Thread previews for not logged in users

Before the upgrade to vBulletin 4, you didn't have to be logged in to see the thread text when hovering over a thread title, but now it seems like I have to log in to see these thread previews. Can this be enabled for not logged in users?
 
What if I'm using a shared computer? It's not a big issue, but it is a slight inconvenience to log in and I do prefer to not stay logged in if I'm just browsing the forums.
