One starter requires a Pokémon lvl 50 or higher. If im doing this all wrong please correct me, this is my very first post.

Hidden Ability, it's a rare ability on the starter Pokemon. You can't get it by breeding non-HA Pokemon, and you can find out if they're HA or not by any Pokemon information wiki like Serebii and even Bulbapedia. For starters, its easy, if they dont have Blaze Torrent, or Overgrowth, then they're HA!
