Trouble retrieving password

Okay, so clearing Firefox history logged me out of Bulbagarden and I tried to retrieve my password.

The problem is, that the little image verification that you have to type is very fickle. I honestly do not know what is wrong with it. I am 100% sure that I typed in the correct phrase, yet it keeps saying the words I typed did not match the image verification.

So I'm wondering, is it case sensitive, and do I put a space between the two words?

For those wondering, I got back on because IE had me signed in so I got it to send the password while I was signed in, which did not need the little image verification.

It is not case sensitive and you do need to type the space.

I guess some of those letters are just really ambiguous @_@

I tried it one more time after I got the password reset and it works.
