Do you think Arceus is the ULTIMATE pokemon- GOD
I don't think so, but if they've created god, I wonder what bigger they could create. Who knows maybe its the pokemon whose egg was Arceus. I have no clue, maybe we can deduce something from this discussion so POST AWAY!!

While this really doesn't belong here... They do not have to top god. Look at Mew. Did they top it? Not for four generations.

People need to go to a therapist, there are obviously issues here with needing things to be bigger and bigger if you know what I mean.

People also need to stop thinking Arceus - Christian God because it has no similarities to it other than creating the universe. A lot of gods have done that.

Arceus is nothing but a broken Pokemon, and if new generations keep coming there is no way he's the "God" Pokemon because eventually their going to have to create stronger Pokemon.

haha!
Ya I disagree with the Bigger and Bigger theory since anyhow they make a better pokemon, its gonna be an Uber so we can't use it competitively so it doesnt really matter and I bet a sunflora can take down an arceus!

Mew was beaten from the start. 600 BST wasn't highest. 680 was. And that was Mewtwo.

Mewtwo, however, was only matched up until Gen IV, when Arceus finally passed it.

I bet in Gen V, they'll have at least one more 720 BST Pokémon, matching Arceus in power like how Lugia and Ho-Oh matched Mewtwo.

Ya Nintendo needs to sell and they'll probably make it an event or something
who knows maybe its Zoroark... I wonder if you will be able to trade back into GEN 4 and If yes then how...

Everyone has fallen into this mindset that Zoroark is this all-powerful uber important pokemon in Gen V and that he's going to be a star and have these broken powers etc. etc. Keep in mind, he's one of TWO pokemon we know of for these games. Let's be realistic. Jsut because he is in a movie doesn't make him almighty. Not even Lucario is that.

I think they'll step back and slow down a bit on the legendaries and I don't think they'll "top" Arceus, at least for now.

They've introduced the creator of the universe, the creators of the Pokemon world, the controllers of space and time, the sources of human/Pokemon emotion and whatnot... What more is there to do, really? Maybe some more legendaries in charge of other abstract ideas, but other than that, I don't know.

Those are the 2 but cummon, there are 12 movies and 11 of them star legendary Pokemon so Its kinda obvious that its going to be a legendary and if not then atleast a strong pokemon

Despite the fact that it has much more in common with Lucario than with any of those legendaries? ...Yeah. It's an evolved form, for god's sake, and that has always meant "not legendary". They could change that for this generation, but it's unlikely, and there's no indication right now that they will, so it's completely illogical to assume it to be legendary.

ya Agreed!

There can still be an Arceus counterpart (Arceus is Alpha where's Omega?)

It doesn't really matter.. because Zoroark is NOT a legendary!
