Can you download the Pokemon, get it from the guy, delete the wonder card and download it again?

Sorry if this is a noobish question...
 
You can only get one per a completed game. Doesn't matter what you do or don't do to the wonder card.
 
and this can go in the Simple Question thread, but no, unfortunately, you cannot the only way is to trade with someone or get another game
