As you may know, this planet is inhibited with creatures known as Pokémon. They appear in many shapes, sizes, and colors. They live in many different habitats; some choose to live in the Mountains, others, live in the oceans. However, there are Pokémon that choose to live their lives with humans. Whether that human be a Pokémon trainer, coordinator, breeder, or simply someone who just wants a friend. Now and days, it’s a common sight to see Pokémon that participate in battles, participate in contests, and some that choose to even perform in musicals. While this all seems fair and good, there are people out there who choose to use their Pokémon for rather heinous deeds; whether it’s for personal gain, or something more. Of course, that’s something a beginning trainer needs not to worry about. Instead, you should focus on the journey that lies ahead, and what path you choose to take.

Now, are you ready to begin you adventure throughout Kanto?? Many Obstacles lie ahead of you. I’m sure that with your friends and Pokémon, you’ll be able to face anything that comes your way. Get ready because this is a new chapter that’s going to be written in your life.

Name: Luna Hunter

Age: 16 (Her birthday being December 17th)

Gender: Female

Class: Trainer

Appearance: Luna is around 5’3, and has a petite frame. Her hair is a dark noir color that went to the middle of her back. She also has two hot pink streaks(one on each side). She also wears a small, hot pink bow. Luna is also heterochromatic. Her left eye is a vibrant green while her right eye is baby blue. These features 'popped' against her fair, almost white color of skin.

Her attire is a pale yellow t-shirt with a retro design on it, black jeans, and hot pink tennis shoes. She also has her ears pierced. She wears black studded wrist band on her right wrist. She also has a small tattoo on the inside of her right wrist that has the word 'love' written in Kanji.

Personality: Luna is a quiet, shy, anti-social girl at first glance. She doesn't have any friends where she’s living at, so she can only rely on her Pokemon to be her friends. Her father has raised her to have high expectations and morals. In all reality though, her standards aren’t that high but her morals are embedded into her core. She plans to do her best to stick with them at all times. Due to her father’s strict ways, she keeps up this shy, snobbish exterior. She plans on breaking free of it once she’s away from her father. Her real personality is a more humble, gentle type. She is somewhat shy when you first meet her, she’ll quickly come out of her shell and be sociable. She isn’t a ‘party girl’ or anything of the sort, but she is up for a good adventure or two. Of course, her studies come first, and she refuses to let anything else come second. Her love for writing has filled up some of the gaps of depression that she feels, but there are still skeletons that Luna refuses to let anyone know about. Not even her father knows of these skeletons. It’s uncertain if her Pokemon know of these things, but whenever they tend to get protective of her when it comes to her talking with men, especially middle-aged men. Her IQ is around 140, and her expertise is English and writing. She hopes to one day become an author, and write of her adventures, that she plans to go on, with her Pokemon.

History: Luna Rose Hunter was born on December 17th, in the Pastoria City hospital. She weighed around 7 pounds, and 6 ounces. In length, she was around 21 inches long. Overall, a cute little baby. Her father couldn’t have been more happy and proud of her. However, her mother didn’t seem too thrilled with the arrival of Luna. It wasn’t until the age of six that Luna learned of her mother’s hate towards her.

One September day, her mother packed her things and left both Luna and her father. No visible reasons as to why she left, but a letter to Luna’s father made it evident that the six year old was one of the main reasons she left. That letter exposed all of this built-up jealousy towards the little girl. The letter also mentioned that her mother wanted to get back into the “modeling” industry, as it was called. In all reality, it was more of her wanting to post risqué photos on the internet to try and get famous. The only reason her mother stopped to begin with was that she had gotten pregnant, and had to marry Luna’s father. She figured the time was right to leave and continue living her life without any baggage. The letter had crushed Luna’s father, and left an impact on Luna’s life.

After that, Luna’s father packed up and moved the two to Eterna City, where he hoped they could begin a new life; a new life without the horrid memories of what happened. For the next four years, Luna’s father kept her home schooled and became a really strict parent. Some of the restrictions she was faced with seemed kind of ludicrous. Only 30 minutes of TV per day, no video games, no outdoor activities, no socialization with the other children, and her father put her into a ritual that she followed every single day. Her father did this as a way of protecting his daughter from the outside world. He worried her caring, gentle nature would cause her to get hurt, both physically and mentally. The last thing he wanted was his daughter suffering the same fate that he did when his ex-wife walked out on him. He thought this would be all it took for him to stay happy and to keep Luna safe from harm. However, when Luna started puberty, her father saw that he was going to have to make some changes. Changes were definitely made.

