Torkoal can make a great tank, while it's unknown whether Pokabu can do anything.

Pokabu, it's cuter. Although I also love Torkoal, Pokabu is one of my favorite fire-types (Torkoal is too).

Pokabu evolves into a part fighting type. That's minus >9000 for unoriginality 2 GENERATIONS IN A ROW.
Plus Torkoal is a turtle.
