1. Arceus: No doubt the God of Pokemon would place first.
2. Rayquaza: Pure Power, Wide Movepool and Great Offenses
3. Dialga: Time control and Super Power
4. Mewtwo: Huge special attack and speed with boosting moves is definitely a force to be reckoned with.
5.Lugia: One of the best walls out there.

Mewtwo, because it was made to be the ultimate Pokémon. Arceus... bah... The PokéGod looks more like a raindorf to me <-< Of course Mew is still the original.

Unfortunately, the top is leaded by Arceus, followed by the 3 D/P/Pt legendaries...

Power-wise (not all legends are correct; no stats): Mewtwo, deoxys, lugia, rayquaza, mew
 
Mewtwo (Why? Because, it's fucking Mewtwo. Arceus may have created the universe, Palkia and Dialga may have created Time and Matter, Giratina may have created... The Reverse World, Groudon and Kyogre may have created the land and sea, but Mew created all Pokemon, and man took Mew and made Mewtwo, which made the entire universe something that the rest couldn't... Damn awesome)
Mew (Cute AND rape? Yes please)
Lugia/Ho-oh (I always have a touch choice trying to decide which one has more pwn)
Darkrai (Because no matter what the movie says, it's still essentially the Evil Pokemon)
Celebi (Because it's like Mew, but instead of creating all Pokemon, it travels time and has domain over nature)

1 mewtwo vs. arceus is like saying creation VS evolution and science. otherwise

2 rayquaza (huge thing that kills things with beams from the sky. and its unafected by weather. woot)

3 Mew the original

4 regigigas (pulled continents CONTINENTS!)

5 darkri or deoxys (having a hard time choosing)
 
Mew, because Mewtwo wouldn't exist without Mew, and Mew can transform into anything it wants to.
Deoxys-A. It has the highest attack out of any pokemon after all.
Giratina, it controls death and the Distortion World.
Regigigas because it controls the Regis and is a beast excluding slow start.
Arceus, because it's a token for this thread and it's god.
 
I would say none. None are good enough to be the "strongest" because over 70% of them are broken crap and other's can be OHKO'd by someone else and the chain continues.

3. Rayquaza/Mew: A Dragon that can know almost all attacks and the orignal strongest
4. Lugia: So powerful has to live at the bottom of the ocean
5. Deoxys: Has a form for any situation, top attack and speed

2. lugia got the speed got the tanking abilities got the power
3. mewtwo that deadly spatk and speed is just deadly the ultimate killing machine
4. rayquaza this dragon is just a nice sweeper the dragon dance and the extreme speed and the outrage
5. this slot is a tie between many uber pokemon
darkrai, ho-oh, mew, manaphy, celebi, jirachi, groudon, kyogre, giratina, palkia, deoxys

but i think on the top of that list is giratina its a tank
or palkia the nice sweeper
or darkrai that nice dark void
or ho-oh that sacred fire
or deoxys that nice speed and atk combo in speed atk and normal form
and that ok defence mode in that defence form

however in speed atkk and normal form that defence is too mediocre
 
Bidoof - is everywhere
Pidgey - can fly
Kakuna - has no weaknesses
Magikarp - is a fish and can survive in water
Delibird - delivers presents
 
1.Arceus-720 Stat total, Huge Move Pool, Judgement, Being Any type, Design (dark forme), suprising height (it is 10 ft tall), and well being Awesome?
2.Mewtwo-Dangerous Speed and Special Attack and Every other stat is also great, Huge Movepool, a dangerous guy overall (only 3 points but they are very true)
3.Deoxys-PSYCHO BOOST!, MASSIVE attack+sp. attack+speed(ATK), great move pool, great spiker (DEF)
4.Palkia-Space Warpage,Spacial Rend, Great Overall stats mainly in Attacking stats and speed, Great offensive type combo, INSTANT DEATH in rain, If you are weak to either STAB ur gonna get PWNed
5.Giratina-Amazing Defensive Spread and Good offensive potential (O), Menacing Type/STAB Combo, Very annoying to take down, Shadow Force (name is WIN, but also 120 BP and 100 AC, on top of that it breaks protect,, and the only Uber that would face Giratina that is normal is Arceus even then it risks getting Wisped)
 
1: Arceus, 720 base stats...
2: Darkrai, Dark void is one of the best attacks ever made, and with it's ability it is the best.
3: Deoxys Attack form, With the highest base attack, and a great move pool, it's deadly.
4: Giratina: Wow... Great STAB move, Great typing, and great defense too.
5: A toss up between Mewtwo, Palkia, Manaphy, Mew, Deoxys speed, and most of the Uber Tier. But, I give it to Mew.
 
Just one thing that makes Palkia superior to Dialga.

Dialga unborns you? Palkia can do things to you that makes you wish you weren't born.