On her tenth birthday, Luna’s father surprised her with a birthday gift that she never expected to receive: A Pokemon. It was a white Vulpix. It's curls, paws, tails, and eyes were a beautiful light blue. Luna couldn't believe her eyes. From the moment those two met, they became inseparable. Luna had named the Vulpix, Winter, due to her coloring.

When Luna finally hit the age of 16, she decided to stop schooling and go to Pallet Town and start a journey. Her father strongly disapproved of it, but in the end, he reluctantly let her go. As long as Winter was by her side, her father felt a little bit easier.

Personality: Winter is usually a nice Pokemon, but can get defensive of Luna. She might come off as arrogant when you first meet her, but it's all a wall that she puts up. She really is a shy, insecure Vulpix. All she really wants is some friends, aside from Luna. Pokemon friends.

Appearance: Dannie has mid-length, brown hair that hangs down his forehead so it just covers his eyebrows. His eyes are a striking blue which looks a little odd with his hair type. He has a neutral skin tone that's neither tan nor pale. He sometimes wears glasses but usually has clear contacts. Dannie's fairly average height, around 5'8". His usual outfit consists of a plaid, button-up yet comfortable short sleeved shirt and pants that are designed to resemble denim but are closer to sweat pants.

Personality: Dannie is fairly quiet yet friendly. He is very determined and can be a bit of a sore loser, but he recovers quickly. Dannie has mild ADHD and often has trouble sitting still and paying attention, but he works harder than average in order to overcome this. He doesn't like to dive into situations without plenty of forethought, a trait that has caused him to be left behind on several occasions. He has a particular knack for fishing, yet he finds fishing for long periods of time to be boring.

History: Dannie was born and grew up in Cerulean City. He worked extremely hard in school to maintain high grades which was a bit difficult due to his ADHD. Dannie won Quico's egg at a fair at the Cerulean City gym in a fishing contest. Since Quico hatched he began spending more and more time playing and training with him until his parents decided that he was old enough to go on a journey himself, as long as he finished his schooling when he returned. He's currently travelling to Pallet Town to receive his Pokedex before he officially begins his journey with Quico.

Appearance: Sam is about 5’11 and weighing about 155 pounds, having a muscular but lean figure. He has semi long, straight, dirty blond hair that reaches just below his eyebrows, though he flips it to the side (though I hate to admit it, like Justin Bieber xD). He has subtle, dark brown eyes that reflect a “Devil-May-Care” attitude. He has almost fluorescent white teeth and flawless skin, having no pimples or moles anywhere. The only marking he has on his skin is a massive scar on his back, brought on by a grunt of Team Rocket (explained later).

As for his clothing, Sam typically wears a burgundy t shirt that has a slight v-neck shape. Over that, he has a gray, zip up hoody that he usually keeps unzipped. He wears black skinny jeans and burgundy high top skate shoes to match his shirt. He always has some type of a gray hat, which varies in style, being a flat bill hat to a beanie to even a detachable hood. He can always be seen with a skateboard, which he usually keeps on his back when he’s not riding it.

Personality: Upon first glance, Sam seems like a punk. He skates around a lot, he rarely goes out of his way to talk to others, and he is extremely sarcastic. That being said, Sam isn’t entirely rude and selfish like the stereotype. In fact, Sam can be very nice and even humorous at applicable times. He doesn’t care about what others think of him and can act purely on impulse, having incredibly tough skin. Despite this, he is still reasonable and listens to others. He is fairly laid back when it comes to talking to people, though he is almost always engaged in arguments when they occur. His is fairly intelligent overall and even more intelligent about battling, knowing a lot about typing match-ups and moves. Because of this, he has become quite the strategic battler and even knows how to make a show for competitions. He sees pokemon as companions and friends and will never force his pokemon to do something it doesn’t want to do, such as battling a certain opponent. He chooses not to linger on the past, nor think about the future, and rather live in the moment.

