Joe was walking through Saffron city while looking for something to do. As he was walking along, he noticed a Hoenn pokedex. "Huh, thats a weird thing to come by!" Joe picked up the Pokedex. It had entrys for every pokemon including Sinnoh for an unexplained reason.
Joe looked through it and chose Treeko, It was a pokemon that he had never heard of. WHOOSH! he dissapeared into nothing along with the pokedex. That attracted alot of attention.
A few minutes later, Joe came back the same way he wen't in. Tons of people crowded around Joe. After He got away from the crowd, he went to his house. Joe knew that a few people probably followed him but he didn't care. He wrote in his journal before going to bed...
Today I found a Hoenn dex in effing Saffron!!! What it did was sent me back to the time and place that a certain pokemon (all of them!) was discovered. I stayed there for about three minutes while studying a pokemon named Treeko. When I came back, there was a big crowd around me. I think they got it on news, too.

The idea is That you heard about Joe and want to learn more about him. I will be playing in first person as joe and 3rd person for NPCs. please follow the rules.

3.) NO EFFING GODMODING!!!!!
4.) you can only be from kanto though you may have a minor other reigon pokemon.
5.) you may only have legendarys if you have a good reason or I say so.

History: Joes parents were gamblers and drunks. One day while He was at the game corner, Joe found a hole in a poster that contained a TR hideout. Giovanni captured him, made him join, and gave him a ratatta. Joe loved his ratatta very much and named him Blaze. After he escaped TR 6 months later, Joe escaped and spent his time wandering around and messing with TR's plans.
other: has a team rocket pager which posts plans of attack and TR news.
I will accept up to seven people but will start when I get 4 other people to join.
