The Two Teams - Part 1
Ash, Brock, May, and Masato are continuing on their journey to the Houen League. On the way they stop at a Pokemon Center in a town called Beachville. They decide to eat a good dinner and go to sleep before they have fun the next day. The next morning, Ash and friends wake up. They put on their beach clothes and go to the beach. On the shore, Pikachu and Torchic are having fun chasing each other. A Pidgey comes along and drops a package beside Ash. The tag on the package says: From: Mom To: Ash. Ash opens it. He discovers a Pokegear and a new Pokedex. Also inside are some fresh deep dish chilli pizza pot pies. Professor Oak and Delia come to the beach. They explain that there have recently been some robberies in the areas surrounding Beachville. Beachville seems to be unharmed though. In Viridian City, Domino and other elite Team Rocket members are attending a special meeting. They are in a secret underground office. Up above the ground, Jessie, James, Meowth, and other lower Team Rocket members are rebuilding the Viridian City gym. The special meeting is about to begin. Giovanni calls the meeting to order. He tells the elite that Jessie, James, and Meowth must know something he doesn't. They have been spying on the meeting the whole time. Jessie, James, and Meowth decide to run away to the Houen region. When the elite try to locate them, they are nowhere to be found. Giovanni figures that they must have been spying on the meeting the whole time. He sends the elite members on their way to find Jessie, James, and Meowth. Before they go, Giovanni tells them one more thing. He tells them about Team Aqua and Team Magma. They have been robbing areas surrounding Beachville. Giovanni figures that Jessie, James, and Meowth must have gone to Beachville. He sends them on their way. He tells Butch and Cassidy to take his secret weapon. It is a special device that captures great Pokemon. Back at the beach, Professor Oak is telling th gang more about the robberies. Just then Jessie, James, and Meowth run by and knock everyone over. They explain that they were spying on a special meeting and they were caught. They are running away from Giovanni and the others. Team Aqua and Team Magma are currently stealing rare ruby and sapphire stones. They say their plans are now complete. They head for the Pokemon Center in Beachville. There, Giovanni has just arrived. He sees Team Aqua and Magma sneaking into the Pokemon Center. He decides to sneak in too. He finds a secret room with three chairs. Two are the same size. The third is bigger and in the middle between the two other chairs. The two smaller chairs turn around to reveal two men. Giovanni recognizes them. They are his brothes. The big chair then turns around. Sitting in the big chair is Giovanni's father. Giovanni's father tells him that they are in charge of Team Aqua and Team Magma. He also tells Giovanni that there is someone even higher than him in the ranks of Aqua and Magma. She is in charge of both teams and Giovanni's brothers and father. She is also heading towards Viridian City. Now that Giovanni has left Viridian City, the person in charge of both teams can take over Team Rocket there in Viridian City. Giovanni realizes his mistake. He phones Vicious and tells him to go to Viridian City and defend the city against the mysterious boss. Giovanni's father throws him into a cage. He tells Giovanni that he can't have him interfere with his plans to control the world. The mysterious boss has just reached the entrance to Viridian City. She decides to use a Golem to destroy the gym. She is stopped by a Sneasel before she can. Vicious tells her that it is futile to resist. Just then, a robotic voice is heard. It says, "That is one of our lines, Vicious." Vicious and the boss turn around to discover a robotic creature. It calls itself a Dalek. The Dalek says that it and others of its kind have been chasing the Doctor through time and space for years. The Doctor is a Time Lord. He is capable of living for a much longer time than any earthling ever could. They negotiate. Meanwhile, Giovanni's father reveals the true identity of the mysterious boss.
