Comedy is subjective anyway... Just because you don't find someone to be funny, doesn't mean they're not for everyone else. I know for a fact that Kathy Griffin is very hilarious.
 
Personally, I don't follow comedians much, but I hate Conan but adore Jay. A lot of people I know are the opposite.

So, hey, if you don't think that females can be funny, well that's your problem.

Hey! there are a bunch of funny female comedians. I don't like Lisa Lamp, but Cho and Fey are hilarious.
 
There are plenty of female comedians. Just check on SNL back in the '80s and '90s. Tina Fey is good, but some of the earlier female comedians are better.
 
Ellen Degeneres is quite funny, in my opinion.

I do agree that Kathy Griffin is anything but funny. She's only loud and offensive. Bleh.
 
This is all based on opinion. You just don't like female comedians for whatever reason, so we will never "prove you wrong".