History: Sam grew up in Lavender Town with his mother and father, along with his two older sisters. His father, however, was murdered by a grunt of Team Rocket, for refusing to give up his pokemon to them. Because of this, Sam has a hatred to Team Rocket and all other evil organizations around the world. Being the only man in the household, Sam grew up a lot faster than he should have. His personality was roughened, making him a lot stronger as well.

Because his family was deprived of their father, Sam had to take up a job to help support the family when he was around 12. Living in Lavender Town with the radio station located in it, Sam joined and was assigned the position of reporter, as no one would suspect a kid to be reporting. Seeing as he had no pokemon and how he would need to travel to get information on stories, the radio station gave Sam a pokemon, which was very special Growlithe (named Storm), with the white parts of its body pitch black. Sam learned how to use his new pokemon the best he could before he set out on requests for the station.

Sam had average requests that he could easily complete for the most part up until he was almost 15. He was sent on a request to go inspecting on Team Rocket and report back to the station as to what they were doing, which was rumored to be explained in a secret meeting between Rocket Admins. Seeing a chance to get revenge on his father’s murder group, Sam jumped at the chance and instantly left for the request.

Once he had arrived at the Team Rocket hideout, Sam and Storm snuck in, hiding from all the grunts. However, just before the meeting started, a grunt noticed Sam and alerted the whole group. They captured him and brutally abused him, keeping him locked up in a cell for days upon end. They would regularly beat him up simply for fun, and would use both Sam and Storm for sparring practice. He received the scar on his back from a Slash attack from a Scyther, which brought on his fear of the pokemon.

One day, after almost 2 months of capture, Sam and Storm defeated the grunt they were sparring against and knocked him out. They quickly escaped from the base and returned to Lavender Town. Seeing the distraught boy, the radio station allowed for Sam to keep Storm forever, knowing that only she could be Sam’s companion.

Deciding to gain gym badges and to prove his worth, Sam decided that he would have a journey. Sam’s mother, however, disagreed, holding onto the fact that he was almost killed. She told Sam that he would have to train until he was sixteen or older, depending on if he still wanted to partake in his journey. Even having to wait two years before he could go on his journey, his motivation was not tainted by the slightest. He knew that once he had made a name for himself by collecting badges, he would take down Team Rocket, once and for all.

Personality: Despite her very troubled past, Storm is very energetic and hyper. However, she is very protective and will only accept strangers once they have been acquainted. She also hates Team Rocket.

Nickname: Nate or Parker

Class: Trainer

Appearance: Nathan is of average height for his age and of average build but, leaning towards the skinny side. He has fair colored skin, never appearing too tan or too pale. He has straight brown hair that falls to just above his shoulders. Most people tend to view him as being handsome. Growing up in a big city like Goldenrod has had an impact on the way that he dresses, seeing the latest fashion trends as to what is and isn't fashionable. Most people find a contradiction in the way that he dresses as they would expect a ground type trainer to be more "dirty". Nathan is a person who enjoys looking nice and wearing clothes of a high quality. He enjoys wearing colors that match his favorite Pokémon type, ground. His typical wardrobe consists of, brown pants or jeans with an earth-colored shirt. The shirts change depending on the weather, sweater for cold, t-shirt for hot etc. He also has glasses that he reads with and he adds the occasional scarf if it’s cold outside.

Personality: While he often appears bored or unexcited, this is usually not the case. Nathan is usually energetic or excited about most things that he does; it’s just that he portrays the image of someone who is bored or disinterested with what they are doing. As a cause of this, many people have difficulty detecting what kind of mood he is in. Displaying some anti-social tendencies, Nathan isn’t one to approach a person and engage in conversation. Most people find however that, as they get to know him, he turns out to be a nice guy who is relatively friendly. He is also somewhat oblivious to how handsome he is and how often girls tend to look at him. He isn’t necessarily opposed to talking to girls, instead, he prefers talking to people who he already knows or who already know him, either guy or girl.

