...Given the seemingly large number of SacredShippers here, I'm kind of surprised no one thought to make a thread for it...

...So, yeah. SacredShipping (Eusine x Morty) is the topic of this discussion. *nods* So, yeah, posting pictures, discussion topics, fanfics, and AMVs are some things we can do to get this going.

And here shall be a list of SacredShippers (mention in a post if you want me to add you to this list):

For some reason, I like it best in the anime. Since in the games I like Morty x Whitney and SusuShipping, and I haven't seen that much of the GSC arc in the manga so I can't say anything there.

...Anime. Definitely. IIRC, they never had quite as much interaction in the games or manga as they did in the anime.
...not to mention that I'm a CrystalShipper when it comes to the manga and the games.
 
I dunno if I'd call myself an exact supporter, since I don't fangirl over it or anything, but damn if this ship isn't awesome. :cool: It's so obvious it's not even funny. I really gotta watch that episode again...

I'm not as much of a supporter as I used to be (lol Susushipping and Hottieshipping stole me) buuuuuut I cannot deny the fact that this pretty much HAS to be canon (at least in the anime).

Well, actually, to be honest, there's a a lot of SacredShippy art. It's just mostly on Japanese sites.

Why is it that in most pic's the artist makes Eusine look OLD?:dodgy:

Off-topic: Ah, and I'm sorry if some pictures in the old Sacredshipping thread can't be seen anymore, because I had to clean up my photobucket *sigh*. They're still all on my computer though, for those who miss them :)

Holy crap, I love Sacredshipping so much. It's so adorable.

Between the Games and the anime...I like both. I really do. We get more interaction in the anime, but it's still great in the games.

Well, I can see them drinking and Morty would ask Eusine who he likes more, him or Suicune, and Eusine says Suicune and Morty pouts and Eusine feels bad and cheers him up with a kiss. <3
 
SacredShipping is the only non-main-character ship in Pokemon that really intrigues me, for some reason. And it was only in ONE episode of the anime!

(Though one of the mangas has some cool stuff in it...when they see each other, Eusine says "My buddy!" or summat, all enthusiastic-like. It's really cute.)

(BTW, I fully believe that the "Eugene" in "Legend of Thunder" was not Eusine, but someone impersonating him...someone who got the details totally wrong, but who was acting in good cause. Won't stop Eusine from tearing him a new one if he catches him, though. :p)

I've even got a fic idea for SacredShipping that I'm toying with. I was just kind of waiting to see if anything new came out about Eusine's past with HeartGold SoulSilver, but I imagine anything there has already made it to Bulbapedia by now...
 
I was getting worried this thread wouldn't be revived! Peaking into the old one on a whim is what made me fall head first in the Sacred camp (and dear lord was that fall HARD). Given I loves me some batshit For Ho-oh the Bell's Eusine (I swear a character must have a description in the DSM for me to really like them), I like anime!Sacredshipping the best. I tend to go with a headcanon where Eusine was once less crazy (and *gasp* not head-over-heels Suicune obsessed!) and thus him and Morty were able to hit it off pretty smoothly, but something's since happened to throw him off the deep end (and put the relationship in some pretty rough seas).

My idea is that the Grandfather mentioned in HG/SS was the only member of his family Eusine was ever close to (I have his parents as divorced with the Mom working all the time and the Dad a playboy who ran off after their falling out) and died suddenly some years prior to the series. Eusine didn't take it well, and before Morty could do anything he started running off trying to catch Suicune (which is thus a subconscious manifestation of wanting his grandpa back since I imagine he was a researcher of legendaries and had a particular shine towards Suicune).

I also have Eusine as a German-descended performer with a talent for singing opera (inherited from his mom and honed by his dad, who was a performer at one of Celadon's casinos) who can hit notes some teenage girls could only dream of, but that's another story :p

I've been actually trying to write a fic complete with the overuse of metaphors on this ship, but alas, I have no ideas D: /wrists
