Lets say realities were swapped and we played a game called "Animals" in which you played a human person in a world of animals, and our world is the pokemon world.

Now lets say you could have any legendary pokemon you wanted, which one would you get (assuming Deoxys and Mewtwo are not legendary, but unown is). Which would you choose to own? (for Unown, it would have to be a hord of them)

Now keep in mind that you are responsible for that creature(s), you have to protect it from its own power, people that want it, or people that try to steal/controll and so on. I guess you would be able to own the monster, but you could not keep it in a pokeball or capture it yourself.

For myself... I'm not sure... I'll decide after I've heard a few response.

Okay, I'll pick Mew! I've always loved Mew! It's cute, yet powerful and unique!!!! :)
 
Registeel, because it's low maintenance, and nobody seems to want it really badly.
 
I really like Articuno, but I wouldn't want to live in such a cold place. Mew is cool too, although it's not really protecting much, if you ask me. Lugia is also über!

Too bad you don't consider Deoxys legendary (I don't really either).
 
I'd really want Latios, Diaruga, or Parukia, but I think I'd be likely to get killed over it. x_x; So that said... I could probably live with Sheimi or something...

its a hard choice because I think so many legendaries are not domestic friendly.

Sorry if it was confusing though, I just was making the tradition "Which legendary would you choose" approach, but the catch is you have to actually take care of it and consider physcos like Team Galaxy and Magma/Aqua trying to take it from you to destroy the world.

Yeah, I like him pretty bad... I will take care of him very well. I will comb his hair almost every day. We will run wildly throu the world, searching for unknow lands, exploring for new pokemon, saving people from other mean people and contemplating the life from a high cliff after a nice meal of human flesh... I mean, chicken :p

And, one worry less. Enteis born from every volcano eruption, so, I guess the trainers will not chase us if I spread that kind of rumore everywhere o_O
 
Celebi, it would be cool to travel back in time and alter history (such as preventing 9/11 from happening, ect.)
 
I would have to say articuno because out of all the legendaries he is my favorite one. I don't mind the cold so it wont really bother me with the cold so it would be easier for me to control it. maybe pull a noland with it and be able to control it like him in a sense.
 
Entei, it runs fast and controls fire and erupts volcanos, Moltres, it flies round the world bringing spring and warmth, Mew, being the most mysterious Pokemon ever, Rayquaza, for being a mediator pokemon, Sheimi an adorable hedgehog-sheep who doesen't look legendary, or maybe one of the legendary faeries. For, me it's a hard decision.
 
I'd go with Dialga and Pearlkia. If anyone attcked I'd perform an emergency temporal shift (w00t DR. WHO REFERENCE!) and warp to a different spot in space and time...In fact, owning both would be like having my own TARDIS! SWEET!
 
Me? I'd choose either Rayquaza, 'cause he can fly and not many people can get to him anyway, or Aruseus, because I doubt that any pokemon wants to fight thier GOD. XD

If not either of those, Lugia.
 
It is such a hard question to answer. There are way too many Legendaries to choose out of.

Id Pick Mew-loves to disappear,can Transform into a(n) PKMN/Object to escape detection plus Mew has all PKMN genes in it(apparently appart from Diaruga,Palkia,Mewtwo duh.Suicune,Raikou + Ente[(Ho-oh created them]
Deoxys[is it even a PKMN if it came from space?]Aruseus.)Holy Flames thats 8 already that Mew doesnt have.
and the now disputed fact Aruseus is God when Mew USED to be

Mew also has alright attacks to Defend itself
(yeah so it can kick Aruseus' butt)

It never(as far as i know)Attacks first(like crappy Wobbuffet) but always after.It only attacks when provoked(1st Movie)
So awesome Pkmn
