Has anyone heard of the UK Game Show 'Jigsaw'? Well, it aired from 1979 to 1984, and featured a character intended to be 'a child friendly character, and very humorous', but turned out to 'scare children, and be very creepy'. Here's a pic of the character, called Noseybonk.

That was supposed to be a kid friendly character? It's more like some demonic life sized puppet with it's brain inside it's nose. Seriously if I were to wake up at night with that looking back at me in the shadows with only a sliver of light on it, I would freak out. Though the name Noseybonk reminds me of Nosepass...a new Nosepass evo, Rock/Ghost...

That isn't so scary but, if I was young I would poo my pants.
 
Who was the screwed-up person in charge of THAT? Seriously, that would freak me out if I was a 6 year-old watching that show.
 
Someone probably got fired for designing that thing for a kids show.
 
Its a creepy design, and this is coming from a grown eleven year old.

Nope, no-one did. Strangely, although the BBC knew it was freaking out kids, they still kept him in the show.
 
Its scary, what the hell made that? What monster from the fiery pits of hell created thee?
 
Although, somehow I want the show to come back. Maybe a dvd of it? It'd be nice to see it again. Perhaps they could edit the Noseybonk scenes out- after all, he was only in a minute each episode.
