it in battle, I don't like using Legendaries.

same here. i just dont use legendaries in battle. i also wont trade them unless i can get another one. sort of the same as shines (i like shinies better though)

Phione would be perfectly fine to use in battle. Its base stats are the exact same as those of Glalie.

except with worse moves and worse type... in my opinion (ice rocks!)

Ice is one of the crappier types there is. I don't exactly see how Phione is worse than Glalie when it still gets Hydration Rest, and only two weaknesses.

It should also have an okay time at switching into two of Nastyplot Infernape's attacks.

i like ice types because of the attacking capabilities:
ground, flying, dragon, grass
while water has:
rock, ground, and fire

And most water types, including Phione have Ice beam in their movesets, while the best an ice type can muster up is Waterpulse (looking at you Glaceon) if it's not part water.

response to the post below:

And yet STAB Waterpulse is crap

however ice beam gets a nice STAB bonus. phione can run an ice beam but it will not do half as well

P.S. this is getting off topic (my fault though...)

Do you know, im a little perplexed as to the meaning of the whole IV thing, iv always tried to train using my own methode, but i would very much like to encorperate this into it. i think ill as kmore in the general thread. Thanks for remonding me :-D