History: Nathan was born and raised in Goldenrod City, Johto where his parents both work at the Radio Tower in the city. His family being neither poor nor rich, Nathan had a classic middle-class upbringing. Nathan quite enjoyed growing up and living in the big city, he got to see all different kinds of both people and Pokémon who travelled through the city. He attended the Pokémon School in the city but after his completion of the program he just didn’t have the desire to start on a journey like all the other kids in his class, feeling as if something was wrong with him, being that he wasn’t overly fascinated by Pokémon. He spent many months after his completion of the Pokemon School sulking and moping around the city, feeling useless and as though his life had no purpose. His parents soon became worried about him, feeling that something needed to be done to help their son.

As it turned out, having his parents work at the radio station was an advantage as Nathan's parents talked to the director and got him to offer Nathan a lower level job at the tower. He liked working at the radio tower but, he didn’t feel that he was being used to the fullness of his abilities. One day however his whole attitude toward the situation changed. It had been a while since he graduated from the Pokémon School and one day, many of his friends came through the city to challenge the gym, each with their own Pokémon. Nathan saw how much fun all of his friends had with their Pokémon and how jealous he quickly became. He talked to his parents about how he felt and how he wanted to give Pokémon training a second chance. His parents were overjoyed that their son finally saw some purpose in his life so they decided to give Nathan his chance at training, giving him his first Pokémon, a Phanpy. Nathan wanted to travel to a different region to travel but, his parents insisted that he be somewhat close to Johto, resulting them all deciding on Kanto.

Appearance: Amanda stands at 5ft 4 and has a slim figure, with olive-coloured skin inherited from her mother. Also passed on from her mother are her brown doe eyes and her tumbling conker-coloured hair. Her full lips are pale pink and her eyebrows are thinly arched.

She usual choice of clothing are her two favourite things. The first are her suede ankle boots that she had saved money for to buy. She loves them so much that she wants to be buried with them. With that black leggings so it makes her legs look taller. The second is a sleeveless-red tartan puffball dress. It has a round neckline, and short voluminous puffball skirt with the paperbag waist.

Personality: Amanda is very skeptical and independent. After learning from her mistakes at a young age, her personality shows just that. She always tries to keep herself in good light and usually the best way to do that is not to really make such a fuss. She is always desperate to look good infront of people and therefore thinks that asking for help is a sign of weakness. She’s not proud, but doesn’t show her vulnerable side as she thinks boys and anyone can manipulate her if she did. All she hopes is she finds some proper true friends that she can be real around because she believes that she has to make everyone happy and therefore sometimes doesn’t have a voice of her own.

History: A Lilycove girl from heart, Amanda was born to two struggling parents. Her mother and father both were teenagers when they had her and had ran away from their parents to live in a council flat in the cheap, poor area of Lilycove. She was even left by herself at younger ages when her parents would go out, get drunk and do some other illegal things that she never knew about.

This carried on, even when she started public school. Here she learnt very quickly that in her world, she had to stand on her own two feet. However, instead she just went along with everyone so she’d survive throughout her whole schooling career. This carried on in later life to when she left school at 11 as she hated it and her parents didn’t give a care.

By herself mainly at home, and her mother and father usually gone, Amanda became independent. She started walking around Lilycove and soon discovered the other part of Lilycove. There was a world past the council estates that she grew up in. Almost every day, she slipped out and started exploring the city. She saw the Pokemon center, shopping malls and even a library. This library allowed her to get away and learn things she never learned. She isn’t extremely bright like a genius, but she wasn’t dumb. After earning money by washing cars and other laborious work, she could afford time on the computers at the library. This is where she developed interests in travelling, fashion and watching videos of contests. This other life away from the estate earned her new people and friends she’d meet. However she was never truthful to them, not telling them she was from the estate and wore her best outfits and makeup to look like a normal girl would.

After 4 years, Amanda had now got money she had saved up and bought her own clothes and even caught a Nidoran♀ that she saw injured and brought back to the Pokecenter. But in those 4 years, her father had died from overdose of illegal drugs. This led her 31 year old mother to become even further attached from Amanda, and cared more about herself, bringing in different boyfriends night after night. It got so bad one night she even slept outside. Therefore, she decided it was best she left finally at the age of 16 believing she was mature enough to go own her own journey. Fleeing to Kanto for a fresh start was the best idea she could think of.

