Alright, enough offers that are worth Bouffalant droppings.

Recently, I obtained a Timid Speed Boost Torchic. It may also have 5 perfect IVs, but it's Level 1 and I don't play Pokemon competitively at all. Post your offer in the description, and may the best win!
 
The way to check if it does have perfect 5IVs is in the Kiloude city Pokemon center. There's a guy with purple hair standing by the TV, and if it has 5IVs he'll say 5 of the stats "Simply can't be beat!"
