This is the random object hurt&heal.
Rules:
1. You may post whenever, as long as you don't doulbe post.
2. Three nominations per person.
3. Your nomination cannnot be alive. It can, however, be a dead person, but in that case you'd say, for example, Marilyn Monroe's Body, instead of Marilyn Monroe.
4. No flaming, of course.
5. Every post must contain a hurt and heal.
