Hi! So I have an Eevee that is LV 16. I want it to become an Espeon, but it hasn't evolved yet and it missed learning confusion at LV 15. You can't get Psychic in-game until after the Pokemon League. I'd have a much stronger Espeon if it knew Phychic right away!

Anyone willing to help me out and trade me the TM? Just send over a random Pokemon with it. I'd really appreciate the help!

Thanks so much, really! Sorry I didn't have the best pokemon to offer, I started a new game on Heart Gold so I don't have much! ^^; I traded the Pikachu from Soul Silver to myself with a friends DS. First wi-fi trade very cool! The Eevee will evolve soon pretty sure so thank you so much, now it'll know Psychic! I really appreciate it! :) :) Thanks so much for the help!
