Alignment Beam is a tad overpowered, but I guess it's okay. I will also assume you purposely forgot the set symbol, rarity, and the number of the card. Also, I think Energy Splash should be [CC] but thats my opinion.

Symbol Rarity and Number will come when every other card in the set is completed. I'm not prepared to go back and change 140 cards because I decided to add a Dark Metagross or something at the last minute.
