They should improve the Eeveelution's movesets.

Their biggest weaknesses are their small movesets (along with poor typing for the gen 4 ones, but not the point), most of them.

1.More moves should be able to be bred to Eevee from the Eeveelution (for example, breed Lava Plume from Flareon onto Eevee, letting Jolteon Glaceon and Espeon to dramatically improve their coverage)
2.Give them the moves that they logically should have. Flareon needs a solid physical based fire attack, Espeon should have Dark Pulse (seriously, why is SKARMORY of all Pokemon more worthy of learning this?) and thunderbolt (a good number of Psychics get it)

I agree. I think the reason that Eevee's have such poor movesets is that you can differenciate between the different evolutions. Having a Vaporeon with a fire attack would be odd, though awesome.
 
Not sure about breeding a Lava Plume onto Eevee would be good, Leafeon and Vaporeon wouldn't really work with it.
But I agree some need stronger movesets. Flareon really deserves Flare Blitz.
 
Flareon needs Flare Blitz. The irony must stop!

I wouldn't mind if they learned their type moves at level 26. We always get a level 25 Eevee, and we can't teach it a move of its type for a long time. Its annoying!
 
Flareon needs some love, but the other Eevees have their place.
 
Everybody and so many more to come will mention Booster :p

My biggest issue is actually the levels at which the Eievui evolutions get their decent moves.
 
umbreon needs a better moveset too. flareon needs flare blitz and espeon needs thunder.

hell, jolteon needs some better electric attacks

Jolteon can learn almost every electric attack, except the strong Zap Cannon (horrible accuracy) and Volt Tackle (physical based, Jolteon is special). So really, Jolty is fine. =P

And Umbreon... Umbreon's movepool is awesome! I'm not sure if Umbreon fans realize this, but Umbreon's stats point to it being defensive. It doesn't need good attacking moves, because, frankly, it would be weak. But the moves that support its status as a tank... man are they fun to abuse. Wish + Mean Look + Toxic + Baton Pass. So much fun. Haha.
 
Oh god Flareon... what will we do with you? I honestly think it's the unluckiest of all the eeveelutions. Come on, it looks like someone just took an Eevee and said, "hm, I wonder what this would look like if I lit it on fire?"
 
Everyone has pretty good movesets except flareon it's pretty weird :ksmile:
 
So what is this a Flareon thread?

Anyways like Railith said, Flareon just needs like Flare Blitz...all the other Eeveelutions are fine.
 
If Flareon got a Physical Fire-type move, I might actually use it on my game team in place of Pokabu if it gets bad-looking evolutions. Seriously, it would be the first Eeveelution I used on any of my teams throughout the gens ( 1 - 5 ). Give it Fire Fang and Flare Blitz. Heck, give all Eeveelutions a "Fang" move of their own and give em a move whose attack-type is determined by the -lutions stats (I.E., High Sp.Atk/Atk results in Special/Physical attack).
 
1. Give Jolteon and Espeon Nasty Plot/Flamethrower/Dragon Pulse/Dark Pulse/Lava Plume. All but the 2 fire type moves to Vaporeon.

2. Give Flareon Flare Blitz.

3. This is a NEVER GONNA HAPPEN BUT STILL A PERSONAL WISH. I wish Umbreon wasn't just a Wall. I wish they would change its stats and give it the ability to properly attack. It's probably the coolest pokemon, but always bums me out only being able to wall/support with it...

Hmm guess all this satisfies me :) I hope Black and White fixes 1 of the above

Flareon has Fire Fang. It's its only usable physical fire move ATM :-/

But GOD yes, do the Eeveelutions need some better moves.
 
Flare Blitz for Flareon, and something like Nasty plot on Espeon (or something else really usefull). Espeon has great stats, but is still overlooked much for some reason.
 
Flare Blitz for Flareon, definitely. Also, Glaceon should have more Special moves (though I'm not sure what).
 
Only Vaporeon is truly fine, maybe Jolteon too but I dunno. The little they have works with their stats.

Glaceon and Espeon need more special attacks. Why doesn't Espeon have Power Gem or Aura Sphere, they'd fit okay with Espeon.

Flareon and Leafeon need more physical attacks. Superpower is a step in the right direction, of course.

Umbreon might be okay too, but it's still outclassed.

In general, I hate that they keep the one-type theme too tightly with them, I mean Flareon doesn't even learn freaking Solarbeam.

Nasty Plot would be a great egg move addition.
