Transformers/Avengers Crossover in the Works?

This is a HUGE rumor going around the Transformer boards, and I figured I'd share it here. The rumor is basically that, presumably to help promote the TF movie, we'll be seeing a Transformers/Avengers crossover around the summer of 2007. Supposedly neither Marvel nor IDW have confirmed this...but neither has DENIED it (and, hell, Marvel's denied tons of things then turned around and done them anyway, so even a denial is hardly confirmation against it). With Marvel wanting to up the Avengers visibility (we're getting no fewer than THREE titles with "Avengers" in the title next year), this wouldn't be such a bad idea. But is it likely? Only time will tell.

And...I see they are making TF games for the DS and Wii. Nice....