Name: Tyler Lane
Nickname:Goes by Tye
Age: 17
Gender: Male

Class: Trainer

Appearance: Tyler has spiky brown hair which he usually combs to the back of his head while wearing a bandanna to hold it. He has tanned skin and a pair of amber colored eyes as well as an athletic built. He usually wears a red colored short sleeve shirt with a white sleevedless jacket over his shirt. He also wears a pair of thorn off jeans and worn out sneakers. He has a pair of scars on his left hand with one of them just before reaching his hand and the other one on the bottom of it just close to his vein; he usually keeps these hidden with with arm bands.

Personality:Tyler is pretty outgoing and confident of himself, he also tends to over estimate his capabilities and is always quick to rush into things without thinking about it straight. He's a bit of a knucklehead and naive to no extent; usually trusting everyone's word without even questioning it a little. He also tends to be a little overprotective of the people he cares about but he also knows when it is necessarily for him to defend them. When he's in battle he changes completely though he becomes more calculative and things about his actions more.

History: Tyler was born in Saffron City where he lived a fairly normal life, at least through most of his life. He always had a lot of friends at school and people liked him but that all changed when he turned fourteen. One days his mom caught an awful illness that left her sick in bed and things just spiraled from there with Tyler's mother eventually dying. After this occurred Tyler and his father had to fare for themselves something that was beginning to become increasingly hard with the loss.

At the age of sixteen Tyler got into battling as a sport, he started watching tapes of famous trainer battles and became more interesting in traveling but it wasn't the joy of traveling it was the thing he could get. With that Tyler prepared himself for his journey so that he could become champion not for the glory but for the cash he needed the money after all. Through this he worked for months to try and gain the right amount of money to last him until he was at least skilled enough to get his own money for sure and settled for leaving on his journey.

As a present for him leaving Tyler's father got Tyler a Charmander that he could use in battle giving Tyler his first ever Pokemon. With his father to worry about and a new found goal Tyler set out from Saffron, prepared to face whatever life could throw at him.

Age: 14, born 3rd of June 1997

Gender: Male

Class: Rancher.

Appearance: Derry is tall for his age, with bright blue eyes. He wears a blue over coat, navy jeans and an orange top. He often carries an orange scarf and checkered porkpie hat. His round glasses seem to magnify his eyes. He has azure hair, with a cowlick at the front ad a few at the back. His legs and arms are quite skinny. He has a satchel, coloured blue and orange, in which he keeps his equipment. On his feet, he wears snow boots, regardless of the temperature. His overcoat has hidden pockets on the inside and the outside, and he wears pyjamas under all of his clothes. Derry has gloves which he never parts with, no even when he is sleeping.

Personality: Derry is somewhat excitable and nerdy. Though he can be obnoxious towards others, getting into a verbal or, heaven forbid, physical fight with someone will end with him being pulverised, and ending up crying. He reads books more often than most, and draws very often. At times, he goes completely over the top, talking too loud, and for far too long, and at other times he hides away, sulking to himself, not saying a word for hours on end. When he is like this, anyone aproaching him to console him will be thanked by a poisonous look and Derry walking silently off. Thankfuly, this only happens when someone really pisses him off. When it comes to getting what he wants, he often avoids actually asking, instead dropping subtle hints. Derry loves his Pokemon, and other's Pokemon too. He has a habit of taking people's partners while they sleep and attepting to level it up and teach it a few new moves. He is horribly phobic to Ice Types.

History: Derry was born in Twinleaf Town, Sinnoh. His parents worked in a Pokemon Ranch, and it was here that Derry, at the age of four, met his first Pokemon, a Turtwig. Since he was too young to own his own Pokemon, Derry helped train it until it finally evolved into a Mighty Torterra. The Torterra, which ended up being his father's, has always had a special bond with Derry, as it was him who was there when Torterra hit the final level.

