Totodile Evo...?

I've been reading a few threads and a lot of people are talking about ash's totodile evoling...was there an episode i missed or something because i still remember totodile being a totodile when i last saw it just say.....

i thought so but i've been seeing threads saying "ash has is going to use a toto evo in the E4" and i was wondering where people are getting this from

They're just guessing the Johto starters might evolve when they're used to make up for how poorly treated they were back in the day.

u know scott, they have to advertise HGGS so therefore it would be a good idea to make either Cynda or Todo evolve atleast once. We'll see.

Nope. Never did. Though I don't see it happening, because then Ash would be too much like Silver- except, you know, not a raging jackass- , so Giovanni must be his father.
