I would make some sort of comment about my return, but seeing as how I never posted here the first time, it wouldn't be that pointful.
 
Alignment Beam is a tad overpowered, but I guess it's okay. I will also assume you purposely forgot the set symbol, rarity, and the number of the card. Also, I think Energy Splash should be [CC] but thats my opinion.
 
That's ok. At least it could be usable. Where did you get the light pokémon blank?