One day, Derry was in Snowpoint with his parents when thugs apeared. Due to the hail, poor clothing for this kind of terrain and the element of surprise which the thugs had, Derry was beaten, much of his items stolen, and Torterra's tree damadged. Though Torterra was still alive, he was never able to battle- or move much, for that matter- ever again, due to a Torterra's tree acting as it's spine. This happened in 2007, when he was ten, and this is the reason Derry started his adventure at eleven, as he was still in shock over what had happened to his beloved friend. This is also why he wears clothes suited for cold at all tomes, and why he selected a Pokemon which evolved into a steel type- in case such an incident were to happen again. He is also phobic towards Ice Types due to this incident.

At the age of Eleven, Derry Finaly decided he wished to travel the world to try collect some exotic Pokemon for his parent's ranch. Though he vowed to never battle unless nescasary, Derry loves his Pokemon with all his heart, and will grant them a chance to do so once in a while. He recieved his first Pokemon, a Piplup, in 2008, but has never evolved it, instead trying to train it with love before allowing it to evolve.

Derry has been to three regions so far, to Sinnoh, Unovaand Hoenn, but never by himself. His trip to Kanto will be his first time to go somewhere without his parents. He prays he will not run into organizations like Team Rocket on his travels.

Personality: Though she is very laid back, and often dozes off in Derry's arm, a ticked off Penguin is a force to be reckoned with. She is very proud, and also very clumsy. Therefore, to avoid having to be made look silly, Penguin walks as little as she can, and only runs when her life depends on it. Penguin prefers Special Attacks to Physical, due to the high chance of her tripping over her own feet. In the water, Penguin is far more graceful, able to do pirhouttes out of the water, and causing her ego to swell to abnormal sizes. This also causes her to forget how clumsy she is on land, and a gtaceful swim is nearly always followed by a horrible accident.

Name: Karen Hama
Age: 19
Gender: female
Class: Coordinator
Appearance: Karen is rather short for her age, only barely topping 5'0". She has straight black hair, which she usually holds back with a pink headband, that goes down past her shoulders. Her eyes are also black, but they tend to be very bright and happy. She has a thin, petite frame, and her round face almost always has a smile on it. She is pale more through genetics than anything else, and she often wears a white blouse with a dark blue, pink, or purple skirt that ends at her mid-thigh. She is also fond of wearing necklaces or earrings that sparkle and catch the light.
Personality: Karen's dream when she was young was to be the star in a magical girl anime, and this is a dream that has greatly shaped her even as she grew older. Karen is always happy and nice to others and always assumes the best of them, sometimes to the point of outright ignoring any mean or even malicious tendencies. Though quite knowledgable, especially about pokémon, she can be a bit lacking in the common sense department at times. She always does her best in everything she does. When she falls short, however, she can sink into a deep sadness and begin to see herself as a burden on those around her who may be depending on her. More often than not, Karen comes out of her sadness more motivated than ever to try harder and improve so that she won't believe that she is a disappointment to others.
History: Karen was born and grew up in Celadon City. Her parents were fairly well-off, but very strict with Karen, and always pushed her to excel, especially in school. When she did well, her parents would reward her by letting her watch cartoons. It was here that Karen developed her dream of being in a magical girl anime, which quickly grew almost into an obsession. Her parents were worried about her growing love of those shows and attempted to mitigate her love by introducing her to pokémon. Karen quickly learned to love them, and often volunteered at the Celadon Mansion, which had a small daycare on its first floor. Though she loved pokémon, Karen was upset that being able to be a trainer meant that her pokémon would have to fight, and might get hurt in the process.

That, however, was before the old woman who she volunteered for told her about contests. Karen was instantly hooked - to her, contests were the perfect combination of the sparkles, colors, and display of the magical girl anime she had loved so much and the pokémon she had also come to love. Karen began to follow contests intently and her parents, glad that she was becoming interested in a pastime they considered more healthy, happily obliged by taking her to see Kanto's Grand Festival every year for many years. It wasn't until she was older that they presented her with a pokémon of her own. It was a Meowth kitten, and Karen was instantly smitten. She named her new friend Serena and her parents allowed her to go to Pallet Town and start her coordinating career.

Standing at 5'11, Stella has an extremely tall, slender frame, and combined with her mature sense of style, she's often believed to be considerably older than she looks. Her skin is a light tan color, and her eyes are a piercing ash gray. Stella's hair is died burgundy and reaches her upper back when down. It's normally styled as either two pigtails or in a loose bun on the left side of her head.

