Because Nintendo hates Europe, we get HG/SS LAST out of everyone in the world! Even Australia gets it today! I am so damn excited about this game I am giving up all of my free time this weekend IN ADVANCE to play it. I can't believe you lucky US guys have had it nearly 2 weeks! It's so unfair. I wanna play it right now!

So anyway, do you guys think it's worth buying? I always get like this, I worry if the game is going to be worth it or not.
 
If it's fun, it's worth buying. Do you find Pokemon games fun? If so, yes it's worth buying.
 
if you liked gold/silver you'll like this

if nothing else the pokewalker is worth it
it's pretty nifty
 
I got my pre-ordered copy of SoulSilver today...the box is twice the thickness of the Japanese one xD

Definitely worth buying.

It's true, but things were even worse in the olden days. We didn't get the NES in the UK until 1987... four years after Japan.

That said, I'll be glad when tomorrow comes. It's been a long one and half weeks...

We used to get the games roughly 2/3 months after North America, don't complain.

Anyway, got HG today in the post (lol one day earlier then the official date). Box is bigger then I imagined, just opening it now.
 
Well, at least it's out in America! I have the $ to get it but the problem is my mom won't take me to gamestop/walmart. And if she won't let me get it I have to wait until the end of June to get it! (my birthday)

It's twice the thickness of the Japanese one, because our game boxes are thicker.

I lost my JP Pokéwalker on the bus though T_T
 
Mine also arrived today, because I pre-ordered. (I was never so excited about a game before!). The figurine came, everything is in order. Have you seen the thickness of the Pokéwalker Manual? It comes with all languages I think. And the game manual is probably one of the most beautiful of all the Pokémon games, at least the Soul Silver one. I love the colours!

The Lugia figure sure is purty. Can't wait to get my Ho-Oh tomorrow.
 
I like the Ho-Oh figure better than the Lugia one. It looks more vibrant thanks to the colours.

I still need to try the Pokewalker, but I don't want to put a pokemon that I will never use in there...
 
I pre-orderd the game last week, their supposed to call me the day before I can get it, haven't left my phone for a sec today, though, since I'm living in Norway I think it may take some extra days before we get it :'(, since we're not part of the EU and our marked ain't very big compared to most other European countries.

Dude, chill out. It's better than when Ruby and Sapphire were released when we got it four months after America :|

I'm kinda getting annoyed at people being like "B'AWWW WE GET IT LIKE TWO/THREE WEEKS AFTER AMERICA, OH THE SADNESS, OH THE SHAME, NINTENDO HATES US"



Anyway, away from raging. Looking forward to tomorrow ether way. Getting my Mum to pick it up for me as I have a full school day and all, and seeing as GCSE's are coming up I can't miss a day.

Haha yeah, the great thing about GAME is that they get it to you by the release date, not on it :p
