The "shiny" Pokemon of the DP series.

Alright, most, if not all, of the Pokemon series had some form of an alternate or shiny colored Pokemon:

Kanto: Pink Butterfree
Johto: Red Gyarados, Ash's Noctowl, Shuckle, Jackson's Magneton
Hoenn: Purple Kecleon, Winona's Swellow, Golden Magikarp, Brown Donphan, Temporary Sudowoodo

My question to you is: "Which Pokemon would like to see in a shiny or an alternate color in the Sinnoh anime?"

My picks in no particular order:
1. Staraptor
2. Luxray
3. Pachirisu
4. Drifblim
5. Bronzong
6. Magmortar
7. Gible
8. Riolu
9. Lucario
10. Lumineon
 
i'm just hoping for a drastic chang,e not liek cherrim or glalie. i hope it's...um...a...actually, garmiel sounds fine. it does look nice in shiny form.
 
Gallade or Gardevoir would be pretty sweet. Toxicroak's shiny form is probably my fav out of all the Sinnoh Pokemon.
 
I think the likely ones would be ones that Gym Leaders own, but the main characters to ad well. Like Floatzel(hopefully), Ambipom, and anything else they catch that Gym Leaders own.
 
It'd be cool to see a gym leaders Pokemon be shiny...
Perhaps, Fantina's Gengar, Candice's Sneasel, Wakes's Floatzel...
I could go on, but yeah... XD
 
I don't know what any of the Sinnoh pokemon look like in shiny but i would like to see a shiny Weavile maybe? Or a Floatzel. :)
 
Weavile would be cool, but the pink is kinda harsh.

I would say Hippotas, but since it's already been seen, it's to late.

Maybe Rotom?
 
Y'know, kinda offtopic, but is anyone else really bothered by the hot-pink Gligar in the Anime while everywhere else he is plainly purple?


That's always bugged me, moreso then Spinarak being bright green in Sugi and Anime art but black in his GS sprite.

Perhaps that shade of purple would be particulary too dark for the digital coloring?

That's always bugged me, moreso then Spinarak being bright green in Sugi and Anime art but black in his GS sprite.

Hence why it's green in later sprites, meanwhile it's shiny form is dark coloured.

Same thing with Bellossom. The original Sugimori sprite has a deep purple skin while nearly all later depictions have it with green skin.

Personally, I would like to see Harely show up with a shiny silver Ninetales. That would be totally sweet.

Why Harley in particular?
Ninetales suits Nando better.

Ninetales is a pretty vengful Pokémon.

Either way, it's just something I would like to see, but it has a very slim slim chance of actually materalizing. :\
 
If we were to consider it similarly to how winona had a shiny swellow because a character already had a swellow, then there's a few pokemon that are owned conjointly or with a leader having one form and a character having another.

Wake's Floatzel; Ash has Buizel
Fantina's Mismagius; Zoey's Misdreavus and we've already seen one
Candice's Sneasle; Paul has Weavile
Volkner's Raichu or Ambipom; Ash's Pikachu or Dawn's Ambipom

I realize that the chances with that are not amazing seeing how Swellow was only one case while Turtwig contradicted it.

Don't forget that they re-did the sprites of Meganium (petal design), Entei(the main), and Raikou(recolour) in Crystal.

I'd like a Shiny Bronzong since it looks pretty cool, and a shiny Mismagius