Being a fashionista, Stella is never known to wear the same outfit twice, her style varying each day. Her favorite pieces are typically short skirts and stockings, along with either heels or skate shoes and a fashionable top.

Personality: Stella is rather superficial. She will judge people based on first impressions (including appearances), and once these get set in her mind, it's very difficult for her to change her opinion of someone. As such she can appear very cold and standoffish to those who she looks down upon.

To those who she takes a liking to and befriends, she can show her kind qualities. Stella has a great sense of humor (which manifests itself as sarcasm when she's annoyed), and this can bring a cheerful energy to those she graces with her sparkling smile. One of the things she cares about greatly is her friends, and will always do whatever she can if a friend is in need. Stella's also very passionate about fashion, and takes a long time to prepare herself, and stresses out if her outfit is in danger.

History: Stella was born in Striaton City, Unova, the youngest of seven siblings (with four older brothers and two older sisters). Having been married for years, her parents were at the end of their rope, sick and tired of both their children and each other. Stella's childhood was marked by fighting from her parents and general neglect, and she felt ignored in the large, constantly noisy home she lived in. She was friends with her siblings, but they were often busy andHer parents rarely found the time to talk to her and encourage her, and eventually, Stella's mother, almost hysterical after another fight, told Stella she didn't care about her dreams.

Stella, now eight years old and old enough to know herself, set out to show the world who she was. But first she had to question her dream, still undecided. One thing she could think of was fashion. As a kid, she would always watch supermodel Elesa's runway shows on TV when it was available - however, she could never really practice fashion, as she was living with her siblings old clothes. But she had decided that was one thing she could do to become free from the house she had come to hate.

Stella's inspiration to become a trainer was only very recently. She chanced upon a lost Litwick in an alley near her home, its candle almost extinguished. When she took it home and held it in her arms to nurse it, it struck her with an intense warmth in her heart, and a part of her knew that it was in her future to train Pokémon. This was the spark that led to her finally having the courage to pack up and leave her home to pursue both her dreams.

Personality: Litwick is a bubbly Pokémon that manages to cheer Stella up whenever she's down. Despite being very much a "dumb blonde" at heart, never knowing what its doing most of the time, it can be very perceptive when it comes to Stella's emotions and she'll do her best to keep her head up.

Age: 16
Gender: Female
Class: Trainer

Appearance: She’s 5’3” and weighs 120 pounds, pretty average for her age. She has short, black hair, and red eyes. Her common attire is black shorts and a red short-sleeve shirt, with black shoes. She has a red C-Gear strapped to her right wrist. Her skin is pale, as a rare skin condition prevents her from getting tanned or sunburned. She has a black backpack filled with medicine, a Nintendo DSi (black, of course), some TMs, various types of Pokéballs, a thermos, and more. For reasons known only to her, she has a pair of serrated daggers, one strapped to each upper leg, which can be pulled out in a second if needed.

Personality: Despite her intimidating appearance, she’s actually quite friendly to anyone she isn’t battling. She is also willing to stand up for herself and others. She’s very strategic when it comes to battling. Though losing a Pokémon battle upsets her, she has a ton of fun playing video games with people regardless of the outcome. Her main musical interest is metal, but she does like some other songs. Other interests include anime and military weaponry.

History: Born in the rural town of Littleroot, Utsuho has learned various survival skills during her childhood. She was home-schooled, and as a result, already has the equivalent of a high school diploma. She’s been a Pokémon Trainer since she was 10, with her starter being a Torchic. She caught her Pawniard at the age of 12, but when she was 14, her Torchic came down with a fatal rare disease. Her father serves in the army and is away for 9 months out of the year; he’s only off-duty in the winter. When he’s been at home, however, he’s also been teaching her basic fighting techniques used by Hoenn’s army. As such, she has developed a certain degree of military-grade basic combat skills. She isn’t exactly Special Ops material, but she can at least hold her own against most foes.

Recently, she decided to travel long-distance and see the sights offered by another region...specifically, the Kanto region. It was not that she hated where she currently lived, but she simply wanted to see what other parts of the world were like. So, she’s packed her bags and is now headed for a brand-new region, with no idea of what wondrous things might await her.
