As reported by IGN and Superherohype:

IGN has recieved word from multiple sources that Oscar winning actor Jon Voight ("Pearl Harbor", "Enemy of the State"), Michael Clarke Duncan, ("Armageddon", "The Scorpion King", "Daredevil"), Josh Duhamel (TV's "Las Vegas"), Bernie Mac ("Ocean's Eleven"), Tyrese Gibson ("2 Fast 2 Furious"), John Turturro ("O Brother, Where Art Thou?"), Rachael Taylor ("See No Evil"), Megan Fox ("Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen"), Travis Van Winkle (TV's "7th Heaven") and John Robinson ("Lords of Dogtown") will be joining previously announced cast member Shia LaBeof ("Holes", TV's "Even Stevens") in rounding out the human cast of the movie.

Take all of these as rumors (except Shia LeBeof) until further confirmation. But...some interesting names to say the least.
 
God, I can't stand Shia LeBeof, he just bothers me beyond reason.
 
There's a non-official source "confirming" Jon Voight IS set to appear in the Transformers movie as the "secretary of state". And with word on the US military being involved in the making of this movie...it MIGHT just be an important role. We shall see...we shall see.
 
Now Bernie Mac and Josh Duhamel have been confirmed by Variety. This...is getting weird.
