This is going to sound really stupid coming from a mod, but...

How do we find the list of mods? There used to be a link to something called "Forum Leaders" on the Members List, but now it's gone. It's not there, it's not on the User CP, and when I search, it's not there either. I think it vanished when we upgraded last.

I'm asking it here because I'm sure interest in such a thing goes beyond just me.

Also! The FAQ still lists Reputation, and we haven't had that in YEARS (and wasn't it only for like, less than a month?).

It's listed toward the bottom of the main page of the forums, between "Archive" (containing the Fanfics Archive, Hall of Shame, and Art Archive) and "What's Going On?"

...oh duh, I see it now. It used to be at the VERY bottom of the forum page, with the "contact us" link and all that. I guess it's a forest for the trees sort of thing.

But then why did a search not reveal it? If I'm searching the entire forum, why would it not show up if it's on the very first page?

If you mean the Find/Search thing in your browser that looks for words, I don't know. You could have the specifics set in such a way (such as case matching) that it wouldn't find it.

If you were talking about searching by the forum's Search thingie at the top of the page (which is what it sounds like you're talking about), then I'm assuming it wouldn't find it because it's not considered a thread or post.

If you're talking about some sort of special search that only staff have at their disposal (that I don't know exists

) that should be able to find non-thread, non-post things, then I don't know.

Please note: The thread is from 17 years ago.
Please take the age of this thread into consideration in writing your reply. Depending on what exactly you wanted to say, you may want to consider if it would be better to post a new thread instead.
