In the top right corner of the page click on 'settings'. Then navigate to 'general settings' it's under My Account and it has an icon of a gear next to it. From there, scroll down until you get to 'misecellaneous options' there should be some text that says 'forum skin'. Choose which one you'd like from the drop down menu and when you are finished and happy with the look of the one you've chosen, click 'save changes'. Otherwise the theme will revert back.
