Troll on the Forums?

I'm not sure how this is supposed to be handled and the rules don't really say anything about this kind of thing, so I'm going to post this here. If it's not supposed to be here, move it, close it, delete it, whatever. I just thought I should bring this to the attention of the admins/mods here at Bulbagarden.

Recently, Bulbagarden's IRC channel was trolled by a certain user. He came in spewing expletives and other such things and claimed he was a member of the Bulbagarden forums. He claimed he was The Lucario Trainer and said several peculiar things such as me knowing him (and I do). Now, I'm not sure if forum members can be penalized for trolling the channel, so if they aren't, feel free to close/delete this. I just thought I should bring this to the attention of the admins/mods. Oh, and I also have several people who can collaborate on this. The troll also seems to have different IP addresses, so identifying him might be difficult.

Again, I'm sorry if I'm just wasting everyone's time for this, I just thought it warrented some concern. Thank you for your time.

EDIT: One of his IP addresses is 75.186.18.55. Also, he seems to be known for creating troll threads too. It just happened recently at Zelda Universe.
