I made a trick room team on shoddy yesterday cause i was bored and i figured ill get it rated before putting it on my ss game. even though ill probably never use it, itll be nice to have

Brave Bronzong @ Focus Sash
Heatprof
252 attack 129 defense 129 sp.defense
~ Trick Room
~ Gyro Ball
~ Explosion
~ Earthquake

Bronzong Is a really reliable trick room lead. focus sash is great insurance against quick leads like infernape, then once trick room is in play, gets Koed. Gyro Ball Gets a base power of 150+STAB. EQ is a great all around move, explosion=death.

Brave Snorlax @ Leftovers
Thick Fat
168 HP 120 Sp. Defense 220 Attack
~ Curse
~ Ice Punch
~ Earthquake
~ Crunch

I got this guy from takng the standard curselax set and making it more offensive. Kept the Hp Evs Standard, Changed Defense To Special Defense and Sp. Defense to attack. Curse explains itself, Ice punch Pegs Dragons, Crunch hits ghost switch ins and eq is just a great move.

Quiet Porygon2 @Life Orb
Download
252 HP / 120 Def / 136 SpA
~ Tri Attack (or recover?)
~ Thunderbolt
~ Ice Beam
~ Trick Room

Porygon-z fits this team greatly. Not only will it re-set up trick room, but it gives my team a special sweeper. only problam is that hes not really bulky. Might replace for another special trick-roomer.

Relaxed Dusknoir @ Leftovers
Pressure
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
~ Trick Room
~ Will-O-Wisp
~ Pain Split
~ ThunderPunch

Almost exactly the smogon trick room set but i added thunderpunch to peg gyrados and heatran, common switch ins. A finall insurance trick roomer.

Brave Scizor @ Life orb
Technition
252 attack 252 defense 6 hp
~ Swords Dance
~ Bullet Punch
~ Brick Break
~ Roost

One of scizors main downfalls is speed, so hes great on this team. its exactly the smogon swords dance set, but i changed speed to defense, for obvious reasons.

Quiet Magneton @leftovers
Magnet Pull
252 sp. attack 252 defense 6 hp
~ Thunderbolt
~ Flash Cannon
~ Hidden Power Fire
~ Explosion

another pokemon with a speed downfall. has great defense and sp. attack, so hes great for my seccond sp. sweeper.

on a trick room team, porygon 2 is a better starter than p-z. also, why 7 pokemon?

Looks pretty good but I would play it kinda consevativly.

~ Return

This guy has potential but it needs STAB, return will hit all dragons for massive damage still and also let you hit many other pokemon.

Brave Tyranitar @ Life Orb
252 attack 200 defense 58 sp. defence
~ Curse
~ Stone Edge
~ Crunch
~ Earthquake

The great thing about trick room is that I can screw speed and make things bulky. T-tar has great attack and defense anyway, + curse boost. Stone Edge pegs gyrados, crunch hits ghosts, and must i explain eq again?
Looks good to me but you might want to change the EV's a bit.
Quiet Porygon-z @Life Orb
252 Sp.Attack 252 HP 6 Defense
~ Tri Attack
~ Thunderbolt

The rest of you team looks pretty solid.

Changes and comments in bold.

failon me, should i earase porygon-z?

for a trick room team, you need 2-3 tr starters. I would use porygon 2 over z as a TR start up, and get rid of something else. how have you tested the team? What works and doesnt work?

Decent team over all, but too many stat-uppers, the thing is that trick room isn't too long, and there is no item like damp rock to lengthen it, so there is really no time to set up curses, although Scizor is at least semi-viable.

yea i try to get one boost on the switch in, and i save my other trick roomers for the mid-end of the battle

Your Curse Snorlax and Tyranitar bother me. In singles, you only have 3 turns maximum to sweep before TR is over. Given those restrictions, you simply don't have enough time to use Curse.

Also, SD Scizor won't work so well here. Most of Scizor's counters don't care whether it has a SD up or not. This makes it mostly a waste of a turn for you. Plus, Scizor only needs to be forced out now in order to be a problem for you. You can't afford to waste turns. Also, Superpower is highly recommended over Brick Break. You'll appreciate the extra damage.

I guess you could keep SD, but then I would definitely get rid of Roost. You don't have the time or moveslots for both of those.

I can take a wild guess and say Tyranitar isn't necessarily helping anyone except itself because of Sand Stream. I would seriously reconsider using it, as it really hinders the walling capabilities of Snorlax, Dusknoir, and Porygon-Z/2 (which, by the way, I agree with the other posts, you should go with Porygon 2 for more bulk and less Speed).

It might be UU, but a good Rhyperior could be a serious threat. STAB Rock Wrecker is an attack that NOTHING handles well. And if that's not your style, (or you want to keep the whole Dark Type+Curse concept), I've had great experiences with Curse Umbreon.

ok, i have 1 extra pokemon so should i get rid of t-tar?

Personally, I think so. Unless Tyranitar does some sort of late game sweep attempt, or acts as a key part of a Sandstorm Team, it's pretty risky to use. That residual damage really tends to add up, especially when any kind of Stall Set comes into play.
