I remember when I was a kid Youtube used to be full of extremely raunchy readings of MLP fics that I listened to for some reason.

I’m not saying it’s a good thing, but young children sometimes don’t have the common sense. They see something that has Pokemon on it, and they’ll click on it. And I’m speaking from experience. My younger sister would often watch inappropriate videos of cartoon characters, just because they had Elsa or Peppa Pig or Paw Patrol or something. She didn’t watch it because it was inappropriate, she watched it because she didn’t know better, and the video had characters which she liked.
I am very aware of all of this, I don't need you to explain any of this to me. I was just expressing concern over the amount of fanworks based on child-freindly properties with blatantly adult content and absolutely zero warning labels, something that AI and Content Farms channels in particular are extremely prone to doing.

I imagine they do at times, but AI lets you pump this stuff out at insane speed and they may not want to hire people whose full time job is to scour youtube for this stuff (I think some companies use Bots for it but those can also target more legitimate videos so they may deploy them a bit cautiously).
Probably because the channel isn't big enough to have drawn their attention. Not to mention that Nintendo tends to prefer striking down things like romhacks or pirated games than what's essentially just fanfiction in video form.
They've sent takedown requests to Pokeferlax and PokeNational before.
That's because those two are reviewers who use actual clips from the anime itself, which is what makes them targets (there's a reason a lot of Poketubers have to resort to altering the clips in some way to avoid the strike).
Yeah, it does seem like there's a definite double standard here.
