What does the Japanese writting say?

I got this small island from google maps and wanted a translation so I could make a small island based off it in a RP.

It may be Korean since the island is between Japan and Korea.
 
That's odd, half the labels are Japanese and the other half are Chinese. Then again, this is part of the disputed [wp]Senkaku Islands[/wp]. The particular island is Kubajima (久場島) or Huangweiyu (黃尾嶼).
